2“Thusכֹּֽה־koh-H3541saysאָמַ֥ר'a.MarH559the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068the Godאֱלֹהֵ֣י'e.lo.HeiH430of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֑לYis.ra.'ElH3478to you, O Baruchבָּרֽוּךְ׃ba.RukhH1263:

3‘You saidאָמַ֙רְתָּ֙'a.Mar.taH559, “Ahנָ֣אna'H4994,woeאֽוֹי־'o-H188is me! For the Lordיְהוָ֛הYah.wehH3068has addedיָסַ֧ףya.SafH3254sorrowיָג֖וֹןya.GonH3015to my painמַכְאֹבִ֑יmakh.'o.ViH4341; I amwearyיָגַ֙עְתִּי֙ya.Ga'.tiH3021with my groaningH603and have foundמָצָֽאתִי׃ סma.Tza.tiH4672noלֹ֥אlo'H3808restוּמְנוּחָ֖הu.me.nu.ChahH4496.”’

4Thusכֹּ֣ה׀kohH3541you are to sayתֹּאמַ֣רto.MarH559to him, ‘Thusכֹּ֚הkohH3541saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068, “Beholdהִנֵּ֤הhi.NehH2009,whatאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834I have builtבָּנִ֙יתִי֙ba.Ni.tiH1129I am about to tearהֹרֵ֔סho.ResH2040downH2040,and whatאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834I have plantedנָטַ֖עְתִּיna.Ta'.tiH5193I am about to uprootנֹתֵ֑שׁno.TeshH5428,that is, the wholeכָּל־kol-H3605landהָאָ֖רֶץha.'A.retzH776.”

5But you, are youseekingתְּבַקֶּשׁ־te.va.kesh-H1245greatגְדֹל֖וֹתge.do.LotH1419thingsH1419for yourself? Do not seekתְּבַקֵּ֑שׁte.va.KeshH1245them;for beholdH2009, I am going tobringמֵבִ֨יאme.Vi'H935disasterH7463on allכָּל־kol-H3605fleshבָּשָׂר֙ba.SarH1320,’declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068, ‘but I willgiveוְנָתַתִּ֨יve.na.ta.TiH5414your lifeנַפְשְׁךָ֙naf.she.KhaH5315to you as bootyלְשָׁלָ֔לle.sha.LalH7998in allכָּל־kol-H3605the placesהַמְּקֹמ֖וֹתha.me.ko.MotH4725whereאֲשֶׁ֥ר שָֽׁם׃ ס'a.Sher ShamH834 H8033you may goתֵּֽלֶךְ־te.lekh-H1980.’”
