30But the personוְהַנֶּ֜פֶשׁve.ha.Ne.feshH5315whoאֲשֶֽׁר־'a.Sher-H834sins defiantlyתַּעֲשֶׂ֣ה׀ בְּיָ֣ד רָמָ֗הta.'a.Seh be.Yad ra.MahH6213H3027H7311,whetherמִן־min-H4480a nativeהָֽאֶזְרָח֙ha.'ez.RachH249orוּמִן־u.min-H4480foreignerהַגֵּ֔רha.GerH1616אֶת־'et-H853,blasphemesמְגַדֵּ֑ףme.ga.DefH1442the LORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068.Thatה֣וּאhu'H1931personהַנֶּ֥פֶשׁ הַהִ֖ואha.Ne.fesh ha.Hiv'H5315H1931shall be cut offוְנִכְרְתָ֛הve.nikh.re.TahH3772from amongמִקֶּ֥רֶבmi.Ke.revH7130his peopleעַמָּֽהּ׃'a.MahH5971.
31Heהַנֶּ֥פֶשׁ הַהִ֖ואha.Ne.fesh ha.Hiv'H5315H1931shall certainly be cut offH3772,becauseכִּ֤יkiH3588he has despisedבָּזָ֔הba.ZahH959the wordדְבַר־de.var-H1697of the LORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068andוְאֶת־ve.'EtH853brokenהֵפַ֑רhe.FarH6565His commandmentמִצְוָת֖וֹmitz.va.ToH4687;his guiltעֲוֹנָ֥ה'a.vo.NahH5771remains on him.”
32While the Israelitesבְנֵֽי־ יִשְׂרָאֵ֖לve.nei- Yis.ra.'ElH1121H3478wereוַיִּהְי֥וּvai.yih.YuH1961in the wildernessבַּמִּדְבָּ֑רba.mid.BarH4057,a manאִ֛ישׁ'ishH376was foundוַֽיִּמְצְא֗וּvai.yim.tze.'UH4672gatheringמְקֹשֵׁ֥שׁme.ko.SheshH7197woodעֵצִ֖ים'e.TzimH6086on the Sabbathהַשַּׁבָּֽת׃ha.sha.BatH7676dayבְּי֥וֹםbe.YomH3117.
33Those who foundהַמֹּצְאִ֥יםha.mo.tze.'ImH4672the manאֹת֔וֹ'o.ToH853gatheringמְקֹשֵׁ֣שׁme.ko.SheshH7197woodעֵצִ֑ים'e.TzimH6086broughtוַיַּקְרִ֣יבוּvai.yak.Ri.vuH7126himאֹת֖וֹ'o.ToH853toאֶל־'el-H413Mosesמֹשֶׁה֙ וְאֶֽל־mo.Sheh ve.'el-H4872H413,Aaronאַהֲרֹ֔ן וְאֶ֖ל'a.ha.Ron ve.'ElH175H413,and the wholeכָּל־kol-H3605congregationהָעֵדָֽה׃ha.'e.DahH5712,
35And the LORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068saidוַיֹּ֤אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559toאֶל־'el-H413Mosesמֹשֶׁ֔הmo.ShehH4872, “The manהָאִ֑ישׁha.'IshH376must surely be put to deathH4191.The wholeכָּל־kol-H3605congregationהָ֣עֵדָ֔הha.'e.DahH5712is to stoneרָג֨וֹם בָֽאֲבָנִים֙ra.Gom va.'a.va.NimH7275H68himאֹת֤וֹ'o.ToH853outsideמִח֖וּץmi.ChutzH2351the campלַֽמַּחֲנֶֽה׃La.ma.cha.NehH4264.”
