23evenאֵת֩'etH853allH3605that theLORDיְהוָ֛הYah.wehH3068hathcommandedH6680youH834by thehandבְּיַד־be.yad-H3027ofMosesמֹשֶׁ֑הmo.ShehH4872, from thedayהַיּ֞וֹםhai.YomH3117that theLORDיְהוָ֛הYah.wehH3068gaveH6680commandmentH6680, andonwardוָהָ֖לְאָהva.Hal.'ahH1973throughoutH3605yourgenerationsלְדֹרֹתֵיכֶֽם׃le.do.ro.tei.KhemH1755;

24then it shall be,ifאִ֣ם'imH518it bedoneנֶעֶשְׂתָ֣הne.'es.TahH6213unwittingly, without theknowledgeמֵעֵינֵ֣יme.'ei.NeiH5869of thecongregationהָעֵדָה֮ha.'e.DahH5712, thatallכָל־khol-H3605thecongregationהָעֵדָ֡הha.'e.DahH5712shallofferוְעָשׂ֣וּve.'a.SuH6213oneyoungבֶּן־ben-H1121bullock for aburntלְעֹלָ֜הle.'o.LahH5930offering, for a sweet savour unto theLORDלַֽיהוָ֔הla.Yah.wehH3068, with themealוּמִנְחָת֥וֹu.min.cha.ToH4503offering thereof, and the drink offering thereof,accordingH4941to theordinanceכַּמִּשְׁפָּ֑טka.mish.PatH4941, and one he-goat for asinלְחַטָּֽת׃le.cha.TatH2403offering.

25And thepriestהַכֹּהֵ֗ןha.ko.HenH3548shallmakeכִּֽי־ki-H3588atonementוְכִפֶּ֣רve.khi.PerH3722forallH3605thecongregationעֲדַ֛ת'a.DatH5712of thechildrenבְּנֵ֥יbe.NeiH1121ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478, and they shall beforgivenוְנִסְלַ֣חve.nis.LachH5545; for it was anerrorשְׁגָגָ֣הshe.ga.GahH7684, and they havebroughtהֵבִ֨יאוּhe.Vi.'uH935their oblation, an offeringmadeH3605byfireאִשֶּׁ֣ה'i.ShehH801unto theLORDלַֽיהוָ֗הla.Yah.wehH3068, and theirsinוְחַטָּאתָ֛םve.cha.ta.TamH2403offeringbeforeלִפְנֵ֥יlif.NeiH6440theLORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068, for theirerrorשִׁגְגָתָֽם׃shi.ga.TamH7684:

26andallH3605thecongregationעֲדַת֙'a.DatH5712of thechildrenבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478shall beforgivenוְנִסְלַ֗חve.nis.LachH5545, and thestrangerוְלַגֵּ֖רve.la.GerH1616that sojourneth among them; for in respect ofallH3605thepeopleהָעָ֖םha.'AmH5971it wasdoneH3605unwittingly.

27Andifוְאִם־ve.'im-H518onepersonנֶ֥פֶשׁNe.feshH5315sinתֶּחֱטָ֣אte.che.Ta'H2398unwittingly, then he shallofferוְהִקְרִ֛יבָהve.hik.Ri.vahH7126a she-goat of thefirstאַחַ֖ת'a.ChatH259yearשְׁנָתָ֖הּshe.na.TahH8141for asinH2398offering.

28And thepriestהַכֹּהֵ֗ןha.ko.HenH3548shall makeatonementוְכִפֶּ֣רve.khi.PerH3722for thesoulהַנֶּ֧פֶשׁha.Ne.feshH5315that erreth, when he sinneth unwittingly,beforeלִפְנֵ֣יlif.NeiH6440theLORDיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068, to makeatonementלְכַפֵּ֥רle.kha.PerH3722for him; and he shall beforgivenוְנִסְלַ֥חve.nis.LachH5545.

29Ye shall have onelawתּוֹרָ֤הto.RahH8451for him that doeth aught unwittingly, for him that is homeborn among thechildrenבִּבְנֵ֣יbiv.NeiH1121ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478, and for thestrangerוְלַגֵּ֖רve.la.GerH1616that sojourneth among them.

