1For Zion’sצִיּוֹן֙tzi.yOnH6726sake will I not hold my peaceאֶחֱשֶׁ֔ה'e.che.ShehH2814,and for Jerusalem’sיְרוּשָׁלִַ֖םye.ru.sha.LimH3389sake I will not restאֶשְׁק֑וֹט'esh.KotH8252,until the righteousnessצִדְקָ֔הּtzid.KahH6664thereof go forthיֵצֵ֤אye.Tze'H3318as brightnessכַנֹּ֙גַהּ֙kha.No.gahH5051,and the salvationוִישׁוּעָתָ֖הּvi.shu.'a.TahH3444thereof as a lampכְּלַפִּ֥ידke.la.PidH3940thatburnethיִבְעָֽר׃yiv.'ArH1197.

2And the Gentilesגוֹיִם֙go.YimH1471shall seeוְרָא֤וּve.ra.'UH7200thy righteousnessצִדְקֵ֔ךְtzid.KekhH6664,and all kingsמְלָכִ֖יםme.la.KhimH4428thy gloryכְּבוֹדֵ֑ךְke.vo.DekhH3519:and thou shalt be calledוְקֹ֤רָאve.Ko.ra'H7121by a newחָדָ֔שׁcha.DashH2319nameיִקֳּבֶֽנּוּ׃yi.ko.Ve.nuH5344,which the mouthפִּ֥יpiH6310of Yhwhיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068shall nameשֵׁ֣םshemH8034.

5For asa young manבָּחוּר֙ba.ChurH970marriethיִבְעַ֤לyiv.'AlH1166a virginבְּתוּלָ֔הbe.tu.LahH1330, soshall thy sonsבָּנָ֑יִךְba.Na.yikhH1121marryיִבְעָל֖וּךְyiv.'a.LukhH1166thee: and asthe bridegroomחָתָן֙cha.TanH2860rejoicethוּמְשׂ֤וֹשׂu.me.SosH4885over the brideכַּלָּ֔הka.LahH3618, soshall thy Godאֱלֹהָֽיִךְ׃'e.lo.Ha.yikhH430rejoiceיָשִׂ֥ישׂya.SisH7797over thee.

6I have setהִפְקַ֙דְתִּי֙hif.Kad.tiH6485watchmenשֹֽׁמְרִ֔יםsho.me.RimH8104upon thy wallsחוֹמֹתַ֣יִךְcho.mo.Ta.yikhH2346,O Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִַ֗םye.ru.sha.LimH3389, whichshall neverתָּמִ֖ידta.MidH8548hold their peaceיֶחֱשׁ֑וּye.che.ShuH2814dayהַיּ֧וֹםhai.YomH3117nor nightהַלַּ֛יְלָהha.Lay.lahH3915:ye that make mentionהַמַּזְכִּרִים֙ha.maz.ki.RimH2142of Yhwhיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068,keep not silenceדֳּמִ֖יdo.MiH1824,

7And giveתִּתְּנ֥וּti.te.NuH5414him no restדֳמִ֖יdo.MiH1824,till he establishיְכוֹנֵ֞ןye.kho.NenH3559,and till he makeיָשִׂ֧יםya.SimH7760Jerusalemיְרֽוּשָׁלִַ֛םye.ru.sha.LimH3389a praiseתְּהִלָּ֖הte.hi.LahH8416in the earthבָּאָֽרֶץ׃ba.'A.retzH776.

8Yhwhיְהוָ֛הYah.wehH3068hath swornנִשְׁבַּ֧עnish.Ba'H7650by his right handבִּֽימִינ֖וֹbi.mi.NoH3225,and by the armוּבִזְר֣וֹעַu.viz.Ro.a'H2220of his strengthעֻזּ֑וֹu.ZoH5797,Surely I willH518no more giveאֶתֵּן֩'e.TenH5414thy grainדְּגָנֵ֨ךְde.ga.NekhH1715to bemeatמַֽאֲכָל֙ma.'a.KhalH3978for thine enemiesלְאֹ֣יְבַ֔יִךְle.'O.ye.Va.yikhH341;and the sonsבְנֵֽי־ve.nei-H1121of the strangerנֵכָר֙ne.KharH5236shall not drinkיִשְׁתּ֤וּyish.TuH8354thy wineתִּֽירוֹשֵׁ֔ךְti.ro.ShekhH8492,for the which thou hast labouredיָגַ֖עַתְּya.Ga.'atH3021:
