2Hearשִׁמְעוּ֙shim.'UH8085,all ye peopleעַמִּ֣ים'a.MimH5971;hearkenהַקְשִׁ֖יבִיhak.Shi.viH7181,O earthאֶ֣רֶץ'E.retzH776,and all that thereinוּמְלֹאָ֑הּu.me.lo.'AhH4393is: and let the Lordאֲדֹנָ֨י'a.do.NaiH136Yhwhיְהוִ֤הYah.wehH3069be witnessלְעֵ֔דle.'EdH5707against you, the Lordאֲדֹנָ֖י'a.do.NaiH136from his holyקָדְשֽׁוֹ׃ka.de.ShoH6944templeמֵהֵיכַ֥לme.hei.KhalH1964.

3For, behold, Yhwhיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068cometh forthיֹצֵ֣אyo.Tze'H3318out of his placeמִמְּקוֹמ֑וֹmi.me.ko.MoH4725,and will come downוְיָרַ֥דve.ya.RadH3381,and treadוְדָרַ֖ךְve.da.RakhH1869upon the high placesבָּ֥מֳתֵיba.mo.teiH1116of the earthאָֽרֶץ׃'A.retzH776.

4And the mountainsהֶֽהָרִים֙he.ha.RimH2022shall be moltenוְנָמַ֤סּוּve.na.Ma.suH4549under him, and the valleysוְהָעֲמָקִ֖יםve.ha.'a.ma.KimH6010shall be cleftיִתְבַּקָּ֑עוּyit.ba.Ka.'uH1234,as waxכַּדּוֹנַג֙ka.do.NagH1749beforeמִפְּנֵ֣יmi.pe.NeiH6440the fireהָאֵ֔שׁha.'EshH784, andas the watersכְּמַ֖יִםke.Ma.yimH4325that arepouredמֻגָּרִ֥יםmu.ga.RimH5064down a steep placeבְּמוֹרָֽד׃be.mo.RadH4174.

5For the transgressionבְּפֶ֤שַׁעbe.Fe.sha'H6588of Jacobיַֽעֲקֹב֙ya.'a.KoH3290isall this, and for the sinsוּבְחַטֹּ֖אותu.ve.cha.TotH2403of the houseבֵּ֣יתbeitH1004of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֑לYis.ra.'ElH3478. 6Therefore I will makeוְשַׂמְתִּ֥יve.sam.TiH7760Samariaשֹׁמְר֛וֹןsho.me.RonH8111as an heapלְעִ֥יle.'IH5856of the fieldהַשָּׂדֶ֖הha.sa.DehH7704, andas plantingsלְמַטָּ֣עֵיle.ma.Ta.'eiH4302of a vineyardכָ֑רֶםKha.remH3754:and I will pour downוְהִגַּרְתִּ֤יve.hi.gar.TiH5064the stonesאֲבָנֶ֔יהָ'a.va.Nei.haH68thereof into the valleyלַגַּי֙la.GaiH1516,and I will discoverאֲגַלֶּֽה׃'a.ga.LehH1540the foundationsוִיסֹדֶ֖יהָvi.so.Dei.haH3247thereof.
