29Then Mosesמֹשֶׁ֗הmo.ShehH4872saidוַיֹּ֣אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559to Hobabלְ֠חֹבָבle.cho.oH2246,the sonבֶּן־ben-H1121of Mosesמֹשֶׁה֒mo.ShehH4872’father-in-lawחֹתֵ֣ןcho.TenH2859Reuelרְעוּאֵ֣לre.'u.'ElH7467the Midianiteהַמִּדְיָנִי֮ha.mid.ya.NiH4084, “We areאֲנַ֗חְנוּ'a.Nach.nuH587setting outנֹסְעִ֣ים׀no.se.'ImH5265forאֶל־'el-H413the placeהַמָּקוֹם֙ha.ma.kOmH4725of whichאֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834the LORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068אֹת֖וֹ'o.ToH853saidאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559: ‘I will give itאֶתֵּ֣ן'e.TenH5414to you.’Comeלְכָ֤הle.KhahH1980with usאִתָּ֙נוּ֙'i.Ta.nuH854,and we will treat you wellוְהֵטַ֣בְנוּve.he.Tav.nuH3190,forכִּֽי־ki-H3588the LORDיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068has promisedדִּבֶּר־di.ber-H1696goodט֖וֹבTovH2896things toעַל־'al-H5921Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478.”

30“I will notלֹ֣אlo'H3808goאֵלֵ֑ךְ'e.LekhH1980,” Hobabrepliedוַיֹּ֥אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559אֵלָ֖יו'e.LavH413. “Insteadכִּ֧י אִם־ki 'im-H3588 H518,I am going backאֵלֵֽךְ׃'e.LekhH1980toאֶל־'el-H413my own landאַרְצִ֛י וְאֶל־'ar.Tzi ve.'el-H776 H413and my own peopleמוֹלַדְתִּ֖יmo.lad.TiH4138.”

31“Pleaseנָ֖אna'H4994do notאַל־'al-H408leave usתַּעֲזֹ֣בta.'a.ZoH5800אֹתָ֑נוּ'o.Ta.nuH853,”Moses saidוַיֹּ֕אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559, “sinceכִּ֣י׀ עַל־ כֵּ֣ןki 'al- kenH3588 H5921 H3651you knowיָדַ֗עְתָּya.Da'.taH3045where we should campחֲנֹתֵ֙נוּ֙cha.no.Te.nuH2583in the wildernessבַּמִּדְבָּ֔רba.mid.BarH4057,and you can serveוְהָיִ֥יתָve.ha.Yi.taH1961as oureyesלְעֵינָֽיִם׃le.'ei.Na.yimH5869.

32וְהָיָ֖הve.ha.YahH1961Ifכִּי־ki-H3588you comeתֵלֵ֣ךְte.LekhH1980with usעִמָּ֑נוּ'i.Ma.nuH5973וְהָיָ֣ה׀ve.ha.YahH1961,we will shareיֵיטִ֧יבyei.TivH3190with youwhateverאֲשֶׁ֨ר וְהֵטַ֥בְנוּ'a.Sher ve.he.Tav.nuH834 H3190good thingsהַטּ֣וֹב הַה֗וּאha.Tov ha.Hu'H2896 H1931the LORDיְהוָ֛הYah.wehH3068gives usעִמָּ֖נוּ'i.Ma.nuH5973.”

33So they set outוַיִּסְעוּ֙vai.yis.'UH5265on a three-dayשְׁלֹ֣שֶׁת יָמִ֑יםshe.Lo.shet ya.MimH7969 H3117journeyדֶּ֖רֶךְDe.rekhH1870from the mountainמֵהַ֣רme.HarH2022of the LORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068,with the arkוַאֲר֨וֹןva.'a.RonH727of the covenantבְּרִית־be.rit-H1285of the LORDיְהוָ֜הYah.wehH3068travelingנֹסֵ֣עַno.Se.a'H5265ahead of themלִפְנֵיהֶ֗ם דֶּ֚רֶךְlif.nei.Hem De.rekhH6440 H1870for those threeשְׁלֹ֣שֶׁתshe.Lo.shetH7969daysיָמִ֔יםya.MimH3117to seekלָת֥וּרla.TurH8446a resting placeמְנוּחָֽה׃me.nu.ChahH4496for them.

34And the cloudוַעֲנַ֧ןva.'a.NanH6051of the LORDיְהוָ֛הYah.wehH3068was over themעֲלֵיהֶ֖ם'a.lei.HemH5921by dayיוֹמָ֑םyo.MamH3119when they set outבְּנָסְעָ֖םbe.na.se.'AmH5265fromמִן־min-H4480the campהַֽמַּחֲנֶֽה׃ ׆ סHa.ma.cha.NehH4264.

35Wheneverוַיְהִ֛יvay.HiH1961the arkהָאָרֹ֖ןha.'a.RonH727set outבִּנְסֹ֥עַbin.So.a'H5265,Mosesמֹשֶׁ֑הmo.ShehH4872would sayוַיֹּ֣אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559, “Rise upקוּמָ֣ה׀ku.MahH6965,O LORDיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068!May Your enemiesאֹֽיְבֶ֔יךָ'o.ye.Vei.khaH341be scatteredוְיָפֻ֙צוּ֙ve.ya.Fu.tzuH6327;may those who hate Youמְשַׂנְאֶ֖יךָme.san.'Ei.khaH8130fleeוְיָנֻ֥סוּve.ya.Nu.suH5127before Youמִפָּנֶֽיךָ׃mi.pa.Nei.khaH6440.”

36And when it came to restוּבְנֻחֹ֖הu.ve.nu.ChohH5117,he would sayיֹאמַ֑רyo.MarH559: “Returnשׁוּבָ֣הshu.VahH7725,O LORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068,to the countlessרִֽבְב֖וֹתri.VotH7233thousandsאַלְפֵ֥י'al.FeiH505of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ ׆ סYis.ra.'ElH3478.”
