9And the sonsבְנֵי־ve.nei-H1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֛לYis.ra.'ElH3478tookH7617captiveוַיִּשְׁבּ֧וּvai.yish.BuH7617the womenנְשֵׁ֥יne.SheiH802of Midianמִדְיָ֖ןmid.YanH4080and their littleטַפָּ֑םta.PamH2945onesH2945;and they plunderedבָּזָֽזוּ׃ba.Za.zuH962allכָּל־kol-H3605their cattleבְּהֶמְתָּ֧םbe.hem.TamH929,allכָּל־kol-H3605their flocksמִקְנֵהֶ֛םmik.ne.HemH4735,and allכָּל־kol-H3605their propertyחֵילָ֖םchei.LamH2428.

21Then Eleazarאֶלְעָזָ֤ר'el.'a.ZarH499the priestהַכֹּהֵן֙ha.ko.HenH3548saidוַיֹּ֨אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559to the menH376of warהַצָּבָ֔אha.tza.Va'H6635who had goneהַבָּאִ֖יםha.ba.'ImH935to battleלַמִּלְחָמָ֑הla.mil.cha.MahH4421, “ThisH2088is the statuteחֻקַּ֣תchu.KatH2708of the Lawהַתּוֹרָ֔הha.to.RahH8451whichאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068has commandedצִוָּ֥הtzi.VahH6680Mosesמֹשֶֽׁה׃mo.ShehH4872:
