John 18:4-9

JesusG2424 thereforeG3767, 1knowingG3609 allG3956 the thingsG3956 that were comingG2064 upon Him, cameG1831 outG1831 into the open and saidG3004 to them, “2WhomG5101 are you seekingG2212?”

They answeredG611 Him, “JesusG2424 the NazareneG3480.” He saidG3004 to them, “I amG1510 He.” And JudasG2455 alsoG2532, who was betrayingG3860 Him, was standingG2476 with them.

NowG3767 thenG3767, whenG5613 He saidG3004 to them, “I amG1510 He,” they drewG565 backG3694 and fellG4098 to the groundG5476.

He thenG3767 askedG1905 them againG3825, “3WhomG5101 are you seekingG2212?” And they saidG3004, “JesusG2424 the NazareneG3480.”

JesusG2424 answeredG611, “I toldG3004 you that I amG1510 He; soG3767 ifG1487 you are seekingG2212 Me, letG863 theseG3778 men goG5217 onG5217 their wayG5217.”

This took place soG2443 thatG2443 the wordG3056 whichG3739 He spokeG3004 would be fulfilledG4137: “4Of those whomG3739 You have givenG1325 Me I lostG622 not oneG3762.”
