1“At that timeבָּעֵ֤תba.'EtH6256,”declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068, “I will be theGodלֵֽאלֹהִ֔יםle.lo.HimH430of allלְכֹ֖לle.KholH3605thefamiliesמִשְׁפְּח֣וֹתmish.pe.ChotH4940of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֑לYis.ra.'ElH3478,and they shall be My peopleלְעָֽם׃ סle.'AmH5971.”

2Thusכֹּ֚הkohH3541saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068, “The peopleעַ֖ם'amH5971whoH8300survivedH8300the swordחָ֑רֶבCha.revH2719Foundמָצָ֥אma.Tza'H4672graceחֵן֙chenH2580in the wildernessבַּמִּדְבָּ֔רba.mid.BarH4057--Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478,when it wentהָל֥וֹךְha.LokhH1980tofindH7280its restלְהַרְגִּיע֖וֹle.har.gi.'OH7280.”

3The Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068appearedנִרְאָ֣הnir.'AhH7200tohim from afarמֵרָח֕וֹקme.ra.ChokH7350, saying, “I havelovedאֲהַבְתִּ֔יךְ'a.hav.TikhH157you with an everlastingעוֹלָם֙o.LamH5769loveוְאַהֲבַ֤תve.'a.ha.VatH160;Thereforeעַל־ כֵּ֖ן'al- kenH5921 H3651I have drawnמְשַׁכְתִּ֥יךְme.shakh.TikhH4900you withlovingkindnessחָֽסֶד׃Cha.sedH2617.

4Againע֤וֹדodH5750I will buildאֶבְנֵךְ֙'ev.neKhH1129you and you will be rebuiltוְֽנִבְנֵ֔יתve.niv.NeitH1129,O virginבְּתוּלַ֖תbe.tu.LatH1330of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֑לYis.ra.'ElH3478!Againע֚וֹדodH5750you willtakeתַּעְדִּ֣יta'.DiH5710up yourtambourinesתֻפַּ֔יִךְtu.Pa.yikhH8596,And goוְיָצָ֖אתve.ya.TzatH3318forthH3318to the dancesבִּמְח֥וֹלbim.CholH4234of themerrymakersמְשַׂחֲקִֽים׃me.sa.cha.KimH7832.

5Againע֚וֹדodH5750you willplantתִּטְּעִ֣יti.te.'IH5193vineyardsכְרָמִ֔יםkhe.ra.MimH3754On thehillsבְּהָרֵ֖יbe.ha.ReiH2022of Samariaשֹֽׁמְר֑וֹןsho.me.RonH8111;The plantersנָטְע֥וּna.te.'UH5193will plantנֹטְעִ֖יםno.te.'ImH5193And willenjoyוְחִלֵּֽלוּ׃ve.chi.Le.luH2490them.

6For thereיֶשׁ־yesh-H3426will be a dayי֔וֹםYomH3117when watchmenנֹצְרִ֖יםno.tze.RimH5341On the hillsבְּהַ֣רbe.HarH2022of Ephraimאֶפְרָ֑יִם'ef.Ra.yimH669callקָרְא֥וּka.re.'UH7121out, ‘Ariseק֚וּמוּKu.muH6965, andlet us goוְנַעֲלֶ֣הve.na.'a.LehH5927up toZionצִיּ֔וֹןtzi.YonH6726,To the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068our Godאֱלֹהֵֽינוּ׃ פ'e.lo.Hei.nuH430.’”

7For thusכֹ֣ה׀khohH3541saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559the Lordיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068, “SingH7442aloudH7442with gladnessשִׂמְחָ֔הsim.ChahH8057for Jacobלְיַֽעֲקֹב֙le.ya.'a.KoH3290,And shoutוְצַהֲל֖וּve.tza.ha.LuH6670among thechiefבְּרֹ֣אשׁbe.RoshH7218of the nationsהַגּוֹיִ֑םha.go.YimH1471;Proclaimהַשְׁמִ֤יעוּhash.Mi.'uH8085,giveH1984praiseהַֽלְלוּ֙ha.LuH1984and sayוְאִמְר֔וּve.'im.RuH559,‘O Lordיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068,saveהוֹשַׁ֤עho.Sha'H3467Your peopleעַמְּךָ֔'a.me.KhaH5971, Theremnantשְׁאֵרִ֥יתshe.'e.RitH7611of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478.’

8BeholdH2009, I ambringingמֵבִ֨יאme.Vi'H935them from the northצָפ֗וֹןtza.FonH6828countryמֵאֶ֣רֶץme.'E.retzH776, And I willgatherוְקִבַּצְתִּים֮ve.ki.batz.TimH6908them from the remoteH3411partsמִיַּרְכְּתֵי־mi.yar.ke.tei-H3411of the earthאָרֶץ֒'a.RetzH776, Among them theblindעִוֵּ֣ר'i.VerH5787and thelameוּפִסֵּ֔חַu.fi.Se.achH6455,The womanH2030with childH2030and she who is in laborוְיֹלֶ֖דֶתve.yo.Le.detH3205with child, togetherH3164;A greatגָּד֖וֹלga.DolH1419companyקָהָ֥לka.HalH6951,they will returnיָשׁ֥וּבוּya.Shu.vuH7725hereהֵֽנָּה׃He.nahH2008.

