4Theweakhaveyenotstrengthenedחִזַּקְתֶּ֜םchi.zak.TemH2388,norhaveyehealedרִפֵּאתֶ֗םri.pe.TemH7495thesickH2470,andyehavenotboundH2280up[whatwas]brokenH7665,neitherhaveyebroughtH7725againthatwhichwasdrivenH5080awayH7725,neitherhaveyesoughtH1245forthatwhichwaslost;butwithharshnessandwithrigourhaveye ruledoverthem.

5AndtheywereH1961scatteredוַתְּפוּצֶ֖ינָהva.te.fu.Tzei.nahH6327becausetherewasH1961noshepherdרֹעֶ֑הro.'EhH7462;andtheybecameוַתִּהְיֶ֧ינָהva.tih.Yei.nahH1961meattoallthebeastsofthefieldהַשָּׂדֶ֖הha.sa.DehH7704,andwereH1961scatteredוַתְּפוּצֶֽינָה׃va.te.fu.Tzei.nahH6327.

6MysheepH6629wanderedthroughallthemountainsהֶ֣הָרִ֔יםhe.ha.RimH2022,anduponeveryhighרָמָ֑הra.MahH7311hillH2022,andmysheepH6629havebeenscatteredנָפֹ֣צוּna.Fo.tzuH6327uponallthefaceH6440oftheearthהָאָ֙רֶץ֙ha.'A.retzH776,andtherewasnonethatsearchedH1245,orthatsoughtמְבַקֵּֽשׁ׃me.va.KeshH1245forthem.

7Thereforeלָכֵ֣ןla.KhenH3651, yeshepherdsרֹעִ֔יםro.'ImH7462,hearשִׁמְע֖וּshim.'UH8085thewordדְּבַ֥רde.VarH1697ofJehovah:

9—thereforeלָכֵן֙la.KhenH3651, yeshepherdsהָֽרֹעִ֔יםha.ro.'ImH7462,hearשִׁמְע֖וּshim.'UH8085thewordדְּבַר־de.var-H1697ofJehovah.

10Thusכֹּה־koh-H3541saiththeLordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136Jehovah:Behold,IamH1961againsttheshepherdsH7462;andIwillrequireH1875mysheepH6629attheirhandמִיָּדָ֗םmi.ya.DamH3027,andcausethemtoceaseוְהִשְׁבַּתִּים֙ve.hish.ba.TimH7673fromfeedingtheflockH6629:thattheshepherdsH7462mayfeedH7462themselvesnomore;andIwilldeliverוְהִצַּלְתִּ֤יve.hi.tzal.TiH5337mysheepH6629fromtheirmouthמִפִּיהֶ֔םmi.pi.HemH6310,thattheymaynotbeH1961foodלְאָכְלָֽה׃ סle.'okh.LahH402forthem.
