8butyou shall fullyפָתֹ֧חַfa.To.achH6605openתִּפְתַּ֛חtif.TachH6605your handיָדְךָ֖ya.de.KhaH3027to him, and generouslyוְהַעֲבֵט֙ve.ha.'a.VetH5670lendתַּעֲבִיטֶ֔נּוּta.'a.vi.Te.nuH5670him enoughדֵּ֚יdeiH1767for his needמַחְסֹר֔וֹmach.so.RoH4270inwhateverאֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834he lacksיֶחְסַ֖רyech.SarH2637.

10You shall generouslyנָת֤וֹןna.TonH5414giveתִּתֵּן֙ti.TenH5414to him, and your heartלְבָבְךָ֖le.va.ve.KhaH3824shall not beH7489grudgingH7489when you giveבְּתִתְּךָ֣be.ti.te.KhaH5414to him, becauseכִּ֞י בִּגְלַ֣ל׀ki big.LalH3588 H1558for thisהַזֶּ֗הha.ZehH2088thingהַדָּבָ֣רha.da.VarH1697the Lordיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ'e.lo.Hei.khaH430will blessיְבָרֶכְךָ֙ye.va.rekh.KhaH1288you in allבְּכָֽל־be.kholH3605your workמַעֲשֶׂ֔ךָma.'a.Se.khaH4639,and in allוּבְכֹ֖לu.ve.KholH3605your undertakingsמִשְׁלַ֥ח יָדֶֽךָ׃mish.Lach ya.De.khaH3027 H4916.

11For the poorאֶבְי֖וֹן'ev.YonH34will not ceaseיֶחְדַּ֥לyech.DalH2308to exist in the landהָאָ֑רֶץha.'A.retzH776;thereforeעַל־ כֵּ֞ן'al- kenH5921 H3651I am commandingמְצַוְּךָ֙me.tza.ve.KhaH6680you, sayingלֵאמֹ֔רle.MorH559, ‘You shall fullyפָּ֠תֹחַPa.to.achH6605openתִּפְתַּ֨חtif.TachH6605your handיָדְךָ֜ya.de.KhaH3027to your brotherלְאָחִ֧יךָle.'a.Chi.khaH251,to your needyלַעֲנִיֶּ֛ךָla.'a.ni.Ye.khaH6041and poorוּלְאֶבְיֹנְךָ֖u.le.'ev.yo.ne.KhaH34in your landבְּאַרְצֶֽךָ׃ סbe.'ar.Tze.khaH776.’

12“Ifכִּֽי־ki-H3588your fellowH251countrymanאָחִ֣יךָ'a.Chi.kKhaH251,a HebrewH5680manH5680orא֚וֹ'oH176womanH5680,is soldיִמָּכֵ֨רyi.ma.KherH4376to you, then he shall serveוַעֲבָֽדְךָ֖va.'a.va.de.KhaH5647you for sixשֵׁ֣שׁsheshH8337yearsשָׁנִ֑יםsha.NimH8141,but in the seventhהַשְּׁבִיעִ֔תha.she.vi.'ItH7637yearוּבַשָּׁנָה֙u.va.sha.NahH8141you shall setתְּשַׁלְּחֶ֥נּוּte.shal.le.Che.nuH7971himfreeחָפְשִׁ֖יcha.fe.ShiH2670.

13And whenוְכִֽי־ve.khi-H3588you setH7971himfreeחָפְשִׁ֖יcha.fe.ShiH2670,you shall not sendH7971him awayH7971empty-handedרֵיקָֽם׃rei.KamH7387.

14You shall giveהַעֲנֵ֤יקha.'a.NeikH6059generouslyתַּעֲנִיק֙ta.'a.NikH6059to him from your flockמִצֹּ֣אנְךָ֔mi.Tzo.ne.khaH6629,your threshingH1637floorוּמִֽגָּרְנְךָ֖u.mi.ga.re.ne.KhaH1637,and from your wineH3342vatH3342;you shall giveתִּתֶּן־ti.ten-H5414to him as the Lordיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ'e.lo.Hei.khaH430has blessedבֵּרַכְךָ֛be.rakh.KhaH1288you.

15And you are to rememberוְזָכַרְתָּ֗ve.za.khar.TaH2142that you were a slaveעֶ֤בֶד'E.vedH5650in the landבְּאֶ֣רֶץbe.'E.retzH776of Egyptמִצְרַ֔יִםmitz.Ra.yimH4714,and the Lordיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֶ֑יךָ'e.lo.Hei.khaH430redeemedוַֽיִּפְדְּךָ֖vai.yif.de.KhaH6299you; thereforeעַל־ כֵּ֞ן'al- kenH5921 H3651I am commandingמְצַוְּךָ֛me.tza.ve.KhaH6680thisהַזֶּ֖הha.ZehH2088of you todayהַיּֽוֹם׃hai.YomH3117.

16But it shall comeH1961aboutH1961,ifכִּֽי־ki-H3588he saysיֹאמַ֣רyo.MarH559to you, ‘I will not leaveאֵצֵ֖א'e.Tze'H3318you,’ becauseכִּ֤יkiH3588he lovesאֲהֵֽבְךָ֙'a.he.ve.KhaH157you and your householdבֵּיתֶ֔ךָbei.Te.khaH1004,sinceכִּי־ki-H3588he is doing wellט֥וֹבTovH2895with you,

17then you shall takeוְלָקַחְתָּ֣ve.la.kach.TaH3947anawlהַמַּרְצֵ֗עַha.mar.Tze.a'H4836and pierceוְנָתַתָּ֤הve.na.ta.TahH5414it through his earבְאָזְנוֹ֙ve.'a.ze.NoH241into the doorוּבַדֶּ֔לֶתu.va.De.letH1817,and he shall be your servantעֶ֣בֶד'E.vedH5650permanentlyעוֹלָ֑םo.LamH5769.You shall alsoוְאַ֥ףve.'AfH637doתַּעֲשֶׂה־ta.'a.seh-H6213the sameכֵּֽן׃KenH3651to your femaleH519slaveH519.
