1Woeה֣וֹיHoH1945to thee that spoilestשׁוֹדֵ֗דsho.DedH7703, and thou wastnot spoiledשָׁד֔וּדsha.DudH7703;and dealest treacherouslyוּבוֹגֵ֖דu.vo.GedH898,and they dealt not treacherouslyבָ֣גְדוּVa.ge.duH898with thee! when thou shalt ceaseכַּהֲתִֽמְךָ֤ka.ha.tim.KhaH8552to spoilשׁוֹדֵד֙sho.DedH7703,thou shalt be spoiledתּוּשַּׁ֔דtu.ShadH7703; andwhen thou shalt make an endכַּנְּלֹתְךָ֥ka.ne.lo.te.KhaH5239to deal treacherouslyלִבְגֹּ֖דliv.GodH898,they shall deal treacherouslyיִבְגְּדוּ־yiv.ge.du-H898with thee.

2O Yhwhיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068,be graciousחָנֵּ֖נוּcha.Ne.nuH2603unto us; we have waitedקִוִּ֑ינוּki.Vi.nuH6960for thee: be thou their armזְרֹעָם֙ze.ro.'AmH2220every morningלַבְּקָרִ֔יםla.be.ka.RimH1242,our salvationיְשׁוּעָתֵ֖נוּye.shu.'a.Te.nuH3444also in the timeבְּעֵ֥תbe.'EtH6256of troubleצָרָֽה׃tza.RahH6869.

3At the noiseמִקּ֣וֹלmi.KolH6963of the tumultהָמ֔וֹןha.MonH1995the peopleעַמִּ֑ים'a.MimH5971fledנָדְד֖וּna.de.DuH5074;at the lifting upמֵר֣וֹמְמֻתֶ֔ךָme.Ro.mu.Te.khaH7427of thyself the nationsגּוֹיִֽם׃go.YimH1471were scatteredנָפְצ֖וּna.fe.TzuH5310.

4And your spoilשְׁלַלְכֶ֔םshe.lal.KhemH7998shall be gatheredוְאֻסַּ֣ףve.'u.SafH622likethe gatheringאֹ֖סֶף'O.sefH625of the caterpillerהֶֽחָסִ֑ילhe.cha.SilH2625:as the running to and froכְּמַשַּׁ֥קke.ma.ShakH4944of locustsגֵּבִ֖יםge.VimH1357shall he runשׁוֹקֵ֥קsho.KekH8264upon them.

5Yhwhיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068is exaltedנִשְׂגָּ֣בnis.GavH7682;for he dwellethשֹׁכֵ֖ןsho.KhenH7931on highמָר֑וֹםma.RomH4791:he hath filledמִלֵּ֣אmi.Le'H4390Zionצִיּ֔וֹןtzi.YonH6726with judgmentמִשְׁפָּ֖טmish.PatH4941and righteousnessוּצְדָקָֽה׃u.tze.da.KahH6666.

6And wisdomחָכְמַ֣תcha.khe.MatH2451and knowledgeוָדָ֑עַתva.Da.'atH1847shall be the stabilityאֱמוּנַ֣ת'e.mu.NatH530of thy timesעִתֶּ֔יךָ'i.Tei.khaH6256, andstrengthחֹ֥סֶןCho.senH2633of salvationיְשׁוּעֹ֖תye.shu.'OtH3444:the fearיִרְאַ֥תyir.'AtH3374of Yhwhיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068ishis treasureאוֹצָרֽוֹ׃ ס'o.tza.RoH214.

7Behold, their valiant onesאֶרְאֶלָּ֔ם'er.'e.LamH691shall cryצָעֲק֖וּtza.'a.KuH6817withoutחֻ֑צָהChu.tzahH2351:the ambassadorsמַלְאֲכֵ֣יmal.'a.KheiH4397of peaceשָׁל֔וֹםsha.LomH7965shall weepיִבְכָּיֽוּן׃yiv.ka.YunH1058bitterlyמַ֖רmarH4751.

8The highwaysמְסִלּ֔וֹתme.si.LotH4546lie wasteנָשַׁ֣מּוּna.Sha.muH8074,the wayfaring manעֹבֵ֣ר אֹ֑רַח'o.Ver 'O.rachH734 H5674ceasethשָׁבַ֖תsha.VatH7673:he hath brokenהֵפֵ֤רhe.FerH6565the covenantבְּרִית֙be.RitH1285,he hath despisedמָאַ֣סma.'AsH3988the citiesעָרִ֔ים'a.RimH5892,he regardethחָשַׁ֖בcha.ShavH2803no manאֱנֽוֹשׁ׃'e.No.oshH582.

9The earthאָ֔רֶץ'A.retzH776mournethאָבַ֤ל'a.ValH56andlanguishethאֻמְלְלָה֙'um.le.LahH535:Lebanonלְבָנ֖וֹןle.va.NonH3844is ashamedהֶחְפִּ֥ירhech.PirH2659andhewn downקָמַ֑לka.MalH7060:Sharonהַשָּׁרוֹן֙ha.sha.rOnH8289is like a wildernessכָּֽעֲרָבָ֔הka.'a.ra.VahH6160;and Bashanבָּשָׁ֖ןba.ShanH1316and Carmelוְכַרְמֶֽל׃ve.khar.MelH3760shake offוְנֹעֵ֥רve.no.'ErH5287their fruits.

10Now will I riseאָק֖וּם'a.KumH6965,saithיֹאמַ֣רyo.MarH559Yhwhיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068;now will I be exaltedH7426;now will I lift upאֶנָּשֵֽׂא׃'e.na.Se'H5375myself.

11Ye shall conceiveתַּהֲר֥וּta.ha.RuH2029chaffחֲשַׁ֖שׁcha.ShashH2842,ye shall bring forthתֵּ֣לְדוּTe.le.duH3205stubbleקַ֑שׁKashH7179:your breathרוּחֲכֶ֕םru.cha.KhemH7307, asfireאֵ֖שׁ'eshH784,shall devourתֹּאכַלְכֶֽם׃to.khal.KhemH398you.

12And the peopleעַמִּ֖ים'a.MimH5971shall be asthe burningsמִשְׂרְפ֣וֹתmis.re.FotH4955of limeשִׂ֑ידSidH7875: asthornsקוֹצִ֥יםko.TzimH6975cut upכְּסוּחִ֖יםke.su.ChimH3683shall they be burnedיִצַּֽתּוּ׃ סyi.Tza.tuH3341in the fireבָּאֵ֥שׁba.'EshH784.

13Hearשִׁמְע֥וּshim.'UH8085, ye that arefar offרְחוֹקִ֖יםre.cho.KimH7350,what I have doneעָשִׂ֑יתִי'a.Si.tiH6213; and, ye that arenearקְרוֹבִ֖יםke.ro.VimH7138,acknowledgeוּדְע֥וּu.de.'UH3045my mightגְּבֻרָתִֽי׃ge.vu.ra.TiH1369.
