Jeremiah 31:1-17

2Thusכֹּ֚הkohH3541saith theLORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068, Thepeopleעַ֖ם'amH5971whichH2719wereleftH1980of theswordחָ֑רֶבCha.revH2719foundמָצָ֥אma.Tza'H4672graceחֵן֙chenH2580in thewildernessבַּמִּדְבָּ֔רba.mid.BarH4057;evenH3541Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478, when Iwentהָל֥וֹךְha.LokhH1980to cause him torestלְהַרְגִּיע֖וֹle.har.gi.'OH7280.

3TheLORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068appearedנִרְאָ֣הnir.'AhH7200ofoldH5769untomeעַל־'al-H5921, saying, Yea, I havelovedH157thee with aneverlastingH5769loveH157: therefore with lovingkindness have Idrawnמְשַׁכְתִּ֥יךְme.shakh.TikhH4900thee.

4Againע֤וֹדodH5750will Ibuildאֶבְנֵךְ֙'ev.neKhH1129thee, and thou shalt bebuiltוְֽנִבְנֵ֔יתve.niv.NeitH1129, Ovirginבְּתוּלַ֖תbe.tu.LatH1330ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵ֑לYis.ra.'ElH3478:againע֚וֹדodH5750shalt thou be adorned with thy tabrets, and shaltgoוְיָצָ֖אתve.ya.TzatH3318forthH3318in thedancesבִּמְח֥וֹלbim.CholH4234of them that make merry.

5Againע֚וֹדodH5750shalt thouplantתִּטְּעִ֣יti.te.'IH5193vineyardsכְרָמִ֔יםkhe.ra.MimH3754upon themountainsבְּהָרֵ֖יbe.ha.ReiH2022ofSamariaשֹֽׁמְר֑וֹןsho.me.RonH8111: theplantersנָטְע֥וּna.te.'UH5193shallplantנֹטְעִ֖יםno.te.'ImH5193, and shall enjoy the fruit thereof.

7Forthusכֹ֣ה׀khohH3541saith theLORDיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068,SingH7442withgladnessשִׂמְחָ֔הsim.ChahH8057forJacobלְיַֽעֲקֹב֙le.ya.'a.KoH3290, andshoutH7442for thechiefבְּרֹ֣אשׁbe.RoshH7218of thenationsהַגּוֹיִ֑םha.go.YimH1471: publish ye,praiseהַֽלְלוּ֙ha.LuH1984ye, andsayH559, OLORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068,saveהוֹשַׁ֤עho.Sha'H3467thypeopleעַמְּךָ֔'a.me.KhaH5971, theremnantשְׁאֵרִ֥יתshe.'e.RitH7611ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478.

8Beholdהִנְנִי֩hi.NiH2005, I willbringמֵבִ֨יאme.Vi'H935them from thenorthצָפ֗וֹןtza.FonH6828countryמֵאֶ֣רֶץme.'E.retzH776, andgatherוְקִבַּצְתִּים֮ve.ki.batz.TimH6908them from the uttermostpartsמִיַּרְכְּתֵי־mi.yar.ke.tei-H3411of theearthאָרֶץ֒'a.RetzH776, and with them theblindעִוֵּ֣ר'i.VerH5787and thelameוּפִסֵּ֔חַu.fi.Se.achH6455, thewomanH2030withchildH2030andherH935that travaileth withchildH2030togetherיַחְדָּ֑וyach.DavH3162: agreatגָּד֖וֹלga.DolH1419companyקָהָ֥לka.HalH6951shall theyreturnיָשׁ֥וּבוּya.Shu.vuH7725hither.

11For theLORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068hathransomedפָדָ֥הfa.DahH6299Jacobיַעֲקֹ֑בya.'a.KoH3290, andredeemedוּגְאָל֕וֹu.ge.'a.LoH1350him from thehandמִיַּ֖דmi.YadH3027of him that wasstrongerחָזָ֥קcha.ZakH2389thanמִמֶּֽנּוּ׃mi.Me.nuH4480he.

12And they shallcomeוּבָאוּ֮u.va.'UH935andsingוְרִנְּנ֣וּve.ri.ne.NuH7442in theheightבִמְרוֹם־vim.rom-H4791ofZionצִיּוֹן֒tzi.yOnH6726, and shallflowH935togetherH5921unto thegoodnessט֣וּבtuvH2898of theLORDיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068, to the corn, and to thewineתִּירֹ֣שׁti.RoshH8492, and to theoilיִצְהָ֔רyitz.HarH3323, and to theyoungבְּנֵי־be.nei-H1121of theflockצֹ֖אןtzonH6629and of theherdוּבָקָ֑רu.va.KarH1241: and theirsoulנַפְשָׁם֙naf.ShamH5315shall be as awateredרָוֶ֔הra.VehH7302gardenכְּגַ֣ןke.GanH1588; and they shallnotוְלֹא־ve.lo'-H3808sorrowH5921anyH5750moreH5750atallH5750.

13Then shall thevirginבְּתוּלָה֙be.tu.LahH1330rejoiceתִּשְׂמַ֤חtis.MachH8055in thedanceבְּמָח֔וֹלbe.ma.CholH4234, and theyoungוּבַחֻרִ֥יםu.va.chu.RimH970menH970and theoldוּזְקֵנִ֖יםu.ze.ke.NimH2205togetherיַחְדָּ֑וyach.DavH3162: for I willturnוְהָפַכְתִּ֨יve.ha.fakh.TiH2015theirmourningאֶבְלָ֤ם'ev.LamH60intoH2015joyלְשָׂשׂוֹן֙le.sa.sOnH8342, and willcomfortוְנִ֣חַמְתִּ֔יםve.Ni.cham.TimH5162them, andmakeוְשִׂמַּחְתִּ֖יםve.si.mach.TimH8055themrejoiceH8055from theirsorrowמִיגוֹנָֽם׃mi.go.NamH3015.

14And I will satiate thesoulנֶ֥פֶשׁNe.feshH5315of thepriestsהַכֹּהֲנִ֖יםha.ko.ha.NimH3548withfatnessדָּ֑שֶׁןDa.shenH1880, and mypeopleוְעַמִּ֛יve.'a.MiH5971shall besatisfiedיִשְׂבָּ֖עוּyis.Ba.'uH7646with mygoodnessטוּבִ֥יtu.ViH2898, saith theLORDיְהוָֽה׃ סYah.wehH3068.

15Thusכֹּ֣ה׀kohH3541saith theLORDיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068: Avoiceק֣וֹלKolH6963isheardנִשְׁמָע֙nish.Ma'H8085inRamahבְּרָמָ֤הbe.ra.MahH7414,lamentationנְהִי֙ne.HiH5092, andbitterתַמְרוּרִ֔יםtam.ru.RimH8563weepingבְּכִ֣יbe.KhiH1065,Rachelרָחֵ֖לra.ChelH7354weepingH1065forherעַל־'al-H5921childrenבָּנֶ֑יהָba.Nei.haH1121;sheH3588refuseth to becomfortedלְהִנָּחֵ֥םle.hi.na.ChemH5162forherעַל־'al-H5921childrenבָּנֶ֖יהָba.Nei.haH1121,becauseH3588they arenotאֵינֶֽנּוּ׃ ס'ei.Ne.nuH369.
