2Thou hastplantedנְטַעְתָּם֙ne.ta'.TamH5193them, yea, they havetakenH8327rootשֹׁרָ֔שׁוּsho.Ra.shuH8327; they grow, yea, they bring forthfruitפֶ֑רִיFe.riH6529: thou artnearקָר֤וֹבka.RovH7138in theirmouthבְּפִיהֶ֔םbe.fi.HemH6310, andfarוְרָח֖וֹקve.ra.ChokH7350from their reins.

3But thou, OLORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068, knowestmeH7200; thou seestmeH7200, and triest mineheartלִבִּ֖יli.BiH3820towardאִתָּ֑ךְ'i.TakhH854thee:pullהַתִּקֵם֙ha.ti.KemH5423themoutיְדַעְתָּ֔נִיye.da'.Ta.niH3045likesheepכְּצֹ֣אןke.TzonH6629for theslaughterהֲרֵגָֽה׃ סha.re.GahH2028, andprepareוְהַקְדִּשֵׁ֖םve.hak.di.ShemH6942them for thedayלְי֥וֹםle.YomH3117ofslaughterH2028.

4Howמָתַי֙ma.TaiH4970longעַד־'ad-H5704shall thelandהָאָ֔רֶץha.'A.retzH776mournתֶּאֱבַ֣לte.'e.ValH56, and theherbsוְעֵ֥שֶׂבve.'E.sevH6212of thewholeכָּל־kol-H3605countryH776witherיִיבָ֑שׁyi.VashH3001? for thewickednessמֵרָעַ֣תme.ra.'AtH7451of them thatdwellיֹֽשְׁבֵי־yo.she.vei-H3427therein, thebeastsבְהֵמוֹת֙ve.he.mOtH929are consumed, and thebirdsוָע֔וֹףva.'ofH5775;becauseכִּ֣יkiH3588theysaidאָמְר֔וּ'a.me.RuH559, He shallnotלֹ֥אlo'H3808seeיִרְאֶ֖הyir.'EhH7200ourlatterH319endאַחֲרִיתֵֽנוּ׃'a.cha.ri.Te.nuH319.

11They havemadeשָׂמָהּ֙sa.MahH7760it adesolationשְׁמֵמָ֑הshe.me.MahH8077; it mourneth untomeH5921, beingdesolateנָשַׁ֙מָּה֙na.Sha.mahH8074; thewholeכָּל־kol-H3605landהָאָ֔רֶץha.'A.retzH776ismadeשָׂ֥םsamH7760desolateH8074,becauseכִּ֛יkiH3588noאֵ֥ין'einH369manאִ֖ישׁ'ishH376layeth it toheartלֵֽב׃LevH3820.

16and it shallcomeH1961topassH1961,ifH518they will diligentlylearnH3925thewaysדַּֽרְכֵ֨יdar.KheiH1870of mypeopleעַמִּ֜י'a.MiH5971, toswearלְהִשָּׁבֵ֤עַle.hi.sha.Ve.a'H7650by mynameבִּשְׁמִי֙bish.MiH8034, As theLORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068liveth;evenH518as theytaughtH3925mypeopleעַמִּ֔י'a.MiH5971toswearלְהִשָּׁבֵ֖עַle.hi.sha.Ve.a'H7650byBaalבַּבָּ֑עַלba.Ba.'alH1168; then shall they bebuiltH1129upH1129in themidstבְּת֥וֹךְbe.TokhH8432of mypeopleעַמִּֽי׃'a.MiH5971.

17Butifוְאִ֖םve.'ImH518they willnotלֹ֣אlo'H3808hearיִשְׁמָ֑עוּyish.Ma.'uH8085, then will IpluckH5428upH853thatnationהַגּ֥וֹיha.GoyH1471, pluckingupH853anddestroyingוְאַבֵּ֖דve.'a.BedH6it, saith theLORDיְהוָֽה׃ סYah.wehH3068.
