4Becauseיַ֣עַן׀Ya.'anH3282they have forsakenmeH3808, and have estranged thisplaceהַמָּק֤וֹםha.ma.KomH4725, and haveburnedH6999incenseH6999in it untootherאֲחֵרִ֔ים'a.che.RimH312godsלֵאלֹהִ֣יםle.lo.HimH430,whomH834theyknewיְדָע֛וּםye.da.'UmH3045notH3808, they and theirfathersוַאֲבֽוֹתֵיהֶ֖םva.'a.vo.tei.HemH1and thekingsוּמַלְכֵ֣יu.mal.KheiH4428ofJudahיְהוּדָ֑הye.hu.DahH3063; and havefilledוּמָֽלְא֛וּu.mal.'UH4390thisplaceהַמָּק֥וֹםha.ma.KomH4725with thebloodדַּ֥םdamH1818of innocents;

7And I willmakeH5414voidH5307thecounselעֲצַ֨ת'a.TzatH6098ofJudahיְהוּדָ֤הye.hu.DahH3063andJerusalemוִירוּשָׁלִַ֙ם֙vi.ru.sha.LimH3389in thisplaceבַּמָּק֣וֹםba.ma.KomH4725; and I willcauseH5414them tofallוְהִפַּלְתִּ֤יםve.hi.pal.TimH5307by theswordבַּחֶ֙רֶב֙ba.Che.revH2719beforeלִפְנֵ֣יlif.NeiH6440theirenemiesאֹֽיְבֵיהֶ֔ם'o.ye.vei.HemH341, and by thehandוּבְיַ֖דu.ve.YadH3027of them thatseekמְבַקְשֵׁ֣יme.vak.SheiH1245theirlifeנַפְשָׁ֑םnaf.ShamH5315: and their carcases will Igiveוְנָתַתִּ֤יve.na.ta.TiH5414to be meat for the fowls of theheavenהַשָּׁמַ֖יִםha.sha.Ma.yimH8064, and for thebeastsוּלְבֶהֱמַ֥תu.le.ve.he.MatH929of theearthהָאָֽרֶץ׃ha.'A.retzH776.

8And I willmakeוְשַׂמְתִּי֙ve.sam.TiH7760thiscityהָעִ֣ירha.'IrH5892an astonishment, and anhissingוְלִשְׁרֵקָ֑הve.lish.re.KahH8322;everyכֹּ֚לkolH3605one that passeth thereby shall beastonishedיִשֹּׁ֥םyi.ShomH8074andhissוְיִשְׁרֹ֖קve.yish.RokH8319becauseH5921ofallכָּל־kol-H3605theplaguesמַכֹּתֶֽהָ׃ma.ko.Te.haH4347thereof.

9And I will cause them toeatוְהַֽאֲכַלְתִּ֞יםve.ha.'a.khal.TimH398thefleshבְּשַׂ֣רbe.SarH1320of theirsonsבְּנֵיהֶ֗םbe.nei.HemH1121and thefleshבְּשַׂ֣רbe.SarH1320of theirdaughtersבְּנֹתֵיהֶ֔םbe.no.tei.HemH1323, and they shalleatיֹאכֵ֑לוּyo.Khe.luH398everyוְאִ֥ישׁve.'IshH376one thefleshבְּשַׂר־be.sar-H1320of hisfriendרֵעֵ֖הוּre.'E.huH7453, in thesiegeבְּמָצוֹר֙be.ma.tzOrH4692and in the straitness, wherewith theirenemiesאֹיְבֵיהֶ֖ם'o.ye.vei.HemH341, and they thatseekוּמְבַקְשֵׁ֥יu.me.vak.SheiH1245theirlifeנַפְשָֽׁם׃naf.ShamH5315, shall straiten them.

10Then shalt thoubreakוְשָׁבַרְתָּ֖ve.sha.var.TaH7665the bottle in thesightלְעֵינֵי֙le.'ei.NeiH5869of themenH376thatgoהַהֹלְכִ֖יםha.ho.le.KhimH1980with thee,

12Thusכֵּֽן־ken-H3651will Idoאֶעֱשֶׂ֞ה'e.'e.SehH6213unto thisplaceלַמָּק֥וֹםla.ma.KomH4725, saith theLORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068, and to theinhabitantsוּלְיֽוֹשְׁבָ֑יוu.le.yo.she.VavH3427thereof,evenH3651makingוְלָתֵ֛תve.la.TetH5414thiscityהָעִ֥ירha.'IrH5892asTophethכְּתֹֽפֶת׃ke.To.fetH8612:
