The Time of the End

1“Now at that timeוּבָעֵ֣תu.va.'EtH6256Michaelמִֽיכָאֵ֜לmi.kha.'ElH4317,the greatהַגָּד֗וֹלha.ga.DolH1419princeהַשַּׂ֣רha.SarH8269who standsיַעֲמֹ֨דya.'a.ModH5975guardoverעַל־'al-H5921the sonsבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121of your peopleעַמֶּךָ֒'a.me.KhaH5971,will ariseהָעֹמֵד֮ha.'o.MedH5975. And there will be atimeעֵ֣ת'etH6256of distressצָרָ֔הtza.RahH6869suchאֲשֶׁ֤ר'a.SherH834as neverלֹֽא־lo'-H3808occurredH1961sinceH4480there was a nationגּ֔וֹיGoyH1471untilעַ֖ד'adH5704that timeהָעֵ֣תha.'EtH6256;and at that timeוּבָעֵ֤תu.va.'EtH6256your peopleעַמְּךָ֔'a.me.KhaH5971,everyoneכָּל־kol-H3605who is foundהַנִּמְצָ֖אha.nim.Tza'H4672writtenכָּת֥וּבka.TuvH3789in thebookבַּסֵּֽפֶר׃ba.Se.ferH5612,will be rescuedיִמָּלֵ֣טyi.ma.LetH4422.

2Andmanyוְרַבִּ֕יםve.ra.BimH7227of thoseH3463whoH3463sleepH3463in the dustעָפָ֖ר'a.FarH6083of the groundאַדְמַת־'ad.mat-H127will awakeH7019,theseאֵ֚לֶּה'E.lehH428to everlastingעוֹלָ֔םo.LamH5769lifeH2425,but the othersוְאֵ֥לֶּהve.'E.lehH428to disgraceלַחֲרָפ֖וֹתla.cha.ra.FotH2781andeverlastingעוֹלָֽם׃ סo.LamH5769contemptלְדִרְא֥וֹןle.dir.'onH1860.

3Andthose who haveH7919insightוְהַ֨מַּשְׂכִּלִ֔יםve.Ha.mas.ki.LimH7919willshineיַזְהִ֖רוּyaz.Hi.ruH2094like the glowכְּזֹ֣הַרke.Zo.harH2096of theexpanseH7549ofH7549heavenH7549, and those wholeadH6663the manyהָֽרַבִּ֔יםha.ra.BimH7227toH6663righteousnessH6663,like the starsכַּכּוֹכָבִ֖יםka.ko.kha.VimH3556foreverלְעוֹלָ֥םle.'o.LamH5769and everוָעֶֽד׃ פva.'EdH5703.

4But as for you, Danielדָֽנִיֵּ֗אלda.ni.YelH1840,keepסְתֹ֧םse.TomH5640these wordsהַדְּבָרִ֛יםha.de.va.RimH1697secretH5640andsealוַחֲתֹ֥םva.cha.TomH2856upH2856the bookהַסֵּ֖פֶרha.Se.ferH5612untilעַד־'ad-H5704theendקֵ֑ץKetzH7093of timeעֵ֣ת'etH6256;manyרַבִּ֖יםra.BimH7227will roamH7751aboutH7751,and knowledgeהַדָּֽעַת׃ha.Da.'atH1847will increaseוְתִרְבֶּ֥הve.tir.BehH7235.”

5Then I, Danielדָנִיֵּ֔אלda.ni.YelH1840,lookedוְרָאִ֙יתִי֙ve.ra.'I.tiH7200,and beholdוְהִנֵּ֛הve.hi.NehH2009,twoשְׁנַ֥יִםshe.Na.yimH8147othersאֲחֵרִ֖ים'a.che.RimH312were standingעֹמְדִ֑ים'o.me.DimH5975,oneאֶחָ֥ד'e.ChadH259on thisH2008bankלִשְׂפַ֣תlis.FatH8193of the streamהַיְאֹ֔רhay.'OrH2975and the otherוְאֶחָ֥דve.'e.ChadH259on that bankלִשְׂפַ֥תlis.FatH8193of the streamהַיְאֹֽר׃hay.'OrH2975.

6And someonesaidוַיֹּ֗אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559to the manלָאִישׁ֙la.'IshH376dressedלְב֣וּשׁle.VushH3847in linenהַבַּדִּ֔יםha.ba.DimH906,whoאֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834was aboveמִמַּ֖עַלmi.Ma.'alH4480 H4605the watersלְמֵימֵ֣יle.mei.MeiH4325of the streamהַיְאֹ֑רhay.'OrH2975, “HowH4970longH5704 H4970will it beuntilH5704the endקֵ֥ץketzH7093of thesewondersהַפְּלָאֽוֹת׃ha.pe.la.'otH6382?”

