22Nevertheless Iwithdrewוַהֲשִׁבֹ֙תִי֙va.ha.shi.Vo.tiH7725minehandיָדִ֔יya.DiH3027, and wrought for myname’sשְׁמִ֑יshe.MiH8034sakeלְמַ֣עַןle.Ma.'anH4616, that it shouldnotלְבִלְתִּ֤יle.vil.TiH1115heprofanedהֵחֵל֙he.ChelH2490in thesightלְעֵינֵ֣יle.'ei.NeiH5869of thenationsהַגּוֹיִ֔םha.go.YimH1471, inwhoseאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834sightלְעֵינֵיהֶֽם׃le.'ei.nei.HemH5869IbroughtH3318themforthH3318.

23Moreoverגַּם־gam-H1571Iliftedנָשָׂ֧אתִיna.Sa.tiH5375upH5375minehandיָדִ֛יya.DiH3027unto them in thewildernessבַּמִּדְבָּ֑רba.mid.BarH4057, that I wouldscatterH2219them among thenationsבַּגּוֹיִ֔םba.go.YimH1471, anddisperseוּלְזָר֥וֹתu.le.za.RotH2219themthroughH3027thecountriesבָּאֲרָצֽוֹת׃ba.'a.ra.TzotH776,

24becauseיַ֜עַןYa.'anH3282they hadnotלֹֽא־lo'-H3808executed myjudgmentsמִשְׁפָּטַ֤יmish.pa.TaiH4941, but hadrejectedמָאָ֔סוּma.'A.suH3988mystatutesוְחֻקּוֹתַ֣יve.chu.ko.TaiH2708, and hadprofanedחִלֵּ֑לוּchi.Le.luH2490mysabbathsשַׁבְּתוֹתַ֖יsha.be.to.TaiH7676, and theireyesעֵינֵיהֶֽם׃'ei.nei.HemH5869wereafterוְאַחֲרֵי֙ve.'a.cha.ReiH310theirfathers’אֲבוֹתָ֔ם'a.vo.TamH1idolsגִּלּוּלֵ֣יgi.lu.LeiH1544.

25Moreoverוְגַם־ve.gam-H1571also Igaveנָתַ֣תִּיna.Ta.tiH5414themstatutesחֻקִּ֖יםchu.KimH2706that werenotלֹ֣אlo'H3808goodטוֹבִ֑יםto.VimH2896, andjudgmentsוּמִ֨שְׁפָּטִ֔יםu.Mish.pa.TimH4941wherein they shouldnotלֹ֥אlo'H3808liveיִֽחְי֖וּyich.YuH2421;

26and I polluted them in their owngiftsבְּמַתְּנוֹתָ֔םbe.ma.te.no.TamH4979, in that theycausedH834topassבְּהַעֲבִ֖ירbe.ha.'a.VirH5674throughH5674the fireallכָּל־kol-H3605that openeth thewombרָ֑חַםRa.chamH7356, that I mightmakeH3045themdesolateאֲשִׁמֵּ֔ם'a.shi.MemH8074, to the end that they mightknowיֵֽדְע֔וּye.de.'UH3045that I am theLORDיְהוָֽה׃ סYah.wehH3068.

27Therefore,sonבֶּן־ben-H1121ofmanאָדָ֔ם'a.DamH120,speakדַּבֵּ֨רda.BerH1696unto thehouseבֵּ֤יתbeitH1004ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵל֙Yis.ra.'ElH3478, andsayH559unto them,Thusכֹּ֥הkohH3541saith theLordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136GODH136: In thismoreoverH3541have yourfathersאֲב֣וֹתֵיכֶ֔ם'a.Vo.tei.KhemH1blasphemedגִּדְּפ֤וּgi.de.FuH1442meH413, in that they havecommittedבְּמַעֲלָ֥םbe.ma.'a.LamH4603atrespassמָֽעַל׃Ma.'alH4604againstH413meH413.

28For when I hadbroughtוָאֲבִיאֵם֙va.'a.vi.'EmH935themintoH413thelandהָאָ֔רֶץha.'A.retzH776,whichאֲשֶׁ֤ר'a.SherH834Iliftedנָשָׂ֙אתִי֙na.Sa.tiH5375upH5375minehandיָדִ֔יya.DiH3027togiveH5414unto them, then theysawוַיִּרְאוּ֩vai.yir.'UH7200everyכָל־khol-H3605highרָמָ֜הra.MahH7311hillגִּבְעָ֨הgiv.'AhH1389, andeveryוְכָל־ve.kholH3605thicktreeעֵ֣ץ'etzH6086, and theyofferedוַיִּזְבְּחוּ־vai.yiz.be.chu-H2076there theirsacrificesH2077, and there theypresentedH5414the provocation of their offering, there also theymadeH5414their sweet savour, and they pouredoutH413there their drinkofferingsH2077.

29Then Isaidוָאֹמַ֣רva.'o.MarH559unto them,Whatמָ֣הmahH4100meaneth thehighהַבָּמָ֔הha.ba.MahH1116placeH1116whereunto yegoהַבָּאִ֖יםha.ba.'ImH935?SoH7121thenameשְׁמָהּ֙she.MahH8034thereof iscalledוַיִּקָּרֵ֤אvai.yi.ka.Re'H7121Bamahבָּמָ֔הba.MahH1117unto thisdayהַיּ֥וֹםhai.YomH3117.

33As Iliveחַי־chai-H2416, saith theLordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136GODH136,surelyH518with amightyחֲזָקָ֜הcha.za.KahH2389handבְּיָ֨דbe.YadH3027, and with astretchedH5186outH5186armוּבִזְר֧וֹעַu.viz.Ro.a'H2220, and withfuryוּבְחֵמָ֥הu.ve.che.MahH2534pouredשְׁפוּכָ֖הshe.fu.KhahH8210outH5186, will I bekingאֶמְל֥וֹךְ'em.LokhH4427overyouH518:

34and I willbringוְהוֹצֵאתִ֤יve.ho.tze.TiH3318youH834outH3318from thepeoplesהָ֣עַמִּ֔יםha.'a.MimH5971, and willgatherוְקִבַּצְתִּ֣יve.ki.batz.TiH6908youH834outH3318of thecountriesהָ֣אֲרָצ֔וֹתha.'a.ra.TzotH776whereinH834ye arescatteredנְפוֹצֹתֶ֖םne.fo.tzo.TemH6327, with amightyחֲזָקָה֙cha.za.KahH2389handבְּיָ֤דbe.YadH3027, and with astretchedנְטוּיָ֔הne.tu.YahH5186outH3318armוּבִזְר֣וֹעַu.viz.Ro.a'H2220, and withfuryוּבְחֵמָ֖הu.ve.che.MahH2534pouredשְׁפוּכָֽה׃she.fu.KhahH8210outH3318.

35and I willbringוְהֵבֵאתִ֣יve.he.ve.TiH935youH6440intoH413thewildernessמִדְבַּ֖רmid.BarH4057of thepeoplesהָֽעַמִּ֑יםha.'a.MimH5971, and there will Ipleadוְנִשְׁפַּטְתִּ֤יve.nish.pa.TiH8199withyouH6440faceפָּנִ֖יםpa.NimH6440tofaceפָּנִֽים׃pa.NimH6440.

36Like as I pleaded with yourfathersאֲב֣וֹתֵיכֶ֔ם'a.Vo.tei.KhemH1in thewildernessבְּמִדְבַּ֖רbe.mid.BarH4057of thelandאֶ֣רֶץ'E.retzH776ofEgyptמִצְרָ֑יִםmitz.Ra.yimH4714,soכֵּ֚ןkenH3651will IpleadH8199withyouכַּאֲשֶׁ֤רka.'a.SherH834, saith theLordאֲדֹנָ֥י'a.do.NaiH136GODH136.

37And I will causeyouH935topassוְהַעֲבַרְתִּ֥יve.ha.'a.var.TiH5674underתַּ֣חַתTa.chatH8478therodהַשָּׁ֑בֶטha.Sha.vetH7626, and I willbringוְהֵבֵאתִ֥יve.he.ve.TiH935youH935intoH935thebondבְּמָסֹ֥רֶתbe.ma.So.retH4562of thecovenantהַבְּרִֽית׃ha.be.RitH1285;

38and I willpurgeוּבָרוֹתִ֣יu.va.ro.TiH1305outH3318from amongyouכִּי־ki-H3588therebelsהַמֹּרְדִ֤יםha.mo.re.DimH4775, and them thattransgressוְהַפּֽוֹשְׁעִים֙ve.ha.po.she.'ImH6586againstH413meH413; I willbringH935themforthH3318outH3318of thelandמֵאֶ֤רֶץme.'E.retzH776whereH4033theysojournH4033, but they shallnotלֹ֣אlo'H3808enterH935intoH413thelandH776ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478: and ye shallknowוִֽידַעְתֶּ֖םvi.da'.TemH3045that I am theLORDיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068.
