1And the wordדְבַר־de.var-H1697of Yhwhיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068came unto me, sayingלֵאמֹֽר׃le.MorH559,

2Sonבֶּן־ben-H1121of manאָדָ֕ם'a.DamH120,What is the vineהַגֶּ֖פֶןha.Ge.fenH1612treeעֵץ־'etz-H6086more than any treeעֵ֑ץ'EtzH6086, or thana branchהַזְּמוֹרָ֕הha.ze.mo.RahH2156which is among the treesבַּעֲצֵ֥יba.'a.TzeiH6086of the forestהַיָּֽעַר׃hai.Ya.'arH3293?

3Shall woodעֵ֔ץ'EtzH6086be takenהֲיֻקַּ֤חha.yu.KachH3947thereof to doלַעֲשׂ֖וֹתla.'a.SotH6213any workלִמְלָאכָ֑הlim.la.KhahH4399? or will mentakeיִקְח֤וּyik.ChuH3947a pinיָתֵ֔דya.TedH3489of it to hangלִתְל֥וֹתlit.LotH8518any vesselכֶּֽלִי׃Ke.liH3627thereon?

4Behold, it is castנִתַּ֣ןni.TanH5414into the fireלָאֵ֖שׁla.'EshH784for fuelלְאָכְלָ֑הle.'okh.LahH402;the fireהָאֵשׁ֙ha.'EshH784devourethאָכְלָ֤ה'a.khe.LahH398bothשְׁנֵ֨יshe.NeiH8147the endsקְצוֹתָ֜יוke.tzo.TavH7098of it, and the midstוְתוֹכ֣וֹve.to.KhoH8432of it is burnedנָחָ֔רna.CharH2787.Is it meetהֲיִצְלַ֖חha.yitz.LachH6743for anyworkלִמְלָאכָֽה׃lim.la.KhahH4399?

5Behold, when it was wholeתָמִ֔יםta.MimH8549,it was meetיֵֽעָשֶׂ֖הye.'a.SehH6213for no workלִמְלָאכָ֑הlim.la.KhahH4399:how much less shall it be meetוְנַעֲשָׂ֥הve.na.'a.SahH6213yet for anyworkלִמְלָאכָֽה׃ סlim.la.KhahH4399,when the fireאֵ֤שׁ'eshH784hath devouredאֲכָלַ֙תְהוּ֙'a.kha.Lat.huH398it, and it is burnedוַיֵּחָ֔רvai.ye.CharH2787?

6Therefore thus saithאָמַר֙'a.MarH559the Lordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136Yhwhיְהוִ֔הYah.wehH3069;As the vineהַגֶּ֙פֶן֙ha.Ge.fenH1612treeעֵץ־'etz-H6086among the treesבְּעֵ֣ץbe.'EtzH6086of the forestהַיַּ֔עַרhai.Ya.'arH3293,which I have givenנְתַתִּ֥יוne.ta.TivH5414to the fireלָאֵ֖שׁla.'EshH784for fuelלְאָכְלָ֑הle.'okh.LahH402,so will I giveנָתַ֔תִּיna.Ta.tiH5414the inhabitantsיֹשְׁבֵ֖יyo.she.VeiH3427of Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ye.ru.sha.LimH3389.

7And I will setוְנָתַתִּ֤יve.na.ta.TiH5414my faceפָּנַי֙pa.NaiH6440against them; they shall go outיָצָ֔אוּya.Tza.'uH3318from onefireמֵהָאֵ֣שׁme.ha.'EshH784, and anotherfireוְהָאֵ֖שׁve.ha.'EshH784shall devourתֹּֽאכְלֵ֑םtokh.LemH398them; and ye shall knowוִֽידַעְתֶּם֙vi.da'.TemH3045that I amYhwhיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068,when I setבְּשׂוּמִ֥יbe.su.MiH7760my faceפָּנַ֖יpa.NaiH6440against them.

8And I will makeוְנָתַתִּ֥יve.na.ta.TiH5414the landהָאָ֖רֶץha.'A.retzH776desolateשְׁמָמָ֑הshe.ma.MahH8077,because they have committedמָ֣עֲלוּMa.'a.luH4603a trespassמַ֔עַלMa.'alH4604,saithנְאֻ֖םne.'UmH5002the Lordאֲדֹנָ֥י'a.do.NaiH136Yhwhיְהוִֽה׃ פYah.wehH3069.
