13Surelyאַף־'af-H637My own handיָדִי֙ya.DiH3027foundedיָ֣סְדָהYa.se.dahH3245the earthאֶ֔רֶץ'E.retzH776,and My right handוִֽימִינִ֖יvi.mi.NiH3225spread outטִפְּחָ֣הti.pe.ChahH2946the heavensשָׁמָ֑יִםsha.Ma.yimH8064;when Iאֲנִ֛י אֲלֵיהֶ֖ם'a.Ni 'a.lei.HemH589 H413summon themקֹרֵ֥אko.Re'H7121,they stand upיַעַמְד֥וּya.'am.DuH5975togetherיַחְדָּֽו׃yach.DavH3162.

14Come togetherהִקָּבְצ֤וּhi.ka.ve.TzuH6908,all of youכֻלְּכֶם֙khu.le.KhemH3605,and listenוּֽשֲׁמָ֔עוּu.sha.Ma.'uH8085:Whichמִ֥יmiH4310of the idolshas foretoldהִגִּ֣ידhi.GidH5046אֶת־'et-H853these thingsאֵ֑לֶּה'E.lehH428?The LORD’sיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068chosen allyאֲהֵב֔וֹ'a.he.VoH157will carry outיַעֲשֶׂ֤הya.'a.SehH6213His desireחֶפְצוֹ֙chef.TzoH2656against Babylonבְּבָבֶ֔לbe.va.VelH894,and His armוּזְרֹע֖וֹu.ze.ro.'OH2220will be against the Chaldeansכַּשְׂדִּֽים׃kas.DimH3778.

15Iאֲנִ֥י'a.NiH589,even Iאֲנִ֛י'a.NiH589,have spokenדִּבַּ֖רְתִּיdi.Bar.tiH1696;yesאַף־'af-H637,I have called himקְרָאתִ֑יוke.ra.TivH7121.I have brought himהֲבִיאֹתִ֖יוha.vi.'o.TivH935,and he will succeedוְהִצְלִ֥יחַve.hitz.Li.achH6743in his missionדַּרְכּֽוֹ׃dar.KoH1870.
