15but bothwith those whoH834standעֹמֵ֣ד'o.MedH5975hereפֹּ֗הPohH6311with us todayהַיּ֔וֹםhai.YomH3117in the presenceלִפְנֵ֖יlif.NeiH6440of the Lordיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068our Godאֱלֹהֵ֑ינוּ'e.lo.Hei.nuH430,and with those whoH834are not with us hereפֹּ֖הpohH6311todayהַיּֽוֹם׃hai.YomH3117

16(for you knowיְדַעְתֶּ֔םye.da'.TemH3045howH834we livedיָשַׁ֖בְנוּya.Shav.nuH3427in the landבְּאֶ֣רֶץbe.'E.retzH776of Egyptמִצְרָ֑יִםmitz.Ra.yimH4714,and howH834we passedH5674through the midstבְּקֶ֥רֶבbe.Ke.revH7130of the nationsהַגּוֹיִ֖םha.go.YimH1471throughH5674whichH834you passedH5674;

17moreover, you have seenוַתִּרְאוּ֙va.tir.'UH7200their abominationsשִׁקּ֣וּצֵיהֶ֔םshi.Ku.tzei.HemH8251and their idolsגִּלֻּלֵיהֶ֑םgi.lu.lei.HemH1544made ofwoodעֵ֣ץ'etzH6086and stoneוָאֶ֔בֶןva.'E.venH68,silverכֶּ֥סֶףKe.sefH3701and goldוְזָהָ֖בve.za.HavH2091,whichH834they had with them);

20The LordH3068will not beH14willingיֹאבֶ֣הyo.VehH14to forgiveסְלֹ֣חַֽse.Lo.achH5545him, but ratherכִּ֣י אָ֠זki 'azH3588 H227the angerאַף־'af-H639of the LordH3068andHis wrathוְקִנְאָתוֹ֙ve.kin.'a.ToH7068willburnיֶעְשַׁ֨ןye'.ShanH6225against that personבָּאִ֣ישׁba.'IshH376,and everyH3605curseH423that is writtenH3789in thisH2088bookH5612will lieוְרָ֤בְצָהve.Ra.ve.tzahH7257upon him, and the LordH3068willwipeוּמָחָ֤הu.ma.ChahH4229outH4229his nameשְׁמ֔וֹshe.MoH8034from underמִתַּ֖חַתmi.Ta.chatH8478heavenהַשָּׁמָֽיִם׃ha.sha.Ma.yimH8064.

26And they wentוַיֵּלְכ֗וּvai.ye.le.KhuH1980and servedוַיַּֽעַבְדוּ֙vai.ya.'av.DuH5647otherאֲחֵרִ֔ים'a.che.RimH312godsאֱלֹהִ֣ים'E.lo.HimH430and worshipedH2331them, godsאֱלֹהִים֙'E.lo.HimH430that they have not knownיְדָע֔וּםye.da.'UmH3045and whom He had notassignedחָלַ֖קcha.LakH2505to them.

27Therefore, the angerH639of the LordH3068burnedוַיִּֽחַר־vai.yi.char-H2734against that landH776,to bringלְהָבִ֤יאle.ha.Vi'H935upon it everyכָּל־kol-H3605curseהַקְּלָלָ֔הha.ke.la.LahH7045which is writtenהַכְּתוּבָ֖הha.ke.tu.VahH3789in thisH2088bookבַּסֵּ֥פֶרba.Se.ferH5612;

28andthe LordH3068uprootedוַיִּתְּשֵׁ֤םvai.yi.te.ShemH5428them from their landאַדְמָתָ֔ם'ad.ma.TamH127in angerבְּאַ֥ףbe.'AfH639,furyוּבְחֵמָ֖הu.ve.che.MahH2534,and in greatגָּד֑וֹלga.DolH1419wrathוּבְקֶ֣צֶףu.ve.Ke.tzefH7110,and hurledוַיַּשְׁלִכֵ֛םvai.yash.li.KhemH7993them into anotherאַחֶ֖רֶת'a.Che.retH312landאֶ֥רֶץ'E.retzH776, as it isthisהַזֶּֽה׃ha.ZehH2088dayכַּיּ֥וֹםkai.YomH3117.’
