18Seeוּרְאִיתֶ֥םu.re.'i.TemH7200whatמַה־mah-H4100the landהָאָ֖רֶץha.'A.retzH776is like,and whether the peopleהָעָם֙ha.'AmH5971who liveהַיֹּשֵׁ֣בhai.yo.ShevH3427in it are strongהֶחָזָ֥קhe.cha.ZakH2389or weakהֲרָפֶ֔הha.ra.PehH7504,whether they are fewהַמְעַ֥טham.'AtH4592orאִם־'im-H518manyרָֽב׃RavH7227.

19And howוּמָ֣הu.MahH4100is the landהָאָ֗רֶץha.'A.retzH776in whichאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834they liveיֹשֵׁ֣בyo.ShevH3427,is it goodהֲטוֹבָ֥הha.to.VahH2896orאִם־'im-H518badרָעָ֑הra.'AhH7451?And howוּמָ֣הu.MahH4100are the citiesהֶֽעָרִ֗יםhe.'a.RimH5892in whichאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834 H1992they liveיוֹשֵׁ֣בyo.ShevH3427, are the people in opencampsהַבְּמַֽחֲנִ֖יםha.be.ma.cha.NimH4264orאִ֥ם'imH518in fortificationsבְּמִבְצָרִֽים׃be.miv.tza.RimH4013?
