2 Corinthians 8:16-24
16But 1thanksG5485 be to GodG2316 who 2putsG1325 the sameG846 earnestnessG4710 on your behalfG5228 in the heartG2588 of 3TitusG5103.
17For he not onlyG3303 acceptedG1209 our 4appealG3874, but beingG5225 himselfG830 very earnestG4705, he has goneG1831 to you of his ownG830 accordG830.
18We have sentG4842 alongG4842 with him 5the brotherG80 whoseG3739 fameG1868 in the things of the 6gospelG2098 has spread throughG1223 7allG3956 the churchesG1577;
198and not onlyG3440 this, but he has alsoG2532 been 9appointedG5500 by the churchesG1577 to travelG4898 with us in 10thisG3778 graciousG5485 workG5485, which is being administeredG1247 by us for the gloryG1391 of the LordG2962 HimselfG846, and to show our 11readinessG4288,
2012takingG4724 precautionG4724 so that noG3361 oneG5100 will discreditG3469 us in our administrationG1247 of thisG3778 generousG100 giftG100;
21for we 13haveG4306 regardG4306 for what is honorableG2570, not onlyG3440 in 14the sightG1799 of the LordG2962, but alsoG2532 in the sightG1799 of menG444.
22We have sentG4842 with them our brotherG80, whomG3739 we have oftenG4178 testedG1381 and foundG1510 diligentG4705 in manyG4183 thingsG4183, but nowG3570 evenG4183 moreG4183 diligentG4705 because of his greatG4183 confidenceG4006 in you.
23As for 15TitusG5103, he is my 16partnerG2844 and fellowG4904 workerG4904 17amongG1519 you; as for our 18brethrenG80, they are 1920messengersG652 of the churchesG1577, 21a gloryG1391 to ChristG5547.
24ThereforeG3767 22openlyG4383 beforeG1519G4383 the churchesG1577, 23showG1731 them the proofG1732 of your loveG26 and of our 24reasonG2746 for boastingG2746 aboutG5228 you.
