11But MaryΜαρίαMariaG3137was standingεἱστήκειheistēkeiG2476outsideἔξωexōG1854the tombμνημείῳmnēmeiōG3419weepingκλαίουσα.klaiousaG2799;and soοὖνounG3767,as she weptἔκλαιεν,eklaienG2799, shestoopedπαρέκυψενparekupsenG3879and lookedG3879into the tombμνημεῖον,mnēmeionG3419;

12and she sawθεωρεῖtheōreiG2334twoδύοduoG1417angelsἀγγέλουςangelousG32in whiteλευκοῖςleukoisG3022sittingκαθεζομένουςkathezomenousG2516,oneἕναhenaG1520at the headκεφαλῇkephalēaG2776and oneἕναhenaG1520at the feetποσίν,posinG4228,whereὅπουhopouG3699the bodyσῶμαsōmaG4983of JesusἸησοῦ.IēsouG2424had been lyingἔκειτοekeitoG2749.

13And they saidλέγουσινlegousinG3004to her, “Womanγύναι,gunaiG1135,whyτίtiG5101are you weepingκλαίεις;klaieisG2799?”She saidλέγειlegeiG3004to them, “BecauseὅτιhotiG3754they have takenG142awayἦρανēranG142my LordκύριόνkurionG2962,and I do not knowG3609whereποῦpouG4226they have laidἔθηκανethēkanG5087Him.”

14When she had saidG3004thisταῦταtautaG3778,she turnedἐστράφηestraphēG4762aroundὀπίσωopisōG3694andsawθεωρεῖtheōreiG2334JesusἸησοῦνIēsounG2424standingἑστῶταhestōtaG2476there, anddid not knowG3609that it was JesusἸησοῦςIēsousG2424.

15JesusἸησοῦς·IēsousG2424saidλέγειlegeiG3004to her, “Womanγύναι,gunaiG1135,whyτίtiG5101are you weepingκλαίεις;klaieisG2799?WhomτίναtinaG5101are you seekingζητεῖς;zēteisG2212?”SupposingδοκοῦσαdokousaG1380Him to be the gardenerκηπουρόςkēpourosG2780,she saidλέγειlegeiG3004to Him, “Sirκύριε,kurieG2962,ifεἰeiG1487you have carriedG941Him awayG941,tellG3004me whereποῦpouG4226you have laidἔθηκαςethēkasG5087Him, and I will takeἀρῶ.arōG142Him awayG142.”

16JesusἸησοῦς·IēsousG2424saidλέγειlegeiG3004to her,“MaryΜαριάμ.MariamG3137!”She turnedστραφεῖσαstrapheisaG4762and saidλέγειlegeiG3004to Him inHebrewἙβραϊστί·HebraistiG1447, “Rabboniραββουνι,rabbouniG4462!” (whichὃhoG3739meansλέγεται,legetaiG3004,Teacherδιδάσκαλε.didaskaleG1320).

17JesusἸησοῦς·IēsousG2424saidλέγειlegeiG3004to her,“StopμήmēG3361clingingἅπτου·haptouG681to Me, for I have not yetοὔπωoupōG3768ascendedἀναβέβηκαanabebēkaG305to the FatherπατέραpateraG3962;but goπορεύουporeuouG4198toMy brethrenἀδελφούςadelphousG80and sayG3004to them, ‘IascendἀναβαίνωanabainōG305to My FatherπατέραpateraG3962and your FatherπατέραpateraG3962,and My GodθεόνtheonG2316and your GodθεὸνtheonG2316.’”

19SoοὖνounG3767when it was eveningὀψίαςopsiasG3798on that dayἡμέρᾳhēmeraG2250,the firstμιᾷmiaG1520dayof the weekσαββάτωνsabbatōnG4521,and when the doorsθυρῶνthurōnG2374were shutκεκλεισμένωνkekleismenōnG2808whereὅπουhopouG3699the disciplesμαθηταὶmathētaiG3101were, forfearφόβονphobonG5401of the JewsἸουδαίων,IoudaiōnG2453,JesusἸησοῦςIēsousG2424cameἦλθενēlthenG2064and stoodἔστηestēG2476in their midstμέσονmesonG3319and saidλέγειlegeiG3004to them, “PeaceεἰρήνηeirēnēG1515be with you.”

20And when He had saidG3004thisτοῦτοtoutoG3778,He showedἔδειξενedeixenG1166them bothG2532His handsχεῖραςcheirasG5495and His sideπλευρὰνpleuranG4125.The disciplesμαθηταὶmathētaiG3101thenοὖνounG3767rejoicedἐχάρησανecharēsanG5463when they sawG3708the Lordκύριον.¶kurionG2962.

21SoοὖνounG3767JesusἸησοῦςIēsousG2424saidG3004to them againπάλιν·palinG3825, “PeaceεἰρήνηeirēnēG1515be with you;as the FatherπατὴρpatērG3962has sentἀπέσταλκένapestalkenG649Me, I alsoκἀγὼkagōkaiG2532sendπέμπωpempōG3992you.”

22And when He had saidλέγειlegeiG3004thisτοῦτοtoutoG3778,He breathedἐνεφύσησενenephusēsenG1720on them and saidG3004to them,“ReceiveλάβετεlabeteG2983the Holyἅγιον.hagionG40SpiritπνεῦμαpneumaG4151.

23IfἄνanG302you forgiveἀφῆτεaphēteG863the sinsἁμαρτίας,hamartiasG266of anyτινωνtinōnG5100, their sinshave been forgivenἀφέωνταιapheōntaiG863them; ifἄνanG302you retainκρατῆτε,kratēteG2902the sinsof anyτινωνtinōnG5100,they have been retainedκεκράτηνται.¶kekratēntaiG2902.”
