4Sinceמֵאֲשֶׁ֨רme.'a.SherH834thou hast beenpreciousיָקַ֧רְתָּya.Kar.taH3365in mysightבְעֵינַ֛יve.'ei.NaiH5869, and honourable, and I havelovedאֲהַבְתִּ֑יךָ'a.hav.Ti.khaH157thee; therefore will Igiveוְאֶתֵּ֤ןve.'e.TenH5414menאָדָם֙'a.DamH120for thee, andpeoplesוּלְאֻמִּ֖יםu.le.'u.MimH3816for thylifeנַפְשֶֽׁךָ׃naf.She.khaH5315.

5Fearתִּירָ֖אti.Ra'H3372notאַל־'al-H408; for I am with thee: I willbringאָבִ֣יא'a.Vi'H935thyseedזַרְעֶ֔ךָzar.'E.khaH2233from theeastמִמִּזְרָח֙mi.miz.RachH4217, andgatherאֲקַבְּצֶֽךָּ׃'a.ka.be.Tze.kaH6908thee from thewestוּמִֽמַּעֲרָ֖בu.mi.ma.'a.RavH4628;

6I willsayאֹמַ֤ר'o.MarH559to thenorthלַצָּפוֹן֙la.tza.fOnH6828,GiveH5414upH5414; and to thesouthוּלְתֵימָ֖ןu.le.tei.ManH8486,KeepH935notאַל־'al-H408backH935;bringהָבִ֤יאִיha.Vi.'iH935mysonsבָנַי֙va.NaiH1121fromfarמֵרָח֔וֹקme.ra.ChokH7350, and mydaughtersוּבְנוֹתַ֖יu.ve.no.TaiH1323from theendמִקְצֵ֥הmik.TzehH7097of theearthהָאָֽרֶץ׃ha.'A.retzH776;

7everyכֹּ֚לkolH3605one that iscalledהַנִּקְרָ֣אha.nik.Ra'H7121by mynameבִשְׁמִ֔יvish.MiH8034, andwhomH7121I havecreatedבְּרָאתִ֑יוbe.ra.TivH1254for mygloryוְלִכְבוֹדִ֖יve.likh.vo.DiH3519; I haveformedיְצַרְתִּ֖יוye.tzar.TivH3335him; yea, I havemadeעֲשִׂיתִֽיו׃'a.si.TivH6213him.

8Bringהוֹצִ֥יאho.Tzi'H3318forthH3318theblindעִוֵּ֖ר'i.VerH5787peopleעַם־'am-H5971that haveeyesוְעֵינַ֣יִםve.'ei.Na.yimH5869, and thedeafוְחֵרְשִׁ֖יםve.che.re.ShimH2795that haveearsוְאָזְנַ֥יִםve.'a.ze.Na.yimH241.

9LetH5414allכָּֽל־kal-H3605thenationsהַגּוֹיִ֞םha.go.YimH1471begatheredוְיֵאָֽסְפוּ֙ve.ye.'a.se.FuH622togetherיַחְדָּ֗וyach.DavH3162, andletH5414thepeoplesלְאֻמִּ֔יםle.'u.MimH3816beassembledH622: who among themcanמִ֤יmiH4310declareיַגִּ֣ידya.GidH5046this, and shewusH5414formerוְרִֽאשֹׁנ֖וֹתve.ri.sho.NotH7223things?letH5414thembringH5414theirwitnessesעֵֽדֵיהֶם֙'e.dei.HemH5707, that they may bejustifiedוְיִצְדָּ֔קוּve.yitz.Da.kuH6663: orletH5414themhearH8085, andsayוְיֹאמְר֥וּve.yo.me.RuH559, It istruthאֱמֶֽת׃'e.MetH571.

12I havedeclaredהִגַּ֤דְתִּיhi.Gad.tiH5046, and I havesavedוְהוֹשַׁ֙עְתִּי֙ve.ho.Sha'.tiH3467, and I have shewed, and there wasnoוְאֵ֥יןve.'EinH369strangeזָ֑רZarH2114godאֵֽל׃'ElH410amongyouוְאַתֶּ֥םve.'a.TemH859: therefore ye are mywitnessesעֵדַ֛י'e.DaiH5707, saith theLORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068, and I amGodH410.

14Thusכֹּֽה־koh-H3541saith theLORDיְהוָ֛הYah.wehH3068, yourredeemerגֹּאַלְכֶ֖םgo.'al.KhemH1350, theHolyקְד֣וֹשׁke.Do.oshH6918One ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵ֑לYis.ra.'ElH3478: For yoursakeלְמַעַנְכֶ֞םle.ma.'an.KhemH4616I havesentשִׁלַּ֣חְתִּיshi.Lach.tiH7971toBabylonבָבֶ֗לָהva.Ve.lahH894, and I willbringוְהוֹרַדְתִּ֤יve.ho.rad.TiH3381downH3381allכֻּלָּ֔םku.LamH3605of them asfugitivesבָֽרִיחִים֙va.ri.ChimH1281,evenH3541theChaldeansוְכַשְׂדִּ֖יםve.khas.DimH3778, in theshipsבָּאֳנִיּ֥וֹתbo.'o.ni.YotH591of their rejoicing.

15I am theLORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068, yourHolyקְדֽוֹשְׁכֶ֑םke.do.she.KhemH6918One, the Creator ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478, yourKingמַלְכְּכֶֽם׃ סmal.ke.KhemH4428.

16Thusכֹּ֚הkohH3541saith theLORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068,whichH4325maketh awayדָּ֑רֶךְDa.rekhH1870in theseaבַּיָּ֖םbai.YamH3220, and apathH1870in themightyעַזִּ֖ים'a.ZimH5794watersוּבְמַ֥יִםu.ve.Ma.yimH4325;

17which bringethforthהַמּוֹצִ֥יאha.mo.Tzi'H3318thechariotרֶֽכֶב־re.khev-H7393andhorseוָס֖וּסva.SusH5483, thearmyחַ֣יִלCha.yilH2428and thepowerH2428; theylieH7901downH7901togetherיַחְדָּ֤וyach.DavH3162, they shallnotבַּל־bal-H1077riseיָק֔וּמוּya.Ku.muH6965; they are extinct, they arequenchedכָבֽוּ׃kha.VuH3518asflaxכַּפִּשְׁתָּ֥הka.pish.TahH6594:
