Leviticus 2

(Leviticus 6:14–23)

1“WhenH3588 anyoneH5315 bringsH7126 a grain offeringH7133H4503 to the LORDH3068, his offeringH7133 must consist of fine flourH5560H1961. He is to pourH3332 olive oilH8081 on itH5921, putH5414 frankincenseH3828 on itH5921, 2and bringH935 it toH413 Aaron’sH175 sonsH1121 the priestsH3548. The priestH3548 shall take a handfulH7061H8033H4393H7062 of the flourH5560 and oilH8081, together withH5921 allH3605 the frankincenseH3828, and burn thisH6999 as a memorial portionH234 on the altarH4196, a food offeringH801, a pleasingH5207 aromaH7381 to the LORDH3068. 3The remainderH3498 ofH4480 the grain offeringH4503 shall belong to AaronH175 and his sonsH1121; it is a mostH6944 holy partH6944 of the food offeringsH801 to the LORDH3068.

4Now ifH3588 you bringH7126 an offering of grainH7133H4503 bakedH3989 in an ovenH8574, it must consist of fine flourH5560, either unleavenedH4682 cakesH2471 mixedH1101 with oilH8081 or unleavenedH4682 wafersH7550 coatedH4886 with oilH8081.

5IfH518 your offeringH7133 is a grain offeringH4503 prepared onH5921 a griddleH4227,1 it must beH1961 unleavened breadH4682 made of fine flourH5560 mixedH1101 with oilH8081. 6Crumble itH6626 and pourH3332 oilH8081 on itH5921; itH1931 is a grain offeringH4503.

7IfH518 your offeringH7133 is a grain offeringH4503 cooked in a panH4802,2 it must consistH6213 of fine flourH5560 with oilH8081.

8When you bringH935 to the LORDH3068 the grain offeringH4503 madeH6213 in any of these waysH428, it is to be presentedH7126 toH413 the priestH3548, and he shall takeH5066 it toH413 the altarH4196. 9The priestH3548 is to removeH7311 the memorial portionH234 fromH4480 the grain offeringH4503 and burnH6999 it on the altarH4196 as a food offeringH801, a pleasingH5207 aromaH7381 to the LORDH3068. 10But the remainderH3498 ofH4480 the grain offeringH4503 shall belong to AaronH175 and his sonsH1121; it is a mostH6944 holyH6944 part of the food offeringsH801 to the LORDH3068.

11NoH3605H3808 grain offeringH4503 thatH834 you presentH7126 to the LORDH3068 may be madeH6213 with leavenH2557, forH3588 you are notH3808 to burnH6999H4480 anyH3605 leavenH7603H3605 or honeyH1706 as a food offeringH801 to the LORDH3068. 12You may bringH7126 themH853 to the LORDH3068 as an offeringH7133 of firstfruitsH7225, but they must notH3808 go upH5927 onH413 the altarH4196 as a pleasingH5207 aromaH7381. 13And you shall seasonH4414 eachH3605 of your grain offeringsH7133H4503 with saltH4417. You must notH3808 leaveH7673 the saltH4417 of the covenantH1285 of your GodH430 out ofH5921 your grain offeringH4503; you are to addH7126 saltH4417 toH5921 eachH3605 of your offeringsH7133.

14IfH518 you bringH7126 a grain offeringH4503 of firstfruitsH1061 to the LORDH3068, you shall offerH7126 crushedH1643 heads of new grainH24H3759 roastedH7033 on the fireH784. 15And you are to putH5414 oilH8081H7760H5921 and frankincenseH3828 on itH5921; itH1931 is a grain offeringH4503. 16The priestH3548 shall then burnH6999 the memorial portionH234 of the crushed grainH1643 and the oilH8081, together withH5921 allH3605 its frankincenseH3828, as a food offeringH801 to the LORDH3068.
