Corinthians 8:7-11

HoweverG235 not allG3956 menG3956 1have thisG3588 knowledgeG1108; but 2someG5100, being accustomedG4914 to the idolG1497 untilG2193 nowG737, eatG2068 food as ifG5613 it were sacrificedG1494 to an idolG1494; and their conscienceG4893 beingG1510 weakG772 is defiledG3435.

But 3foodG1033 will not 4commendG3936 us to GodG2316; we are neitherG3777 5the worseG5302 ifG1437 we do not eatG2068, norG3777 6the betterG4052 ifG1437 we do eatG2068.

But 7takeG991 careG991 that thisG3778 8libertyG1849 of yoursG4771 does not somehowG4458 becomeG1096 a stumblingG4348 blockG4348 to the 9weakG772.

For ifG1437 someoneG5100 seesG3708 you, who haveG2192 10knowledgeG1108, diningG2621 in an idol’sG1493 templeG1493, will not his conscienceG4893, if he is weakG772, be strengthenedG3618 to eatG2068 11thingsG1494 sacrificedG1494 to idolsG1494?

For throughG1722 12your knowledgeG1108 he who is weakG770 13is ruinedG622, the brotherG80 for whoseG3739 sakeG1223 ChristG5547 diedG599.
