11ForIamwiththee, saithJehovah,tosaveלְהֽוֹשִׁיעֶ֑ךָle.ho.shi.'E.khaH3467thee:forIwillmakeאֶעֱשֶׂ֨ה'e.'e.SehH6213afullendofallthenationsהַגּוֹיִ֣ם׀ha.go.YimH1471whitherIhavescatteredהֲפִצוֹתִ֣יךָha.fi.tzo.Ti.khaH6327thee;yetoftheewillInotmakeאֶעֱשֶׂ֣ה'e.'e.SehH6213afullend,butIwillcorrecttheewithjudgmentH4941,andwillnothold theealtogetherguiltless.

13Thereisnonetopleadthycauseדִּינֵ֖ךְdi.NekhH1779,tobind up [thywoundH4205]; thou hastnohealingmedicines.

14Allthyloversמְאַהֲבַ֣יִךְme.'a.ha.Va.yikhH157haveforgottenשְׁכֵח֔וּךְshe.khe.ChukhH7911thee;theyseekH1875theenot.ForIhavesmittentheewiththestrokeofanenemyאוֹיֵ֤ב'o.YevH341,withthechastisementofacruelאַכְזָרִ֔י'akh.za.RiH394one,forthegreatnessרֹ֣בroH7230ofthineiniquityעֲוֹנֵ֔ךְ'a.vo.NekhH5771: thysinsחַטֹּאתָֽיִךְ׃cha.to.Ta.yikhH2403aremanifold.

15Whyמַה־mah-H4100criest thoubecauseofthy bruise? thysorrowisincurableאָנ֖וּשׁ'a.NushH605;forthegreatnessרֹ֣בroH7230ofthineiniquityעֲוֹנֵ֗ךְ'a.vo.NekhH5771, [because] thysinsחַטֹּאתַ֔יִךְcha.to.Ta.yikhH2403aremanifold,Ihavedonethesethingsאֵ֖לֶּה'E.lehH428unto thee.

16Thereforeלָכֵ֞ןla.KhenH3651allthatdevourאֹכְלַ֙יִךְ֙'o.khe.La.yikhH398thee shallbeH1961devouredיֵאָכֵ֔לוּye.'a.Khe.luH398,andallthine adversaries,everyoneofthem, shallgointocaptivityבַּשְּׁבִ֣יba.she.ViH7628;andtheythatspoilלָבַֽז׃la.VazH957thee shallbeH1961foraspoilH957;andalltheythatpreyH957upontheewillIgiveH5414tobeH1961apreyH957.

17ForIwillapplyabandage unto thee,andIwillhealאֶרְפָּאֵ֖ךְ'er.pa.'EkhH7495theeofthywoundsוּמִמַּכּוֹתַ֥יִךְu.mi.ma.ko.Ta.yikhH4347, saithJehovah;fortheyhavecalledקָ֣רְאוּKa.re.'uH7121theeanoutcastנִדָּחָה֙ni.da.ChahH5080:ThisisZionצִיּ֣וֹןtzi.YonH6726thatnomanseekethafter.

18Thusכֹּ֣ה׀kohH3541saithJehovah:Behold,Iwillturnשָׁב֙shavH7725thecaptivityשְׁבוּת֙she.VutH7622ofJacob'stentsאָהֳלֵ֣י'o.ho.LeiH168,andhavemercyH7355onhishabitations;andthecityעִיר֙'irH5892shallbebuiltH1129uponherownheap;andthepalaceshallbeinhabitedH3427afterthemannerthereof.

19Andoutofthemshallproceedthanksgivingתּוֹדָ֖הto.DahH8426,andthevoiceH6963ofthemthatmakeוְהִכְבַּדְתִּ֖יםve.hikh.bad.TimH3513merry:andIwillmultiplyוְהִרְבִּתִים֙ve.hir.bi.TimH7235them,andtheyshallnotbediminishedיִמְעָ֔טוּyim.'A.tuH4591;andIwillhonourthem,andtheyshallnotbesmallH4591.

21Andtheirprinceshallbeוְהָיָ֨הve.ha.YahH1961ofthemselves,andtheirrulerוּמֹֽשְׁלוֹ֙u.mo.she.LoH4910shallproceedfromthemidstמִקִּרְבּ֣וֹmi.kir.BoH7130ofthem;andIwillcausehimtoapproach,andheshalldrawH7126nearuntome.Forwhoisthisthatengagethhisheartלִבּ֛וֹli.BoH3820todrawH7126nearuntome? saithJehovah.