7And I heardוָאֶשְׁמַ֞עva.'esh.Ma'H8085the manהָאִ֣ישׁ׀ha.'IshH376dressedלְב֣וּשׁle.VushH3847in linenהַבַּדִּ֗יםha.ba.DimH906,whoאֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834was aboveמִמַּעַל֮mi.ma.'AlH4480 H4605the watersלְמֵימֵ֣יle.mei.MeiH4325of the streamהַיְאֹר֒hay.'OrH2975, as heraisedוַיָּ֨רֶםvai.Ya.remH7311his rightיְמִינ֤וֹye.mi.NoH3225handH3225and his leftוּשְׂמֹאלוֹ֙u.se.mo.LoH8040towardאֶל־'el-H413heavenהַשָּׁמַ֔יִםha.sha.Ma.yimH8064,and sworeוַיִּשָּׁבַ֖עvai.yi.sha.Va'H7650byHim who livesבְּחֵ֣יbe.CheiH2416foreverהָעוֹלָ֑םha.'o.LamH5769that it would be for atimeלְמוֹעֵ֨דle.mo.'EdH4150,timesמֽוֹעֲדִ֜יםmo.'a.DimH4150,and halfוָחֵ֗צִיva.Che.tziH2677a time; and as soon asthey finishוּכְכַלּ֛וֹתu.khe.kha.LotH3615smashingנַפֵּ֥ץna.PetzH5310thepowerיַד־yad-H3027of the holyקֹ֖דֶשׁKo.deshH6944peopleעַם־'am-H5971,allכָל־khol-H3605theseאֵֽלֶּה׃'E.lehH428eventswill be completedתִּכְלֶ֥ינָהtikh.Lei.nahH3615.

8But as for me, I heardשָׁמַ֖עְתִּיsha.Ma'.tiH8085but did not understandאָבִ֑ין'a.VinH995;so I saidוָאֹ֣מְרָ֔הva.'O.me.RahH559, “My lordאֲדֹנִ֕י'a.do.NiH113,whatמָ֥הmahH4100will be theoutcomeאַחֲרִ֖ית'a.cha.RitH319of theseאֵֽלֶּה׃ פ'E.lehH428events?”

9And he saidוַיֹּ֖אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559, “Goלֵ֣ךְlekhH1980your way,Danielדָּנִיֵּ֑אלda.ni.YelH1840, for thesewordsהַדְּבָרִ֖יםha.de.va.RimH1697will bekeptH5640secretסְתֻמִ֧יםse.tu.MimH5640andsealedוַחֲתֻמִ֛יםva.cha.tu.MimH2856upH2856untilעַד־'ad-H5704the endקֵֽץ׃KetzH7093timeעֵ֥ת'etH6256.

10Manyרַבִּ֔יםra.BimH7227will be purgedיִ֠תְבָּֽרֲרוּYit.ba.ra.ruH1305,cleansedוְיִֽתְלַבְּנ֤וּve.yit.la.be.NuH3835,and refinedוְיִצָּֽרְפוּ֙ve.yi.tza.re.FuH6884, but thewickedרְשָׁעִ֔יםre.sha.'ImH7563will actוְהִרְשִׁ֣יעוּve.hir.Shi.'uH7561wickedlyH7561;and noneוְלֹ֥א כָּל־ve.Lo' kol-H3808 H3605of the wickedרְשָׁעִ֑יםre.sha.'ImH7563will understandיָבִ֖ינוּya.Vi.nuH995, but those whohaveH7919insightוְהַמַּשְׂכִּלִ֖יםve.ha.mas.ki.LimH7919will understandיָבִֽינוּ׃ya.Vi.nuH995.

11And from the timeוּמֵעֵת֙u.me.'EtH6256that the regularH8548sacrificeH8548is abolishedהוּסַ֣רhu.SarH5493and theabominationשִׁקּ֣וּץshi.KutzH8251of desolationשֹׁמֵ֑םsho.MemH8074is setH5414upH5414, there will be1,290אֶ֖לֶף מָאתַ֥יִם וְתִשְׁעִֽים׃'E.lef ma.Ta.yim ve.tish.'ImH505 H3967 H8673daysיָמִ֕יםya.MimH3117.

12Blessedאַשְׁרֵ֥י'ash.ReiH835is the one who is patientהַֽמְחַכֶּ֖הham.cha.KehH2442and attainsוְיַגִּ֑יעַve.ya.Gi.a'H5060to the1,335אֶ֕לֶף שְׁלֹ֥שׁ מֵא֖וֹת שְׁלֹשִׁ֥ים וַחֲמִשָּֽׁה׃'E.lef she.Losh me.'ot she.lo.Shim va.cha.mi.ShahH505 H7969 H3967 H7970 H2568daysלְיָמִ֕יםle.ya.MimH3117!
