27Behold, the nameשֵׁם־shem-H8034of Yhwhיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068comethבָּ֣אba'H935from farמִמֶּרְחָ֔קmi.mer.ChakH4801,burningבֹּעֵ֣רbo.'ErH1197withhis angerאַפּ֔וֹ'a.PoH639,and the burdenמַשָּׂאָ֑הma.sa.'AhH4858thereof isheavyוְכֹ֖בֶדve.KhoedH3514:his lipsשְׂפָתָיו֙se.fa.TavH8193are fullמָ֣לְאוּMal.'uH4390of indignationזַ֔עַםZa.'amH2195,and his tongueוּלְשׁוֹנ֖וֹu.le.sho.NoH3956as a devouringאֹכָֽלֶת׃'o.Kha.letH398fireכְּאֵ֥שׁke.'EshH784:

28And his breathוְרוּח֞וֹve.ru.ChoH7307,as an overflowingשׁוֹטֵף֙sho.TefH7857streamכְּנַ֤חַלke.Na.chalH5158,shall reach to the midstיֶֽחֱצֶ֔הye.che.TzehH2673of the neckצַוָּ֣ארtza.VarH6677,to siftלַהֲנָפָ֥הla.ha.na.FahH5130the nationsגוֹיִ֖םgo.YimH1471with the sieveבְּנָ֣פַתbe.Na.fatH5299of vanityשָׁ֑וְאShav'H7723: and there shall bea bridleוְרֶ֣סֶןve.Re.senH7448in the jawsלְחָיֵ֥יle.cha.YeiH3895of the peopleעַמִּֽים׃'a.MimH5971, causing themto errמַתְעֶ֔הmat.'EhH8582.

29Ye shall have a songהַשִּׁיר֙ha.ShirH7892,as in the nightכְּלֵ֖ילke.LeilH3915whena holyH6942solemnityחָ֑גChagH2282is keptH6942;and gladnessוְשִׂמְחַ֣תve.sim.ChatH8057of heartלֵבָ֗בle.VavH3824,as when one goethכַּֽהוֹלֵךְ֙ka.ho.leKhH1980with a pipeבֶּֽחָלִ֔ילbe.cha.LilH2485to comeלָב֥וֹאla.Vo'H935into the mountainבְהַר־ve.har-H2022of Yhwhיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068,to the mighty Oneצ֥וּרtzurH6697of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478.

30And Yhwhיְהוָ֜הYah.wehH3068shall cause his gloriousה֣וֹדHodH1935voiceקוֹל֗וֹko.LoH6963to be heardוְהִשְׁמִ֨יעַve.hish.Mi.a'H8085,and shall shewיַרְאֶ֔הyar.'EhH7200the lighting downוְנַ֤חַתve.Na.chatH5183of his armזְרוֹעוֹ֙ze.ro.'OH2220,with the indignationבְּזַ֣עַףbe.Za.'afH2197of hisangerאַ֔ף'AfH639, and withthe flameוְלַ֖הַבve.La.havH3851of a devouringאוֹכֵלָ֑ה'o.khe.LahH398fireאֵ֣שׁ'eshH784, withscatteringנֶ֥פֶץNe.fetzH5311,and tempestוָזֶ֖רֶםva.Ze.remH2230,and hailstonesוְאֶ֥בֶן בָּרָֽד׃ve.'E.ven ba.RadH1259 H68.

31For through the voiceמִקּ֥וֹלmi.KolH6963of Yhwhיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068shall the Assyrianאַשּׁ֑וּר'a.ShurH804be beaten downיֵחַ֣תye.ChatH2865, whichsmoteיַכֶּֽה׃ya.KehH5221with a rodבַּשֵּׁ֖בֶטba.She.vetH7626.

32And inevery placeכֹּ֤לkolH3605where the groundedמֽוּסָדָ֔הmu.sa.DahH4145staffמַטֵּ֣הma.TehH4294shall passמַֽעֲבַר֙ma.'a.VarH4569,which Yhwhיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068shall layיָנִ֤יחַya.Ni.achH5117upon him, itshall be with tabretsבְּתֻפִּ֖יםbe.tu.PimH8596and harpsוּבְכִנֹּר֑וֹתu.ve.khi.no.RotH3658:and in battlesוּבְמִלְחֲמ֥וֹתu.ve.mil.cha.MotH4421of shakingתְּנוּפָ֖הte.nu.FahH8573will he fightנִלְחַם־nil.cham-H3898with it.
