27Also I will makeאֶתְּנֵ֑הוּ'e.te.Ne.huH5414him myfirstbornבְּכ֣וֹרbe.KhorH1060,higherעֶ֝לְי֗וֹןel.YonH5945than the kingsלְמַלְכֵי־le.mal.khei-H4428of the earthאָֽרֶץ׃'A.retzH776.

28My mercyחַסְדִּ֑יchas.DiH2617will I keepH8104for him for evermoreלְ֭עוֹלָ֗םle.'o.LamH5769,and my covenantוּ֝בְרִיתִ֗יu.ve.ri.TiH1285shall stand fastנֶאֱמֶ֥נֶתne.'e.Me.netH539with him.

29His seedזַרְע֑וֹzar.'OH2233also will I makeוְשַׂמְתִּ֣יve.sam.TiH7760to endurefor everלָעַ֣דla.'AdH5703,and his throneוְ֝כִסְא֗וֹve.khis.'OH3678as the daysכִּימֵ֥יki.MeiH3117of heavenשָׁמָֽיִם׃sha.Ma.yimH8064.

30If his childrenבָ֭נָיוVa.navH1121forsakeיַֽעַזְב֣וּya.'az.VuH5800my lawתּוֹרָתִ֑יto.ra.TiH8451,and walkH3212not in my judgmentsוּ֝בְמִשְׁפָּטַ֗יu.ve.mish.pa.TaiH4941;

31If they breakיְחַלֵּ֑לוּye.cha.Le.luH2490my statutesחֻקֹּתַ֥יchu.ko.TaiH2708,and keepיִשְׁמֹֽרוּ׃yish.Mo.ruH8104not my commandmentsוּ֝מִצְוֹתַ֗יu.mitz.vo.TaiH4687;

32Then will I visitוּפָקַדְתִּ֣יu.fa.kad.TiH6485their transgressionפִּשְׁעָ֑םpish.'AmH6588with the rodבְשֵׁ֣בֶטve.She.vetH7626,and their iniquityעֲוֹנָֽם׃'a.vo.NamH5771with stripesוּבִנְגָעִ֥יםu.vin.ga.'ImH5061.

33Nevertheless my lovingkindnessוְ֭חַסְדִּיVe.chas.diH2617will I not utterly takeאָפִ֣יר'a.FirH6331from him, nor suffer my faithfulnessבֶּאֱמוּנָתִֽי׃be.'e.mu.na.TiH530to failאֲ֝שַׁקֵּ֗ר'a.sha.KerH8266.

34My covenantבְּרִיתִ֑יbe.ri.TiH1285will I not breakאֲחַלֵּ֥ל'a.cha.LelH2490,nor alterאֲשַׁנֶּֽה׃'a.sha.NehH8138the thing that is gone outוּמוֹצָ֥אu.mo.Tza'H4161of my lipsשְׂ֝פָתַ֗יSe.fa.TaiH8193.

35Onceאַ֭חַת'A.chatH259have I swornנִשְׁבַּ֣עְתִּיnish.Ba'.tiH7650by my holinessבְקָדְשִׁ֑יve.ka.de.ShiH6944that I will not lieאֲכַזֵּֽב׃'a.kha.ZevH3576unto Davidלְדָוִ֥דle.da.VidH1732.

36His seedזַ֭רְעוֹzar.'oH2233shall endure for everלְעוֹלָ֣םle.'o.LamH5769,and his throneוְכִסְא֖וֹve.khis.'OH3678as the sunכַשֶּׁ֣מֶשׁkha.She.meshH8121before me.

37It shall be establishedיִכּ֣וֹןyi.KonH3559for everH5769as the moonכְּ֭יָרֵחַKe.ya.re.achH3394, and asa faithfulנֶאֱמָ֥ןne.'e.ManH539witnessוְעֵ֥דve.'EdH5707in heavenבַּ֝שַּׁ֗חַקba.Sha.chakH7834.Selahסֶֽלָה׃Se.lahH5542.

38But thou hast cast offזָ֭נַחְתָּZa.nach.taH2186and abhorredוַתִּמְאָ֑סva.tim.'AsH3988,thou hast been wrothהִ֝תְעַבַּ֗רְתָּhit.'a.Bar.taH5674with thine anointedמְשִׁיחֶֽךָ׃me.shi.Che.khaH4899.
