2Sonבֶּן־ben-H1121ofmanאָדָ֗ם'a.DamH120,takeשָׂ֤אsa'H5375upH5375alamentationקִינָה֙ki.NahH7015forPharaohפַּרְעֹ֣הpar.'OhH6547kingמֶֽלֶךְ־Me.lekh-H4428ofEgyptמִצְרַ֔יִםmitz.Ra.yimH4714, andsayוְאָמַרְתָּ֣ve.'a.mar.TaH559unto him, Thou wast likened unto ayoungH1121lionכְּפִ֥ירke.FirH3715of thenationsגּוֹיִ֖םgo.YimH1471: yet art thou as a dragon in theseasבַּיַּמִּ֔יםbai.ya.MimH3220; and thou brakestforthוַתָּ֣גַחva.Ta.gachH1518with thyriversבְּנַהֲרוֹתֶ֗יךָbe.na.ha.ro.Tei.khaH5104, and troubledst thewatersמַ֙יִם֙ma.yimH4325with thyfeetבְּרַגְלֶ֔יךָbe.rag.Lei.khaH7272, and fouledst theirriversנַהֲרוֹתָֽם׃na.ha.ro.TamH5104.

3Thusכֹּ֤הkohH3541saith theLordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136GODH136: I willspreadוּפָרַשְׂתִּ֤יu.fa.ras.TiH6566outעָלֶ֙יךָ֙'a.Lei.khaH5921mynetרִשְׁתִּ֔יrish.TiH7568over thee with acompanyבִּקְהַ֖לbik.HalH6951ofmanyרַבִּ֑יםra.BimH7227peoplesעַמִּ֣ים'a.MimH5971; and they shallbringוְהֶעֱל֖וּךָve.he.'e.Lu.khaH5927theeupH5927in mynetH7568.

4And I willleaveמִמְּךָ֖mi.me.KhaH4480theeuponH5921thelandבָאָ֔רֶץva.'A.retzH776, I willcastאֲטִילֶ֑ךָ'a.ti.Le.khaH2904thee forthuponH5921theopenפְּנֵ֥יpe.NeiH6440fieldהַשָּׂדֶ֖הha.sa.DehH7704, and will causeallכָּל־kol-H3605the fowls of theheavenהַשָּׁמַ֔יִםha.sha.Ma.yimH8064tosettleוְהִשְׁכַּנְתִּ֤יve.hish.kan.TiH7931uponH5921thee, and I willsatisfyוְהִשְׂבַּעְתִּ֥יve.his.ba'.TiH7646thebeastsחַיַּ֥תchai.YatH2416of thewholeכָּל־kol-H3605earthהָאָֽרֶץ׃ha.'A.retzH776with thee.

5And I willlayוְנָתַתִּ֥יve.na.ta.TiH5414thyfleshבְּשָׂרְךָ֖be.sa.re.KhaH1320uponעַל־'al-H5921themountainsהֶֽהָרִ֑יםhe.ha.RimH2022, andfillוּמִלֵּאתִ֥יu.mi.le.TiH4390thevalleysהַגֵּאָי֖וֹתha.ge.'a.YotH1516with thy height.

6I will alsowaterוְהִשְׁקֵיתִ֨יve.hish.kei.TiH8248with thybloodמִדָּמְךָ֖mi.da.me.KhaH1818thelandאֶ֧רֶץ'E.retzH776wherein thou swimmest,evenH776to themountainsהֶֽהָרִ֑יםhe.ha.RimH2022; and the watercourses shall befullיִמָּלְא֥וּןyi.mal.'UnH4390of thee.

7And when I shallextinguishבְכַבּֽוֹתְךָ֙ve.kha.bot.KhaH3518thee, I willcoverוְכִסֵּיתִ֤יve.khi.sei.TiH3680theheavenשָׁמַ֔יִםsha.Ma.yimH8064, andmakeH215thestarsכֹּֽכְבֵיהֶ֑םko.khe.vei.HemH3556thereofdarkוְהִקְדַּרְתִּ֖יve.hik.dar.TiH6937; I willcoverאֲכַסֶּ֔נּוּ'a.kha.Se.nuH3680thesunשֶׁ֚מֶשׁShe.meshH8121with acloudבֶּעָנָ֣ןbe.'a.NanH6051, and themoonוְיָרֵ֖חַve.ya.Re.achH3394shallnotלֹא־lo'-H3808giveיָאִ֥ירya.'IrH215herH3680lightאוֹרֽוֹ׃'o.RoH216.

8Allכָּל־kol-H3605thebrightH3974lightsH3974ofheavenבַּשָּׁמַ֔יִםba.sha.Ma.yimH8064will ImakeH5414darkH2822over thee, andsetH5414darknessחֹ֙שֶׁךְ֙cho.shekhH2822uponH5921thylandאַרְצְךָ֔'ar.tze.KhaH776, saith theLordאֲדֹנָ֥י'a.do.NaiH136GODH136.

