25The priestהַכֹּהֵ֗ןha.ko.HenH3548is to make atonementוְכִפֶּ֣רve.khi.PerH3722forעַֽל־'al-H5921the wholeכָּל־kol-H3605congregationעֲדַ֛ת בְּנֵ֥י'a.Dat be.NeiH5712 H1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478,so that they may be forgivenוְנִסְלַ֣חve.nis.LachH5545;forכִּֽי־ki-H3588the sinהִ֔ואhi'H1931was unintentionalשְׁגָגָ֣הshe.ga.GahH7684and theyוְהֵם֩ve.HemH1992have broughtהֵבִ֨יאוּhe.Vi.'uH935אֶת־'et-H853to the LORDלַֽיהוָ֗הla.Yah.wehH3068a food offeringקָרְבָּנָ֜ם אִשֶּׁ֣הka.re.ba.Nam 'i.ShehH7133 H801and a sin offeringוְחַטָּאתָ֛םve.cha.ta.TamH2403, presentedbeforeלִפְנֵ֥יlif.NeiH6440the LORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068forעַל־'al-H5921their unintentional sinשִׁגְגָתָֽם׃shi.ga.TamH7684.

26Then the wholeלְכָל־le.kholH3605congregationעֲדַת֙ בְּנֵ֣י'a.Dat be.NeiH5712 H1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478and the foreignersוְלַגֵּ֖רve.la.GerH1616residingהַגָּ֣רha.GarH1481among themבְּתוֹכָ֑םbe.to.KhamH8432will be forgivenוְנִסְלַ֗חve.nis.LachH5545,sinceכִּ֥יkiH3588it happened to allלְכָל־le.kholH3605the peopleהָעָ֖םha.'AmH5971unintentionallyבִּשְׁגָגָֽה׃ סbish.ga.GahH7684.

27Also, ifוְאִם־ve.'im-H518oneאַחַ֖ת'a.ChatH259personנֶ֥פֶשׁNe.feshH5315sinsתֶּחֱטָ֣אte.che.Ta'H2398unintentionallyבִשְׁגָגָ֑הvish.ga.GahH7684,he is to presentוְהִקְרִ֛יבָהve.hik.Ri.vahH7126a year-oldבַּת־ שְׁנָתָ֖הּbat- she.na.TahH1323 H8141female goatעֵ֥ז'ezH5795as a sin offeringלְחַטָּֽאת׃le.cha.TatH2403.

28And the priestהַכֹּהֵ֗ןha.ko.HenH3548shall make atonementוְכִפֶּ֣רve.khi.PerH3722beforeלִפְנֵ֣יlif.NeiH6440the LORDיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068on behalf ofעַל־'al-H5921the personהַנֶּ֧פֶשׁha.Ne.feshH5315who erredבִשְׁגָגָ֖הvish.ga.GahH7684by sinning unintentionallyהַשֹּׁגֶ֛גֶת בְּחֶטְאָ֥הha.sho.Ge.get be.chet.'AhH7683 H2398;and when atonement has been madeלְכַפֵּ֥רle.kha.PerH3722for himעָלָ֖יו'a.LavH5921,he will be forgivenוְנִסְלַ֥חve.nis.LachH5545.

29Youshall haveיִהְיֶ֣הyih.YehH1961the sameאַחַת֙'a.ChatH259lawתּוֹרָ֤הto.RahH8451for the one who actsלָעֹשֶׂ֖הla.'o.SehH6213in errorבִּשְׁגָגָֽה׃bish.ga.GahH7684,whether he is a native-bornהָֽאֶזְרָח֙ha.'ez.RachH249Israeliteבִּבְנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔לbiv.Nei Yis.ra.'ElH1121 H3478or a foreignerוְלַגֵּ֖רve.la.GerH1616residingהַגָּ֣רha.GarH1481among youבְּתוֹכָ֑םbe.to.KhamH8432.

30But the personוְהַנֶּ֜פֶשׁve.ha.Ne.feshH5315whoאֲשֶֽׁר־'a.Sher-H834sins defiantlyתַּעֲשֶׂ֣ה׀ בְּיָ֣ד רָמָ֗הta.'a.Seh be.Yad ra.MahH6213 H3027 H7311,whetherמִן־min-H4480a nativeהָֽאֶזְרָח֙ha.'ez.RachH249orוּמִן־u.min-H4480foreignerהַגֵּ֔רha.GerH1616אֶת־'et-H853,blasphemesמְגַדֵּ֑ףme.ga.DefH1442the LORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068.Thatה֣וּאhu'H1931personהַנֶּ֥פֶשׁ הַהִ֖ואha.Ne.fesh ha.Hiv'H5315 H1931shall be cut offוְנִכְרְתָ֛הve.nikh.re.TahH3772from amongמִקֶּ֥רֶבmi.Ke.revH7130his peopleעַמָּֽהּ׃'a.MahH5971.

31Heהַנֶּ֥פֶשׁ הַהִ֖ואha.Ne.fesh ha.Hiv'H5315 H1931shall certainly be cut offH3772,becauseכִּ֤יkiH3588he has despisedבָּזָ֔הba.ZahH959the wordדְבַר־de.var-H1697of the LORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068andוְאֶת־ve.'EtH853brokenהֵפַ֑רhe.FarH6565His commandmentמִצְוָת֖וֹmitz.va.ToH4687;his guiltעֲוֹנָ֥ה'a.vo.NahH5771remains on him.”
