4Everyכָּל־kol-H3605valleyגֶּיא֙gei'H1516shall be lifted upיִנָּשֵׂ֔אyi.na.Se'H5375,and everyוְכָל־ve.kholH3605mountainהַ֥רharH2022and hillוְגִבְעָ֖הve.giv.'AhH1389made lowיִשְׁפָּ֑לוּyish.Pa.luH8213;the unevenהֶֽעָקֹב֙he.'a.KoH6121groundwill becomeוְהָיָ֤הve.ha.YahH1961smoothלְמִישׁ֔וֹרle.mi.ShorH4334,and the rugged landוְהָרְכָסִ֖יםve.ha.re.kha.SimH7406a plainלְבִקְעָֽה׃le.vik.'AhH1237.

5And the gloryכְּב֣וֹדke.VodH3519of the LORDיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068will be revealedוְנִגְלָ֖הve.nig.LahH1540,and allכָל־khol-H3605humanityבָּשָׂר֙ba.SarH1320togetherיַחְדָּ֔וyach.DavH3162will see itוְרָא֤וּve.ra.'UH7200.”Forכִּ֛יkiH3588the mouthפִּ֥יpiH6310of the LORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068has spokenדִּבֵּֽר׃ סdi.BerH1696.

6A voiceק֚וֹלKolH6963saysאֹמֵ֣ר'o.MerH559, “Cry outקְרָ֔אke.Ra'H7121!”And I askedוְאָמַ֖רve.'a.MarH559, “Whatמָ֣הmahH4100should I cry outאֶקְרָ֑א'ek.Ra'H7121?” “Allכָּל־kol-H3605fleshהַבָּשָׂ֣רha.ba.SarH1320is like grassחָצִ֔ירcha.TzirH2682,and allוְכָל־ve.kholH3605its gloryחַסְדּ֖וֹchas.DoH2617like the flowersכְּצִ֥יץke.TzitzH6731of the fieldהַשָּׂדֶֽה׃ha.sa.DehH7704.

7The grassחָצִיר֙cha.TzirH2682withersיָבֵ֤שׁya.VeshH3001andthe flowersצִ֔יץTzitzH6731fallנָ֣בֵֽלNa.velH5034whenכִּ֛יkiH3588the breathר֥וּחַRu.achH7307of the LORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068blowsנָ֣שְׁבָהNa.she.vahH5380on them;indeedאָכֵ֥ן'a.KhenH403,the peopleהָעָֽם׃ha.'AmH5971are grassחָצִ֖ירcha.TzirH2682.

8The grassחָצִ֖ירcha.TzirH2682withersיָבֵ֥שׁya.VeshH3001andthe flowersצִ֑יץTzitzH6731fallנָ֣בֵֽלNa.velH5034,but the wordוּדְבַר־u.de.var-H1697of our Godאֱלֹהֵ֖ינוּ'e.lo.Hei.nuH430standsיָק֥וּםya.KumH6965foreverלְעוֹלָֽם׃ סle.'o.LamH5769.”

10Beholdהִנֵּ֨הhi.NehH2009,the Lordאֲדֹנָ֤י'a.do.NaiH136GODיְהוִה֙Yah.wehH3069comesיָב֔וֹאya.Vo'H935with mightבְּחָזָ֣קbe.cha.ZakH2389,and His armוּזְרֹע֖וֹu.ze.ro.'OH2220establishes His ruleמֹ֣שְׁלָהMo.she.lahH4910הִנֵּ֤הhi.NehH2009.His rewardשְׂכָרוֹ֙se.kha.RoH7939is with Himאִתּ֔וֹ'i.ToH854,and His recompenseוּפְעֻלָּת֖וֹu.fe.'u.la.ToH6468accompanies Himלְפָנָֽיו׃le.fa.NavH6440.

11He tendsכְּרֹעֶה֙ke.ro.'EhH7462His flockעֶדְר֣וֹed.RoH5739like a shepherdיִרְעֶ֔הyir.'EhH7462;He gathersיְקַבֵּ֣ץye.ka.BetzH6908the lambsטְלָאִ֔יםte.la.'ImH2922in His armsבִּזְרֹעוֹ֙biz.ro.'OH2220and carries themיִשָּׂ֑אyi.Sa'H5375close to His heartוּבְחֵיק֖וֹu.ve.chei.KoH2436.He gently leadsיְנַהֵֽל׃ סye.na.HelH5095the nursingעָל֖וֹתa.LotH5763ewes.
