Galatians 6
American Standard Version
1Brethren, evenG2532 if a manG444 be overtaken in any trespassG3900, ye who are spiritualG4152, restore such a oneG5100 in a spiritG4151 of gentlenessG4240; looking to thyself, lestG3361 thou alsoG2532 be temptedG3985. 2BearG941 ye oneG240 another’s burdensG922, and so fulfil the lawG3551 of ChristG5547. 3For if a man thinketh himself to beG1510 somethingG5100 when he isG1510 nothingG3367, he deceiveth himself. 4But let each manG1538 prove his ownG1438 workG2041, and then shall he have his glorying in regard of himself aloneG3441, and not of his neighbor. 5For each manG1538 shall bearG941 his ownG2398 burdenG5413.
6But let him that is taught in the wordG3056 communicate unto him that teacheth in all goodG18 thingsG3956. 7Be not deceivedG4105; GodG2316 is not mocked: for whatsoever a manG444 soweth, that shall he alsoG2532 reapG2325. 8For he that soweth unto his ownG1438 fleshG4561 shall of the fleshG4561 reapG2325 corruption; but he that soweth unto the SpiritG4151 shall of the SpiritG4151 reapG2325 eternalG166 lifeG2222. 9And let us not be weary in well-doing: for in due seasonG2540 we shall reapG2325, if we faintG1590 not. 10So thenG3767, as we have opportunityG2540, let us workG2038 that which is goodG18 toward all men, and especiallyG3122 toward them that are of the householdG3609 of the faithG4102.
11SeeG3708 with howG4080 large lettersG1121 I writeG1125 unto you with mine own handG5495. 12As manyG3745 as desireG2309 to make a fair show in the fleshG4561, they compelG315 you to be circumcisedG4059; onlyG3440 that they may not be persecutedG1377 for the crossG4716 of ChristG5547. 13For not evenG3761 they who receive circumcision do themselves keepG5442 the lawG3551; but they desireG2309 to have you circumcisedG4059, that they may glory in your fleshG4561. 14But far be it from me to glory, save in the crossG4716 of our LordG2962 JesusG2424 ChristG5547, through which the worldG2889 hath been crucifiedG4717 unto me, and I unto the worldG2889. 15For neither isG1510 circumcisionG4061 anythingG5100, nor uncircumcisionG203, but a newG2537 creature. 16And as manyG3745 as shall walkG4748 by this rule, peaceG1515 be upon them, and mercyG1656, and upon the IsraelG2474 of GodG2316.
17Henceforth let no man trouble me; for I bearG941 branded on my bodyG4983 the marks of JesusG2424.
18The graceG5485 of our LordG2962 JesusG2424 ChristG5547 be with your spiritG4151, brethren. AmenG281.