10Hearשִׁמְע֤וּshim.'UH8085the wordדְבַר־de.var-H1697of the Lordיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068,O nationsגּוֹיִ֔םgo.YimH1471,And declareוְהַגִּ֥ידוּve.ha.Gi.duH5046in thecoastlandsבָאִיִּ֖יםva.'i.YimH339afarH4801offH4801,And sayוְאִמְר֗וּve.'im.RuH559, “He who scatteredמְזָרֵ֤הme.za.RehH2219Israelיִשְׂרָאֵל֙Yis.ra.'ElH3478willgatherיְקַבְּצֶ֔נּוּye.ka.be.Tze.nuH6908himAnd keepוּשְׁמָר֖וֹu.she.ma.RoH8104him as ashepherdכְּרֹעֶ֥הke.ro.'EhH7462keeps his flockעֶדְרֽוֹ׃ed.RoH5739.”

11For the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068hasransomedפָדָ֥הfa.DahH6299Jacobיַעֲקֹ֑בya.'a.KoH3290And redeemedוּגְאָל֕וֹu.ge.'a.LoH1350him from the handמִיַּ֖דmi.YadH3027of him whoH2389wasstrongerחָזָ֥קcha.ZakH2389thanמִמֶּֽנּוּ׃mi.Me.nuH4480he.

12“They willcomeוּבָאוּ֮u.va.'UH935and shoutH7442for joyוְרִנְּנ֣וּve.ri.ne.NuH7442on theheightבִמְרוֹם־vim.rom-H4791of Zionצִיּוֹן֒tzi.yOnH6726, And they will beradiantוְנָהֲר֞וּve.na.ha.RuH5102overאֶל־'el-H413thebountyט֣וּבtuvH2898of the Lordיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068--OverH5921thegrainדָּגָן֙da.GanH1715and the newתִּירֹ֣שׁti.RoshH8492wineH8492and the oilיִצְהָ֔רyitz.HarH3323,And overH5921the youngבְּנֵי־be.nei-H1121of theflockצֹ֖אןtzonH6629and the herdוּבָקָ֑רu.va.KarH1241;And their lifeנַפְשָׁם֙naf.ShamH5315will be like awateredרָוֶ֔הra.VehH7302gardenכְּגַ֣ןke.GanH1588, And they willneverוְלֹא־ עֽוֹד׃ve.lo'- odH3808 H5750languishלְדַאֲבָ֖הle.da.'a.VahH1669againיוֹסִ֥יפוּyo.Si.fuH3254.

13Thenאָ֣ז'azH227the virginבְּתוּלָה֙be.tu.LahH1330will rejoiceH8055in thedanceבְּמָח֔וֹלbe.ma.CholH4234,And the youngוּבַחֻרִ֥יםu.va.chu.RimH970menH970and the oldוּזְקֵנִ֖יםu.ze.ke.NimH2205,togetherH3164, For I willturnוְהָפַכְתִּ֨יve.ha.fakh.TiH2015their mourningאֶבְלָ֤ם'ev.LamH60into joyלְשָׂשׂוֹן֙le.sa.sOnH8342And will comfortוְנִ֣חַמְתִּ֔יםve.Ni.cham.TimH5162them and giveH8055themjoyH8055for their sorrowמִיגוֹנָֽם׃mi.go.NamH3015.

14I willfillוְרִוֵּיתִ֛יve.ri.vei.TiH7301the soulנֶ֥פֶשׁNe.feshH5315of the priestsהַכֹּהֲנִ֖יםha.ko.ha.NimH3548withabundanceדָּ֑שֶׁןDa.shenH1880,And My peopleוְעַמִּ֛יve.'a.MiH5971will besatisfiedיִשְׂבָּ֖עוּyis.Ba.'uH7646with My goodnessטוּבִ֥יtu.ViH2898,”declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the Lordיְהוָֽה׃ סYah.wehH3068.

15Thusכֹּ֣ה׀kohH3541saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559the Lordיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068, “A voiceק֣וֹלKolH6963is heardנִשְׁמָע֙nish.Ma'H8085inRamahבְּרָמָ֤הbe.ra.MahH7414,Lamentationנְהִי֙ne.HiH5092andbitterתַמְרוּרִ֔יםtam.ru.RimH8563weepingבְּכִ֣יbe.KhiH1065.Rachelרָחֵ֖לra.ChelH7354is weepingH1065for her childrenבָּנֶ֑יהָba.Nei.haH1121; Sherefusesמֵאֲנָ֛הme.'a.NahH3985to be comfortedלְהִנָּחֵ֥םle.hi.na.ChemH5162for her childrenבָּנֶ֖יהָba.Nei.haH1121,Becauseכִּ֥יkiH3588they are noH369moreH369.”

16Thusכֹּ֣ה׀kohH3541saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559the Lordיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068, “Restrainמִנְעִ֤יmin.'IH4513your voiceקוֹלֵךְ֙ko.leKhH6963from weepingמִבֶּ֔כִיmi.Be.khiH1065And your eyesוְעֵינַ֖יִךְve.'ei.Na.yikhH5869from tearsמִדִּמְעָ֑הmi.dim.'AhH1832; For yourworkלִפְעֻלָּתֵךְ֙lif.'u.la.teKhH6468will be rewardedשָׂכָ֤רsa.KharH7939,”declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068, “And they willreturnוְשָׁ֖בוּve.Sha.vuH7725from the landמֵאֶ֥רֶץme.'E.retzH776of the enemyH340.
