30And the Lordיְהוָ֜הYah.wehH3068will causeHis voiceקוֹל֗וֹko.LoH6963of authorityה֣וֹדHodH1935to be heardוְהִשְׁמִ֨יעַve.hish.Mi.a'H8085, And thedescendingוְנַ֤חַתve.Na.chatH5183of His armזְרוֹעוֹ֙ze.ro.'OH2220to be seenיַרְאֶ֔הyar.'EhH7200in fierceבְּזַ֣עַףbe.Za.'afH2197angerאַ֔ף'AfH639, And inthe flameוְלַ֖הַבve.La.havH3851of a consumingאוֹכֵלָ֑ה'o.khe.LahH398fireאֵ֣שׁ'eshH784In cloudburstנֶ֥פֶץNe.fetzH5311,downpourוָזֶ֖רֶםva.Ze.remH2230and hailstones.

31Forat the voiceמִקּ֥וֹלmi.KolH6963of the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068Assyriaאַשּׁ֑וּר'a.ShurH804will be terrifiedיֵחַ֣תye.ChatH2865, WhenHe strikesיַכֶּֽה׃ya.KehH5221with therodבַּשֵּׁ֖בֶטba.She.vetH7626.

32And everyכֹּ֤לkolH3605blowמַֽעֲבַר֙ma.'a.VarH4569of therodמַטֵּ֣הma.TehH4294of punishmentמֽוּסָדָ֔הmu.sa.DahH4145,Whichאֲשֶׁ֨ר'a.SherH834the Lordיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068will layיָנִ֤יחַya.Ni.achH5117on him, Will be with the music oftambourinesבְּתֻפִּ֖יםbe.tu.PimH8596and lyresוּבְכִנֹּר֑וֹתu.ve.khi.no.RotH3658;And in battlesוּבְמִלְחֲמ֥וֹתu.ve.mil.cha.MotH4421,brandishingתְּנוּפָ֖הte.nu.FahH8573weaponsH8573,He will fightנִלְחַם־nil.cham-H3898them.
