Mark 7:14-19
14After He calledG4341 the crowdG3793 to Him againG3825, He began sayingG3004 to them, “ListenG191 to Me, allG3956 of you, and understandG4920: 15there is nothingG3762 outsideG1855 the personG444 which canG1410 defileG2840 him if it goesG1531 into him; but the things which comeG1607 outG1607 of the personG444 are what defileG2840 the personG4441.”
17And whenG3753 He later enteredG1525 a houseG3624, awayG575 from the crowdG3793, 2His disciplesG3101 askedG1905 Him about the parableG3850. 18And He saidG3004 to them, “Are you soG3779 lackingG801 inG801 understandingG801 asG2532 wellG2532? Do you not understandG3539 that whateverG3956 goesG1531 into the personG444 fromG1855 outsideG1855 cannotG1410G3756 defileG2840 him, 19becauseG3754 it does not goG1531 into his heartG2588, but into his stomachG2836, and 3is eliminatedG1519G856G1607?” (Thereby He declaredG2511 4allG3956 foodsG1033 5cleanG2511.)
