Luke 8:40-48
40And as JesusG2424 returnedG5290, the multitudeG3793 welcomed him; for they wereG1510 all waiting for him. 41And beholdG2400, there cameG2064 a manG435 namedG3686 JairusG2383, and he was a rulerG758 of the synagogueG4864: and he fellG4098 downG4098 at Jesus’G2424 feetG4228, and besought him to comeG2064 into his houseG3624; 42for he had an onlyG3439 daughterG2364, about twelveG1427 yearsG2094 of age, and she wasG1510 dyingG599. But as he wentG5217 the multitudesG3793 thronged him.
43And a womanG1135 having an issue of bloodG129 twelveG1427 yearsG2094, who had spent all her living upon physiciansG2395, and could not beG1510 healedG2323 of any, 44cameG4334 behind him, and touchedG681 the border of his garmentG2440: and immediatelyG3916 the issue of her bloodG129 stanched. 45And JesusG2424 saidG3004, Who is it that touchedG681 me? And when all deniedG720, PeterG4074 saidG3004, and they that were with him, MasterG1988, the multitudesG3793 press thee and crush thee. 46But JesusG2424 saidG3004, Some oneG5100 did touchG681 me; for I perceived that powerG1411 had goneG1831 forthG1831 from me. 47And whenG5613 the womanG1135 sawG3708 that she was not hid, she cameG2064 trembling, and falling downG4363 before him declaredG518 in the presenceG1799 of all the peopleG2992 for what causeG156 she touchedG681 him, and howG5613 she was healedG2390 immediatelyG3916. 48And he saidG3004 unto her, DaughterG2364, thy faithG4102 hath made thee whole; goG4198 in peaceG1515.