30But thesoulוְהַנֶּ֜פֶשׁve.ha.Ne.feshH5315that doeth aught with an highhandבְּיָ֣דbe.YadH3027,whetherH4480he be homeborn or astrangerהַגֵּ֔רha.GerH1616, thesameH1931blasphemeth theLORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068; and thatsoulהַנֶּ֥פֶשׁha.Ne.feshH5315shall becutוְנִכְרְתָ֛הve.nikh.re.TahH3772offH3772from among hispeopleעַמָּֽהּ׃'a.MahH5971.

31Becauseכִּ֤יkiH3588he hathdespisedבָּזָ֔הba.ZahH959thewordדְבַר־de.var-H1697of theLORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068, and hathbrokenהֵפַ֑רhe.FarH6565hiscommandmentמִצְוָת֖וֹmitz.va.ToH4687; thatsoulהַנֶּ֥פֶשׁha.Ne.feshH5315shall utterly becutהִכָּרֵ֧ת׀hi.ka.RetH3772offתִּכָּרֵ֛תti.ka.RetH3772; hisiniquityעֲוֹנָ֥ה'a.vo.NahH5771shall be upon him.

32AndwhileH1961thechildrenבְנֵֽי־ve.nei-H1121ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478were in thewildernessבַּמִּדְבָּ֑רba.mid.BarH4057, theyfoundוַֽיִּמְצְא֗וּvai.yim.tze.'UH4672amanאִ֛ישׁ'ishH376gatheringמְקֹשֵׁ֥שׁme.ko.SheshH7197sticksעֵצִ֖ים'e.TzimH6086uponH1961thesabbathהַשַּׁבָּֽת׃ha.sha.BatH7676dayבְּי֥וֹםbe.YomH3117.

33And they thatfoundהַמֹּצְאִ֥יםha.mo.tze.'ImH4672himgatheringמְקֹשֵׁ֣שׁme.ko.SheshH7197sticksעֵצִ֑ים'e.TzimH6086broughtוַיַּקְרִ֣יבוּvai.yak.Ri.vuH7126him untoMosesמֹשֶׁה֙mo.ShehH4872andAaronאַהֲרֹ֔ן'a.ha.RonH175, and untoallכָּל־kol-H3605thecongregationהָעֵדָֽה׃ha.'e.DahH5712.

34And theyputH3240him in ward,becauseכִּ֚יkiH3588it hadnotלֹ֣אlo'H3808been declaredwhatמַה־mah-H4100should bedoneיֵּעָשֶׂ֖הye.'a.SehH6213to him.

35And theLORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068saidוַיֹּ֤אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559untoMosesמֹשֶׁ֔הmo.ShehH4872, Themanהָאִ֑ישׁha.'IshH376shallsurelyH4191beputH4191todeathH4191:allכָּל־kol-H3605thecongregationהָ֣עֵדָ֔הha.'e.DahH5712shallstoneH68him withstonesH68without thecampלַֽמַּחֲנֶֽה׃La.ma.cha.NehH4264.

36Andallכָּל־kol-H3605thecongregationהָעֵדָ֗הha.'e.DahH5712broughtוַיֹּצִ֨יאוּvai.yo.Tzi.'uH3318him without thecampלַֽמַּחֲנֶ֔הla.ma.cha.NehH4264, andstonedוַיִּרְגְּמ֥וּvai.yir.ge.MuH7275him withstonesבָּאֲבָנִ֖יםba.'a.va.NimH68, and hediedוַיָּמֹ֑תvai.ya.MotH4191; as theLORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068commandedצִוָּ֥הtzi.VahH6680Mosesמֹשֶֽׁה׃ פmo.ShehH4872.

37And theLORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068spake untoMosesמֹשֶׁ֥הmo.ShehH4872,sayingH559,

38Speakדַּבֵּ֞רda.BerH1696unto thechildrenבְּנֵ֤יbe.NeiH1121ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵל֙Yis.ra.'ElH3478, and bid them that theymakeH5414them fringes in the borders of theirgarmentsבִגְדֵיהֶ֖םvig.dei.HemH899throughoutH1755theirgenerationsלְדֹרֹתָ֑םle.do.ro.TamH1755, and that theyputוְנָֽתְנ֛וּve.Na.te.NuH5414uponH5921the fringe ofeachH3671border acordפְּתִ֥ילpe.TilH6616ofblueתְּכֵֽלֶת׃te.Khe.letH8504:
