Psalm 125
New American Standard Bible 2020
The Lord Surrounds His People.
A Song of Ascents.
1Those who trustH982 in the LordH3068 Are like MountH2022 ZionH6726, which 1cannotH3808 be movedH4131 but 2remainsH3427 foreverH5769.2As the mountainsH2022 surroundH5439 JerusalemH3389, So 3the LordH3068 surroundsH5439 His peopleH5971 4From thisH6258 timeH6258 and foreverH5704H5769.3For the 5scepterH7626 of wickednessH7562 will not restH5117 upon the 6landH1486 of the righteousH6662, SoH4616 thatH4616 the righteousH6662 7will not extendH7971 their handsH3027 to do wrongH5767.
48DoH3190 goodH3190, LordH3068, to those who are goodH2896 And to those who are 9uprightH3477 in their heartsH3820.5But as for those who 10turnH5186 asideH5186 to their 11crookedH6128 waysH6128, The LordH3068 will leadH1980 them away with those who 12practiceH6466 injusticeH205. 13PeaceH7965 be upon IsraelH3478.
