2And he saidוַיֹּאמַ֓ר׀vai.yo.MarH559,Yhwhיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068will roarיִשְׁאָ֔גyish.'AgH7580from Zionמִצִיּ֣וֹןmi.tzi.YonH6726,and utterיִתֵּ֣ןyi.TenH5414his voiceקוֹל֑וֹko.LoH6963from Jerusalemוּמִירוּשָׁלִַ֖םu.mi.ru.sha.LimH3389;and the habitationsנְא֣וֹתne.'otH4999of the shepherdsהָרֹעִ֔יםha.ro.'ImH7462shall mournוְאָֽבְלוּ֙ve.'a.ve.LuH56,and the topרֹ֥אשׁroshH7218of Carmelהַכַּרְמֶֽל׃ פha.kar.MelH3760shall witherוְיָבֵ֖שׁve.ya.VeshH3001.

3Thus saithאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559Yhwhיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068;For threeשְׁלֹשָׁה֙she.lo.ShahH7969transgressionsפִּשְׁעֵ֣יpish.'EiH6588of Damascusדַמֶּ֔שֶׂקda.Me.sekH1834,and for fourאַרְבָּעָ֖ה'ar.ba.'AhH702,I will not turn awayאֲשִׁיבֶ֑נּוּ'a.shi.Ve.nuH7725the punishmentthereof; because they have threshedדּוּשָׁ֛םdu.ShamH1758Gileadהַגִּלְעָֽד׃ha.gil.'AdH1568with threshing instrumentsבַּחֲרֻצ֥וֹתba.cha.ru.TzotH2742of ironהַבַּרְזֶ֖לha.bar.ZelH1270:

4But I will sendוְשִׁלַּ֥חְתִּיve.shi.Lach.tiH7971a fireאֵ֖שׁ'eshH784into the houseבְּבֵ֣יתbe.VeitH1004of Hazaelחֲזָאֵ֑לcha.za.'ElH2371,which shall devourוְאָכְלָ֖הve.'a.khe.LahH398the palacesאַרְמְנ֥וֹת'ar.me.NotH759of Ben–hadadH1130.

5I will breakוְשָֽׁבַרְתִּי֙ve.sha.var.TiH7665also the barבְּרִ֣יחַbe.Ri.achH1280of Damascusדַּמֶּ֔שֶׂקda.Me.sekH1834,and cut offוְהִכְרַתִּ֤יve.hikh.ra.TiH3772the inhabitantיוֹשֵׁב֙yo.ShevH3427from the plainמִבִּקְעַת־mi.bik.'at-H1237of Avenאָ֔וֶן'A.venH206,and him that holdethוְתוֹמֵ֥ךְve.to.MekhH8551the sceptreשֵׁ֖בֶטShe.vetH7626from the houseH1004of EdenH1040 H5731:and the peopleעַם־'am-H5971of Syriaאֲרָ֛ם'a.RamH758shall go into captivityוְגָל֧וּve.ga.LuH1540unto Kirקִ֖ירָהKi.rahH7024,saithאָמַ֥ר'a.MarH559Yhwhיְהוָֽה׃ פYah.wehH3068.

7But I will sendוְשִׁלַּ֥חְתִּיve.shi.Lach.tiH7971a fireאֵ֖שׁ'eshH784on the wallבְּחוֹמַ֣תbe.cho.MatH2346of Gazaעַזָּ֑ה'a.ZahH5804,which shall devourוְאָכְלָ֖הve.'a.khe.LahH398the palacesאַרְמְנֹתֶֽיהָ׃'ar.me.no.Tei.haH759thereof:

8And I will cut offוְהִכְרַתִּ֤יve.hikh.ra.TiH3772the inhabitantיוֹשֵׁב֙yo.ShevH3427from Ashdodמֵֽאַשְׁדּ֔וֹדme.'ash.DodH795,and him that holdethוְתוֹמֵ֥ךְve.to.MekhH8551the sceptreשֵׁ֖בֶטShe.vetH7626from Ashkelonמֵֽאַשְׁקְל֑וֹןme.'ash.ke.LonH831,and I will turnוַהֲשִׁיב֨וֹתִיva.ha.shi.Vo.tiH7725mine handיָדִ֜יya.DiH3027against Ekronעֶקְר֗וֹןek.RonH6138:and the remnantשְׁאֵרִ֣יתshe.'e.RitH7611of the Philistinesפְּלִשְׁתִּ֔יםpe.lish.TimH6430shall perishוְאָֽבְדוּ֙ve.'a.ve.DuH6,saithאָמַ֖ר'a.MarH559the Lordאֲדֹנָ֥י'a.do.NaiH136Yhwhיְהוִֽה׃ פYah.wehH3069.

10But I will sendוְשִׁלַּ֥חְתִּיve.shi.Lach.tiH7971a fireאֵ֖שׁ'eshH784on the wallבְּח֣וֹמַתbe.Cho.matH2346of Tyreצֹ֑רTzorH6865,which shall devourוְאָכְלָ֖הve.'a.khe.LahH398the palacesאַרְמְנֹתֶֽיהָ׃ פ'ar.me.no.Tei.haH759thereof.

12But I will sendוְשִׁלַּ֥חְתִּיve.shi.Lach.tiH7971a fireאֵ֖שׁ'eshH784upon Temanבְּתֵימָ֑ןbe.tei.ManH8487,which shall devourוְאָכְלָ֖הve.'a.khe.LahH398the palacesאַרְמְנ֥וֹת'ar.me.NotH759of Bozrahבָּצְרָֽה׃ פbotz.rahH1224.

13Thus saithאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559Yhwhיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068;For threeשְׁלֹשָׁה֙she.lo.ShahH7969transgressionsפִּשְׁעֵ֣יpish.'EiH6588of the childrenבְנֵֽי־ve.nei-H1121of Ammonעַמּ֔וֹןa.MonH5983,and for fourאַרְבָּעָ֖ה'ar.ba.'AhH702,I will not turn awayאֲשִׁיבֶ֑נּוּ'a.shi.Ve.nuH7725the punishmentthereof; because they have ripped upבִּקְעָם֙bik.'AmH1234the women with childהָר֣וֹתha.RotH2030of Gileadהַגִּלְעָ֔דha.gil.'AdH1568,that they might enlargeהַרְחִ֥יבhar.ChivH7337their borderגְּבוּלָֽם׃ge.vu.LamH1366:

14But I will kindleוְהִצַּ֤תִּיve.hitz.Tza.tiH3341a fireאֵשׁ֙'eshH784in the wallבְּחוֹמַ֣תbe.cho.MatH2346of Rabbahרַבָּ֔הra.BahH7237,and it shall devourוְאָכְלָ֖הve.'a.khe.LahH398the palacesאַרְמְנוֹתֶ֑יהָ'ar.me.no.Tei.haH759thereof, with shoutingבִּתְרוּעָה֙bit.ru.'AhH8643in the dayבְּי֣וֹםbe.YomH3117of battleמִלְחָמָ֔הmil.cha.MahH4421,with a tempestבְּסַ֖עַרbe.Sa.'arH5591in the dayבְּי֥וֹםbe.YomH3117of the whirlwindסוּפָֽהsu.FahH5492:
