Darby Bible
Peter 2:20-24
For what glory [is it], if sinningG264 and being buffeted ye shall bear [it]? but if, doing goodG15 and sufferingG3958, ye shall bear [it], this is acceptable with 1GodG2316.
For to this have ye been calledG2564; for ChristG5547 alsoG2532 has sufferedG3958 for you, leaving you a model that ye should follow in his stepsG2487:
who did no sinG266, neither was guile foundG2147 in his mouthG4750;
who, [when] reviled, reviled not again; [when] sufferingG3958, threatened not; but gave [himself] over into the handsG3860 of him who judgesG2919 righteouslyG1346;
who himself bore our sinsG266 in his bodyG4983 on the treeG3586, in orderG2443 that, being dead to sinsG266, we may liveG2198 to righteousnessG1343: by whose stripes ye have been healedG2390.