9I will also vex theheartsלֵ֖בlevH3820ofmanyרַבִּ֑יםra.BimH7227peoplesעַמִּ֣ים'a.MimH5971, when I shallbringבַּהֲבִיאִ֤יba.ha.vi.'IH935thydestructionשִׁבְרְךָ֙shiv.re.KhaH7667among thenationsבַּגּוֹיִ֔םba.go.YimH1471,intoH935thecountriesאֲרָצ֖וֹת'a.ra.TzotH776whichאֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834thou hastnotלֹֽא־lo'-H3808knownיְדַעְתָּֽם׃ye.da'.TamH3045.

10Yea, I willmakeוַהֲשִׁמּוֹתִ֨יva.ha.shi.mo.TiH8074manyרַבִּ֗יםra.BimH7227peoplesעַמִּ֣ים'a.MimH5971amazed at thee, and theirkingsוּמַלְכֵיהֶם֙u.mal.khei.HemH4428shall be horriblyafraidH2729for thee, when I shall brandish myswordחַרְבִּ֖יchar.BiH2719beforeפְּנֵיהֶ֑םpe.nei.HemH6440them; and they shalltrembleוְחָרְד֤וּve.cha.re.DuH2729ateveryH376momentלִרְגָעִים֙lir.ga.'ImH7281,everyH376manH376for hisownH376lifeלְנַפְשׁ֔וֹle.naf.ShoH5315, in thedayבְּי֖וֹםbe.YomH3117of thyfallמַפַּלְתֶּֽךָ׃ סma.pal.Te.khaH4658.

11Forthusכֹּ֥הkohH3541saith theLordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136GODH136: Theswordחֶ֥רֶבChe.revH2719of thekingמֶֽלֶךְ־Me.lekh-H4428ofBabylonבָּבֶ֖לba.VelH894shallcomeתְּבוֹאֶֽךָ׃te.vo.'E.khaH935uponH935thee.

12By theswordsבְּחַרְב֤וֹתbe.char.VotH2719of themightyגִּבּוֹרִים֙gi.bo.RimH1368will I cause thymultitudeהֲמוֹנֶ֔ךָha.mo.Ne.khaH1995tofallאַפִּ֣יל'a.PilH5307; the terrible of thenationsגוֹיִ֖םgo.YimH1471are theyallכֻּלָּ֑םku.LamH3605: and they shall spoil theprideגְּא֣וֹןge.'onH1347ofEgyptמִצְרַ֔יִםmitz.Ra.yimH4714, andallכָּל־kol-H3605themultitudeהֲמוֹנָֽהּ׃ha.mo.NahH1995thereof shall bedestroyedוְנִשְׁמַ֖דve.nish.MadH8045.

13I willdestroyוְהַֽאֲבַדְתִּי֙ve.ha.'a.vad.TiH6alsoallH3605thebeastsבְּהֶמְתָּ֔הּbe.hem.TahH929thereof frombesideמֵעַ֖לme.'AlH5921manyרַבִּ֑יםra.BimH7227watersמַ֣יִםMa.yimH4325;neitherוְלֹ֨אve.Lo'H3808shall thefootרֶֽגֶל־re.gel-H7272ofmanאָדָם֙'a.DamH120trouble themanyH3605moreע֔וֹדodH5750,norלֹ֥אlo'H3808thehoofsוּפַרְס֥וֹתu.far.SotH6541ofbeastsבְּהֵמָ֖הbe.he.MahH929trouble them.

14Then will I make theirwatersמֵֽימֵיהֶ֔םmei.mei.HemH4325clear, and cause theirriversוְנַהֲרוֹתָ֖םve.na.ha.ro.TamH5104to run likeoilכַּשֶּׁ֣מֶןka.She.menH8081, saith theLordאֲדֹנָ֥י'a.do.NaiH136GODH136.

15When I shallmakeבְּתִתִּי֩be.ti.TiH5414thelandאֶ֨רֶץ'E.retzH776ofEgyptמִצְרַ֜יִםmitz.Ra.yimH4714desolateוּנְשַׁמָּ֗הu.ne.sha.MahH8074andwasteH8074, alandאֶ֚רֶץ'E.retzH776destituteH8074of that whereof it wasfullמִמְּלֹאָ֔הּmi.me.lo.'AhH4393, when I shallsmiteבְּהַכּוֹתִ֖יbe.ha.ko.TiH5221allכָּל־kol-H3605them thatdwellי֣וֹשְׁבֵיYo.o.she.veiH3427therein, then shall theyknowוְיָדְע֖וּve.ya.de.'UH3045that I am theLORDיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068.

16This is thelamentationקִינָ֥הki.NahH7015wherewith they shalllamentH7015; thedaughtersבְּנ֥וֹתbe.NotH1323of thenationsהַגּוֹיִ֖םha.go.YimH1471shalllamentH7015therewith: forEgyptמִצְרַ֤יִםmitz.Ra.yimH4714, and forallH3605herH3605multitudeהֲמוֹנָהּ֙ha.mo.NahH1995, shall theylamentH7015therewith, saith theLordאֲדֹנָ֥י'a.do.NaiH136GODH136.
