5I am the Lordיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068, andthereH369is noH369otherע֔וֹדodH5750;Besidesזוּלָתִ֖יzu.la.TiH2108Me thereH369is noH369Godאֱלֹהִ֑ים'E.lo.HimH430. I willgirdאֲאַזֶּרְךָ֖'a.'a.zer.KhaH247you, though you have not knownיְדַעְתָּֽנִי׃ye.da'.Ta.niH3045Me;

6Thatmen may knowיֵדְע֗וּye.de.'UH3045from the risingמִמִּזְרַח־mi.miz.rach-H4217to the settingוּמִמַּ֣עֲרָבָ֔הu.mi.Ma.'a.ra.VahH4628of the sunשֶׁ֙מֶשׁ֙she.meshH8121That there isnoH657oneH657besidesבִּלְעָדָ֑יbil.'a.DaiH1107Me.I am the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068,and thereH369is noH369otherעֽוֹד׃odH5750,

7The Oneformingיוֹצֵ֥רyo.TzerH3335lightאוֹר֙'OrH216andcreatingוּבוֹרֵ֣אu.vo.Re'H1254darknessחֹ֔שֶׁךְCho.shekhH2822,Causingעֹשֶׂ֥ה'o.SehH6213well-beingשָׁל֖וֹםsha.LomH7965andcreatingוּב֣וֹרֵאu.Vo.re'H1254calamityרָ֑עRa'H7451;I am the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068who doesעֹשֶׂ֥ה'o.SehH6213allכָל־khol-H3605theseאֵֽלֶּה׃ ס'E.lehH428.

8“Dripהַרְעִ֤יפוּhar.'I.fuH7491downH7491,O heavensשָׁמַ֙יִם֙sha.Ma.yimH8064,from aboveמִמַּ֔עַלmi.Ma.'alH4605,And let the cloudsוּשְׁחָקִ֖יםu.she.cha.KimH7834pourH5140downH5140righteousnessצֶ֑דֶקTze.dekH6664; Let theearthאֶ֣רֶץ'E.retzH776openתִּפְתַּח־tif.tach-H6605up and salvationיֶ֗שַׁעYe.sha'H3468bearוְיִפְרוּ־ve.yif.ru-H6509fruitH6509,And righteousnessוּצְדָקָ֤הu.tze.da.KahH6666springתַצְמִ֙יחַ֙tatz.Mi.achH6779up with it.I, the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068,have createdבְּרָאתִֽיו׃ סbe.ra.TivH1254it.

9“Woeה֗וֹיHoH1945to the one whoquarrelsרָ֚בravH7378with hisMakerיֹ֣צְר֔וֹyo.tze.RoH3335--An earthenwareH2789vesselH2789amongH854the vesselsH2789of earthאֲדָמָ֑ה'a.da.MahH127! Will theclayחֹ֤מֶרCho.merH2563sayהֲיֹאמַ֨רha.yo.MarH559to thepotterלְיֹֽצְרוֹ֙le.yo.tze.RoH3335, ‘Whatמַֽה־mah-H4100are you doingתַּעֲשֶׂ֔הta.'a.SehH6213?’Or the thingH6467you are makingH6467say, ‘He hasH369noH369handsיָדַ֥יִםya.Da.yimH3027’?

10Woeה֛וֹיHoH1945to him who saysאֹמֵ֥ר'o.MerH559to a fatherלְאָ֖בle.'AvH1, ‘Whatמַה־mah-H4100are you begettingתּוֹלִ֑ידto.LidH3205?’Or to a womanוּלְאִשָּׁ֖הu.le.'i.ShahH802, ‘To whatמַה־mah-H4100are yougivingH2342birthH2342?’”

11Thusכֹּֽה־koh-H3541saysאָמַ֧ר'a.MarH559theLordיְהוָ֛הYah.wehH3068,the Holyקְד֥וֹשׁke.Do.oshH6918OneH6918of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478, and hisMakerוְיֹצְר֑וֹve.yo.tze.RoH3335: “Askשְׁאָל֔וּנִיshe.'a.Lu.niH7592Me aboutעַל־'al-H5921the thingsהָאֹתִיּ֣וֹתha.'o.ti.YotH857to comeH857concerningוְעַל־ve.'al-H5921Mysonsבָּנַ֛יba.NaiH1121,And you shall commitתְּצַוֻּֽנִי׃te.tza.Vu.niH6680to Methe workפֹּ֥עַלPo.'alH6467of My handsיָדַ֖יya.DaiH3027.

12It is I whomadeעָשִׂ֣יתִי'a.Si.tiH6213the earthאֶ֔רֶץ'E.retzH776,and createdבָרָ֑אתִיva.Ra.tiH1254manוְאָדָ֖םve.'a.DamH120upon it. Istretchedנָט֣וּna.TuH5186out the heavensשָׁמַ֔יִםsha.Ma.yimH8064with My handsיָדַי֙ya.DaiH3027And Iordainedצִוֵּֽיתִי׃tzi.Vei.tiH6680allוְכָל־ve.kholH3605their hostצְבָאָ֖םtze.va.'AmH6635.

13I have arousedהַעִירֹתִ֣הֽוּha.'i.ro.Ti.huH5782him inrighteousnessבְצֶ֔דֶקve.Tze.dekH6664And I willmakeאֲיַשֵּׁ֑ר'a.ya.SherH3474allוְכָל־ve.kholH3605his waysדְּרָכָ֖יוde.ra.KhavH1870smoothH3474; He willbuildיִבְנֶ֤הyiv.NehH1129My cityעִירִי֙'i.RiH5892and will letH7971My exilesוְגָלוּתִ֣יve.ga.lu.TiH1546goיְשַׁלֵּ֔חַye.sha.Le.achH7971freeH7971,WithoutH3808any paymentבִמְחִיר֙vim.ChirH4242or rewardבְשֹׁ֔חַדve.Sho.chadH7810,”saysאָמַ֖ר'a.MarH559the Lordיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068of hostsצְבָאֽוֹת׃ פtze.va.'otH6635.

14Thusכֹּ֣ה׀kohH3541saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559the Lordיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068, “Theproductsיְגִ֨יעַye.Gi.a'H3018ofEgyptמִצְרַ֥יִםmitz.Ra.yimH4714and the merchandiseוּֽסְחַר־u.se.char-H5504ofCushכּוּשׁ֮kushH3568And the Sabeansוּסְבָאִים֮u.se.va.'ImH5436,menH376of statureמִדָּה֒mi.DahH4060, WillcomeH5674overH5674to you and will be yours;They will walkיֵלֵ֔כוּye.Le.khuH1980behindאַחֲרַ֣יִךְ'a.cha.Ra.yikhH310you, they will comeH5674overH5674inchainsH2203And willbowיִֽשְׁתַּחֲוּוּ֙yish.ta.cha.VuH7812downH7812to you;They will makeH6419supplicationH6419to you: ‘Surelyאַ֣ךְ'akhH389,Godאֵ֛ל'elH410is with you, andthereH369is noneH369elseע֖וֹדodH5750,NoH657otherH657Godאֱלֹהִֽים׃'E.lo.HimH430.’”
