2Sonבֶּן־ben-H1121of manאָדָ֗ם'a.DamH120,take upשָׂ֤אsa'H5375a lamentationקִינָה֙ki.NahH7015for Pharaohפַּרְעֹ֣הpar.'OhH6547kingמֶֽלֶךְ־Me.lekh-H4428of Egyptמִצְרַ֔יִםmitz.Ra.yimH4714,and sayוְאָמַרְתָּ֣ve.'a.mar.TaH559unto him, Thou art likeנִדְמֵ֑יתָnid.Mei.taH1819a young lionכְּפִ֥ירke.FirH3715of the nationsגּוֹיִ֖םgo.YimH1471, and thou artas a whaleכַּתַּנִּ֣יםka.ta.NimH8565 H8577in the seasבַּיַּמִּ֔יםbai.ya.MimH3220:and thou camest forthוַתָּ֣גַחva.Ta.gachH1518with thy riversבְּנַהֲרוֹתֶ֗יךָbe.na.ha.ro.Tei.khaH5104,and troubledstוַתִּדְלַח־va.tid.lach-H1804the watersמַ֙יִם֙ma.yimH4325with thy feetבְּרַגְלֶ֔יךָbe.rag.Lei.khaH7272,and fouledstוַתִּרְפֹּ֖סva.tir.PosH7515their riversנַהֲרוֹתָֽם׃na.ha.ro.TamH5104.

3Thus saithאָמַר֙'a.MarH559the Lordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136Yhwhיְהוִ֔הYah.wehH3069;I will therefore spread outוּפָרַשְׂתִּ֤יu.fa.ras.TiH6566my netרִשְׁתִּ֔יrish.TiH7568over thee with a companyבִּקְהַ֖לbik.HalH6951of manyרַבִּ֑יםra.BimH7227peopleעַמִּ֣ים'a.MimH5971;and they shall bring thee upוְהֶעֱל֖וּךָve.he.'e.Lu.khaH5927in my netבְּחֶרְמִֽי׃be.cher.MiH2764.

4Then will I leaveוּנְטַשְׁתִּ֣יךָu.ne.tash.Ti.khaH5203thee upon the landבָאָ֔רֶץva.'A.retzH776,I will cast thee forthאֲטִילֶ֑ךָ'a.ti.Le.khaH2904upon the openפְּנֵ֥יpe.NeiH6440fieldהַשָּׂדֶ֖הha.sa.DehH7704,and will cause all the fowlsע֣וֹףofH5775of the heavenהַשָּׁמַ֔יִםha.sha.Ma.yimH8064to remainוְהִשְׁכַּנְתִּ֤יve.hish.kan.TiH7931upon thee, and I will fillוְהִשְׂבַּעְתִּ֥יve.his.ba'.TiH7646the beastsחַיַּ֥תchai.YatH2416of the whole earthהָאָֽרֶץ׃ha.'A.retzH776with thee.

5And I will layוְנָתַתִּ֥יve.na.ta.TiH5414thy fleshבְּשָׂרְךָ֖be.sa.re.KhaH1320upon the mountainsהֶֽהָרִ֑יםhe.ha.RimH2022,and fillוּמִלֵּאתִ֥יu.mi.le.TiH4390the valleysהַגֵּאָי֖וֹתha.ge.'a.YotH1516with thy heightרָמוּתֶֽךָ׃ra.mu.Te.khaH7419.

6I will also waterוְהִשְׁקֵיתִ֨יve.hish.kei.TiH8248with thy bloodמִדָּמְךָ֖mi.da.me.KhaH1818the landאֶ֧רֶץ'E.retzH776wherein thou swimmestצָפָתְךָ֛tza.fa.te.KhaH6824, evento the mountainsהֶֽהָרִ֑יםhe.ha.RimH2022;and the riversוַאֲפִקִ֖יםva.'a.fi.KimH650shall be fullיִמָּלְא֥וּןyi.mal.'UnH4390of thee.

7And when I shall put thee outבְכַבּֽוֹתְךָ֙ve.kha.bot.KhaH3518,I will coverוְכִסֵּיתִ֤יve.khi.sei.TiH3680the heavenשָׁמַ֔יִםsha.Ma.yimH8064,and makeH6937the starsכֹּֽכְבֵיהֶ֑םko.khe.vei.HemH3556thereof darkH6937;I will coverאֲכַסֶּ֔נּוּ'a.kha.Se.nuH3680the sunשֶׁ֚מֶשׁShe.meshH8121with a cloudבֶּעָנָ֣ןbe.'a.NanH6051,and the moonוְיָרֵ֖חַve.ya.Re.achH3394shall not giveיָאִ֥ירya.'IrH215her lightאוֹרֽוֹ׃'o.RoH216.

10Yea, I will make manyרַבִּ֗יםra.BimH7227peopleעַמִּ֣ים'a.MimH5971amazedוַהֲשִׁמּוֹתִ֨יva.ha.shi.mo.TiH8074at thee, and their kingsוּמַלְכֵיהֶם֙u.mal.khei.HemH4428shall be horriblyשַׂ֔עַרSa.'arH8178afraidיִשְׂעֲר֤וּyis.'a.RuH8175for thee, when I shall brandishבְּעוֹפְפִ֥יbe.'o.FiH5774my swordחַרְבִּ֖יchar.BiH2719before themפְּנֵיהֶ֑םpe.nei.HemH6440;and they shall trembleוְחָרְד֤וּve.cha.re.DuH2729at everymomentלִרְגָעִים֙lir.ga.'ImH7281,every manאִ֣ישׁ'ishH376for his own lifeלְנַפְשׁ֔וֹle.naf.ShoH5315,in the dayבְּי֖וֹםbe.YomH3117of thy fallמַפַּלְתֶּֽךָ׃ סma.pal.Te.khaH4658.

12By the swordsבְּחַרְב֤וֹתbe.char.VotH2719of the mightyגִּבּוֹרִים֙gi.bo.RimH1368will I cause thy multitudeהֲמוֹנֶ֔ךָha.mo.Ne.khaH1995to fallאַפִּ֣יל'a.PilH5307,the terribleעָרִיצֵ֥י'a.ri.TzeiH6184of the nationsגוֹיִ֖םgo.YimH1471,all of them: and they shall spoilוְשָֽׁדְדוּ֙ve.sha.de.DuH7703the pompגְּא֣וֹןge.'onH1347of Egyptמִצְרַ֔יִםmitz.Ra.yimH4714,and all the multitudeהֲמוֹנָֽהּ׃ha.mo.NahH1995thereof shall be destroyedוְנִשְׁמַ֖דve.nish.MadH8045.

13I will destroyוְהַֽאֲבַדְתִּי֙ve.ha.'a.vad.TiH6also all the beastsבְּהֶמְתָּ֔הּbe.hem.TahH929thereof fromמֵעַ֖לme.'AlH5921beside the greatרַבִּ֑יםra.BimH7227watersמַ֣יִםMa.yimH4325;neither shall the footרֶֽגֶל־re.gel-H7272of manאָדָם֙'a.DamH120troubleתִדְלָחֵ֤םtid.la.ChemH1804them any more, nor the hoofsוּפַרְס֥וֹתu.far.SotH6541of beastsבְּהֵמָ֖הbe.he.MahH929troubleתִדְלָחֵֽם׃tid.la.ChemH1804them.
