13inH4616orderH4616thatH4616He may establishהָקִֽים־ha.kim-H6965you todayהַיּ֨וֹם׀hai.YomH3117as His peopleלְעָ֗םle.'AmH5971, and thatHe may be your Godלֵֽאלֹהִ֔יםle.lo.HimH430,justH3512asH3512He spokeדִּבֶּר־di.ber-H1696to you and as He sworeנִשְׁבַּע֙nish.Ba'H7650to your fathersלַאֲבֹתֶ֔יךָla.'a.vo.Tei.khaH1,to Abrahamלְאַבְרָהָ֥םle.'av.ra.HamH85,Isaacלְיִצְחָ֖קle.yitz.ChakH3327,and Jacobוּֽלְיַעֲקֹֽב׃u.le.ya.'a.koH3290.

14“Now it isnot with you aloneלְבַדְּכֶ֑םle.va.de.KhemH905that I ammakingכֹּרֵת֙ko.RetH3772thisH2088covenantהַבְּרִ֣יתha.be.RitH1285and thisH2088oathהָאָלָ֖הha.'a.LahH423,

15but bothwith those whoH834standעֹמֵ֣ד'o.MedH5975hereפֹּ֗הPohH6311with us todayהַיּ֔וֹםhai.YomH3117in the presenceלִפְנֵ֖יlif.NeiH6440of the Lordיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068our Godאֱלֹהֵ֑ינוּ'e.lo.Hei.nuH430,and with those whoH834are not with us hereפֹּ֖הpohH6311todayהַיּֽוֹם׃hai.YomH3117

17moreover, you have seenוַתִּרְאוּ֙va.tir.'UH7200their abominationsשִׁקּ֣וּצֵיהֶ֔םshi.Ku.tzei.HemH8251and their idolsגִּלֻּלֵיהֶ֑םgi.lu.lei.HemH1544made ofwoodעֵ֣ץ'etzH6086and stoneוָאֶ֔בֶןva.'E.venH68,silverכֶּ֥סֶףKe.sefH3701and goldוְזָהָ֖בve.za.HavH2091,whichH834they had with them);

19And it shall be when he hearsבְּשָׁמְעוֹ֩be.sha.me.'OH8085the wordsדִּבְרֵ֨יdiv.ReiH1697of thisהַזֶּ֑הha.ZehH2088curseH423,that he will considerH1288himself fortunateH1288in his heartבִּלְבָב֤וֹbil.va.VoH3824,sayingלֵאמֹר֙le.MorH559, ‘I will doH1961wellשָׁל֣וֹםsha.LomH7965thoughH3588I walkאֵלֵ֑ךְ'e.LekhH1980in the stubbornnessבִּשְׁרִר֥וּתbish.ri.RutH8307of my heartלִבִּ֖יli.BiH3820inH4616orderH4616toH4616destroyסְפ֥וֹתse.FotH5595the wateredהָרָוָ֖הha.ra.VahH7302landalongאֶת־'et-H854with the dryהַצְּמֵאָֽה׃ha.tze.me.'AhH6771.’
