1 Chronicles 5:11-26
11And the children of GadH1410 dweltH3427 over against them, in the landH776 of BashanH1316, as far as Salcah: 12JoelH3100 was the chiefH7218 and Shapham the next, and Jaanai, and ShaphatH8202 in BashanH1316. 13And their brethren according to their fathers' housesH1004 were MichaelH4317, and MeshullamH4918, and ShebaH7652, and Jorai, and Jaachan, and Zia, and EberH5677, sevenH7651. 14— These were the sonsH1121 of AbihailH32, the sonH1121 of Huri, the sonH1121 of Jaroah, the sonH1121 of GileadH1568, the sonH1121 of MichaelH4317, the sonH1121 of Jeshishai, the sonH1121 of Jahdo, the sonH1121 of BuzH938: 15AhiH277 the sonH1121 of Abdiel, the sonH1121 of GuniH1476, was chiefH7218 of their fathers' houseH1004. 16And they dweltH3427 in GileadH1568 in BashanH1316, and in its towns, and in all the pasture-grounds of SharonH8289, as far as their limits. 17All these were registered by genealogyH3187 in the daysH3117 of JothamH3147 kingH4428 of JudahH3063, and in the daysH3117 of JeroboamH3379 kingH4428 of IsraelH3478. 18The children of ReubenH7205 and the Gadites and halfH2677 the tribeH7626 of ManassehH4519, of valiant menH376, menH376 who carriedH5375 shieldH4043 and swordH2719, drawing the bowH7198 and skilful in warH4421, were forty-four thousandH505 sevenH7651 hundredH3967 and sixtyH8346, able to goH3318 forthH3318 to warH4421. 19And they madeH6213 warH4421 with the Hagarites, with JeturH3195, and NaphishH5305, and Nodab; 20and they were helpedH5826 against them, and the Hagarites were delivered into their handH3027, and all that were with them; for they criedH2199 to 1GodH430 in the battleH4421, and he was intreated of them, because they putH5414 their trustH982 in him. 21And they tookH7617 away their cattle: their camelsH1581 fiftyH2572 thousandH505, and twoH3967 hundredH3967 and fiftyH2572 thousandH505 sheepH6629, and twoH3967 thousandH505 asses, and a hundredH3967 thousandH505 humanH120 soulsH5315. 22For there fellH5307 downH5307 manyH7227 slainH2491, for the warH4421 was of 2GodH430. And they dweltH3427 in their stead until the captivity. 23And the children of the halfH2677 tribeH7626 of ManassehH4519 dweltH3427 in the landH776, from BashanH1316 as far as Baal-HermonH1179 and SenirH8149, and mount HermonH2768; they were manyH7235. 24And these were the headsH7218 of their fathers' housesH1004: EpherH6081, and Jishi, and ElielH447, and AzrielH5837, and JeremiahH3414, and HodaviahH1938, and Jahdiel, mightyH1368 menH376 of valour, famous menH376, headsH7218 of their fathers' housesH1004. 25And they transgressed against the 3GodH430 of their fathersH1, and went a whoring after the 4godsH430 of the peoplesH5971 of the landH776, whom 5GodH430 had destroyedH8045 before them. 26And the 6GodH430 of IsraelH3478 stirredH5782 up the spiritH7307 of PulH6322 kingH4428 of AssyriaH804, and the spiritH7307 of Tilgath-Pilneser kingH4428 of AssyriaH804, and he carried them away, the Reubenites, and the Gadites, and the halfH2677 tribeH7626 of ManassehH4519, and broughtH935 them to HalahH2477, and HaborH2249, and Hara, and to the riverH5104 GozanH1470, — unto this dayH3117.
