4But Isaidאָמַ֙רְתִּי֙'a.Mar.tiH559, I have laboured invainH1892, I havespentכִלֵּ֑יתִיkhi.Lei.tiH3615mystrengthכֹּחִ֣יko.ChiH3581for nought andvanityH1892: yetsurelyאָכֵן֙'a.KhenH403myjudgmentמִשְׁפָּטִ֣יmish.pa.TiH4941is with theLORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068, and my recompence with myGodאֱלֹהָֽי׃'e.lo.HaiH430.

9sayingלֵאמֹ֤רle.MorH559to them that areboundלַֽאֲסוּרִים֙la.'a.su.RimH631,GoH3318forthH3318; to them that are indarknessבַּחֹ֖שֶׁךְba.Cho.shekhH2822, Shew yourselves. They shallfeedיִרְע֔וּyir.'UH7462in thewaysדְּרָכִ֣יםde.ra.KhimH1870, and onallוּבְכָל־u.ve.Khol-H3605bareשְׁפָיִ֖יםshe.fa.YimH8205heightsH8205shall be theirpastureמַרְעִיתָֽם׃mar.'i.TamH4830.

11And I willmakeוְשַׂמְתִּ֥יve.sam.TiH7760allכָל־khol-H3605mymountainsהָרַ֖יha.RaiH2022awayלַדָּ֑רֶךְla.Da.rekhH1870, and myhighwaysוּמְסִלֹּתַ֖יu.me.si.lo.TaiH4546shall beexaltedיְרֻמֽוּן׃ye.ru.MunH7311.

12Loהִנֵּה־hi.neh-H2009,theseאֵ֕לֶּה'E.lehH428shallcomeיָבֹ֑אוּya.Vo.'uH935fromfarמֵרָח֖וֹקme.ra.ChokH7350: and,loוְהִֽנֵּה־ve.hi.neh-H2009,theseאֵ֙לֶּה֙'e.lehH428from thenorthמִצָּפ֣וֹןmi.tza.FonH6828and from thewestוּמִיָּ֔םu.mi.YamH3220; andtheseוְאֵ֖לֶּהve.'E.lehH428from thelandמֵאֶ֥רֶץme.'E.retzH776ofSinimסִינִֽים׃si.NimH5515.

13Singרָנּ֤וּra.NuH7442, Oheavensשָׁמַ֙יִם֙sha.Ma.yimH8064; and bejoyfulH7440, Oearthאָ֔רֶץ'A.retzH776; andbreakוּפִצְח֥וּvuf.tze.chuH6476forthH6476intoH776singingH7440, Omountainsהָרִ֖יםha.RimH2022: for theLORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068hathcomfortedנִחַ֤םni.ChamH5162hispeopleעַמּ֔וֹa.MoH5971, and will havecompassionיְרַחֵֽם׃ סye.ra.ChemH7355upon hisafflictedוַעֲנִיָּ֖וva.'a.ni.YavH6041.

14ButZionצִיּ֖וֹןtzi.YonH6726saidוַתֹּ֥אמֶרva.To.merH559,JehovahH3068hath forsakenmeH7911, and theLordH3068hathforgottenשְׁכֵחָֽנִי׃she.khe.Cha.niH7911meH7911.

15CanH1121awomanאִשָּׁה֙'i.ShahH802forgetהֲתִשְׁכַּ֤חha.tish.KachH7911herH802suckingchildH1121, thatsheH3808shouldnotH3808havecompassionמֵרַחֵ֖םme.ra.ChemH7355on thesonH1121ofherH802wombבִּטְנָ֑הּbit.NahH990? yea,theseאֵ֣לֶּה'E.lehH428mayforgetתִשְׁכַּ֔חְנָהtish.Kach.nahH7911, yet willnotH3808Iforgetאֶשְׁכָּחֵֽךְ׃'esh.ka.ChekhH7911thee.

16Beholdהֵ֥ןhenH2005, I have graven theeuponH5921thepalmsכַּפַּ֖יִםka.Pa.yimH3709of myhandsH3709; thywallsחוֹמֹתַ֥יִךְcho.mo.Ta.yikhH2346arecontinuallyתָּמִֽיד׃ta.MidH8548beforeנֶגְדִּ֖יneg.DiH5048meH5921.

17Thychildrenבָּנָ֑יִךְba.Na.yikhH1121makeH4116hasteמִֽהֲר֖וּmi.ha.RuH4116; thydestroyersמְהָֽרְסַ֥יִךְme.ha.re.Sa.yikhH2040and they thatmadeH4116thee waste shallgoיֵצֵֽאוּ׃ye.Tze.'uH3318forthH3318of thee.

18Liftשְׂאִֽי־se.'i-H5375upH5375thineeyesעֵינַ֙יִךְ֙'ei.Na.yikhH5869roundH5439aboutH5439, andbeholdוּרְאִ֔יu.re.'IH7200:allH3605theseH3605gatherH6908themselvesH6908togetherנִקְבְּצ֣וּnik.be.TzuH6908, andcomeבָֽאוּ־va.'u-H935to thee. As I lliveחַי־chai-H2416, saith theLORDיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068, thou shaltsurelyכִּ֤יkiH3588clotheתִלְבָּ֔שִׁיtil.Ba.shiH3847thee with themallH3605as with an ornament, and gird thyself with them, like abrideכַּכַּלָּֽה׃ka.ka.LahH3618.

19For, as for thywasteחָרְבֹתַ֙יִךְ֙cha.re.vo.Ta.yikhH2723and thydesolateוְשֹׁ֣מְמֹתַ֔יִךְve.Sho.me.mo.Ta.yikhH8074placesH2723and thylandוְאֶ֖רֶץve.'E.retzH776that hath beendestroyedH2723,surelyH3588nowעַתָּה֙'a.TahH6258shalt thou be too strait for theinhabitantsמִיּוֹשֵׁ֔בmi.yo.ShevH3427, and they thatswallowedמְבַלְּעָֽיִךְ׃me.va.le.'A.yikhH1104theeupH1104shall befarוְרָחֲק֖וּve.ra.cha.KuH7368awayH7368.

20Thechildrenבְּנֵ֖יbe.NeiH1121of thy bereavement shall yetsayיֹאמְר֣וּyo.me.RuH559in thineearsבְאָזְנַ֔יִךְve.'a.ze.Na.yikhH241, Theplaceהַמָּק֖וֹםha.ma.KomH4725istooע֚וֹדodH5750strait formeH5066: giveplaceH4725tomeH5066that I maydwellוְאֵשֵֽׁבָה׃ve.'e.She.vahH3427.

24Shall the prey betakenהֲיֻקַּ֥חha.yu.KachH3947from themightyמִגִּבּ֖וֹרmi.gi.BorH1368, or the lawfulcaptivesשְׁבִ֥יshe.ViH7628bedeliveredיִמָּלֵֽט׃yi.ma.LetH4422?

25Butthusכֹ֣ה׀khohH3541saith theLORDיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068,Evenגַּם־gam-H1571thecaptivesשְׁבִ֤יshe.ViH7628of themightyגִבּוֹר֙gi.bOrH1368shall betakenH3947awayH3947, and the prey of the terrible shall bedeliveredH3467: for I willcontendאָרִ֔יב'a.RivH7378with him that contendeth with thee, and I willsaveאוֹשִֽׁיעַ׃'o.Shi.a'H3467thychildrenבָּנַ֖יִךְba.Na.yikhH1121.
