10You are weariedיָגַ֔עַתְּya.Ga.'atH3021by your manyבְּרֹ֤בbe.RoH7230journeysדַּרְכֵּךְ֙dar.keKhH1870,but you did notלֹ֥אlo'H3808sayאָמַ֖רְתְּ'a.MartH559, “There is no hopeנוֹאָ֑שׁno.'AshH2976!”You foundמָצָ֔אתma.TzatH4672renewalחַיַּ֤תchai.YatH2416of your strengthיָדֵךְ֙ya.deKhH3027;thereforeעַל־ כֵּ֖ן'al- kenH5921 H3651you did notלֹ֥אlo'H3808grow weakחָלִֽית׃cha.LitH2470.

11וְאֶת־ve.'EtH853Whomמִ֞יmiH4310have you dreadedדָּאַ֤גְתְּda.'AgtH1672and fearedוַתִּֽירְאִי֙va.ti.re.'IH3372,so thatכִּ֣יkiH3588you liedתְכַזֵּ֔בִיte.kha.Ze.viH3576andוְאוֹתִי֙ve.'o.TiH853failedלֹ֣אlo'H3808to remember Meזָכַ֔רְתְּza.KhartH2142orלֹא־lo'-H3808take thisשַׂ֖מְתְּsamtH7760toעַל־'al-H5921heartלִבֵּ֑ךְli.BekhH3820?Is it notהֲלֹ֨אha.Lo'H3808becauseI haveאֲנִ֤י'a.NiH589longוּמֵ֣עֹלָ֔םu.Me.'o.LamH5769been silentמַחְשֶׁה֙mach.ShehH2814thatוְאוֹתִ֖יve.'o.TiH853you do notלֹ֥אlo'H3808fear Meתִירָֽאִי׃ti.Ra.'iH3372?

12Iאֲנִ֥י'a.NiH589will exposeאַגִּ֖יד'a.GidH5046your righteousnessצִדְקָתֵ֑ךְtzid.ka.TekhH6666וְאֶֽת־ve.'EtH853and your worksמַעֲשַׂ֖יִךְma.'a.Sa.yikhH4639,and they will notוְלֹ֥אve.Lo'H3808profit youיוֹעִילֽוּךְ׃yo.'i.LukhH3276.

13When you cry outבְּזַֽעֲקֵךְ֙be.za.'a.keKhH2199,let your companiesקִבּוּצַ֔יִךְki.bu.Tza.yikhH6899of idolsdeliver youיַצִּילֻ֣ךְya.tzi.LukhH5337!Yetוְאֶת־ve.'EtH853the windר֖וּחַRu.achH7307will carry offיִשָּׂא־yi.sa'-H5375all of themכֻּלָּ֥םku.LamH3605,a breathהָ֑בֶלHa.velH1892will take them awayיִקַּח־yi.kach-H3947.But he who seeks refugeוְהַחוֹסֶ֥הve.ha.cho.SehH2620in Mewill inheritיִנְחַל־yin.chal-H5157the landאֶ֔רֶץ'E.retzH776and possessוְיִירַ֖שׁve.yi.RashH3423My holyקָדְשִֽׁי׃kod.shiH6944mountainהַר־har-H2022.”

14And it will be saidוְאָמַ֥רve.'a.MarH559, “Build it upסֹֽלּוּ־so.lu-H5549,build it upסֹ֖לּוּSo.luH5549,prepareפַּנּוּ־pa.nu-H6437the wayדָ֑רֶךְDa.rekhH1870,takeהָרִ֥ימוּha.Ri.muH7311every obstacleמִכְשׁ֖וֹלmikh.SholH4383out of the wayמִדֶּ֥רֶךְmi.De.rekhH1870of My peopleעַמִּֽי׃ ס'a.MiH5971.”

15Forכִּי֩kiH3588thusכֹ֨הkhohH3541saysאָמַ֜ר'a.MarH559the One who is highרָ֣םramH7311and lifted upוְנִשָּׂ֗אve.ni.Sa'H5375,who inhabitsשֹׁכֵ֥ןsho.KhenH7931eternityעַד֙'adH5703,whose nameשְׁמ֔וֹshe.MoH8034is Holyוְקָד֣וֹשׁve.ka.Do.oshH6918: “I dwellאֶשְׁכּ֑וֹן'esh.KonH7931in a highמָר֥וֹםma.RomH4791and holy placeוְקָד֖וֹשׁve.ka.Do.oshH6918,and withוְאֶת־ve.'EtH854the oppressedדַּכָּא֙da.Ka'H1793and humbleוּשְׁפַל־u.she.fal-H8217in spiritר֔וּחַRu.achH7307,to restoreלְהַחֲיוֹת֙le.ha.cha.yOtH2421the spiritר֣וּחַRu.achH7307of the lowlyשְׁפָלִ֔יםshe.fa.LimH8217and reviveוּֽלְהַחֲי֖וֹתu.le.ha.cha.YotH2421the heartלֵ֥בlevH3820of the contriteנִדְכָּאִֽים׃nid.ka.'ImH1792.
