2As the mountainsהָרִים֮ha.RimH2022areround aboutסָבִ֪יבsa.VivH5439Jerusalemיְֽרוּשָׁלִַ֗םye.ru.sha.LimH3389,So Yhwhוַ֭יהוָהva.Yah.wehH3068isround aboutסָבִ֣יבsa.VivH5439his peopleלְעַמּ֑וֹle.'a.MoH5971from henceforth even forוְעַד־ve.'ad-H5704everעוֹלָֽם׃o.LamH5769.

3For the rodשֵׁ֤בֶטShe.vetH7626of the wickedהָרֶ֗שַׁעha.Re.sha'H7562shall not restיָנ֡וּחַya.Nu.achH5117upon the lotגּוֹרַ֪לgo.RalH1486of the righteousהַֽצַּדִּ֫יקִ֥יםha.tza.Di.KimH6662;lestלְמַ֡עַןle.Ma.'anH4616the righteousהַצַּדִּיקִ֨יםha.tza.di.KimH6662put forthיִשְׁלְח֖וּyish.le.ChuH7971their handsיְדֵיהֶֽם׃ye.dei.HemH3027unto iniquityבְּעַוְלָ֬תָהbe.'av.La.tahH5766.
