Deuteronomy 34
Then MosesH4872 went upH5927 from the plainsH6160 of MoabH4124 toH413 MountH2022 NeboH5015, to the topH7218 of PisgahH6449, whichH834 facesH5921H6440 JerichoH3405. And the LORDH3068 showed himH7200 the wholeH3605 landH776—from GileadH1568 as farH5704 as DanH1835, 2allH3605 of NaphtaliH5321, the landH776 of EphraimH669 and ManassehH4519, allH3605 the landH776 of JudahH3063 as far asH5704 the WesternH314 SeaH3220,1 3the NegevH5045, and the regionH3603 from the ValleyH1237 of JerichoH3405 (the CityH5892 of PalmsH8558) all the wayH5704 to ZoarH6820.
And the LORDH3068 saidH559 to himH413, “ThisH2063 is the landH776 thatH834 I swore to giveH7650 AbrahamH85, IsaacH3327, and JacobH3290 when I saidH559, ‘I will giveH5414 it to your descendantsH2233.’ I have let you seeH7200 it with your own eyesH5869H8033, but you will notH3808 cross into itH5674.”
So MosesH4872 the servantH5650 of the LORDH3068 diedH4191 thereH8033 in the landH776 of MoabH4124, asH5921 the LORDH3068 had saidH6310. 6And He buriedH6912 himH8532 in a valleyH1516 in the landH776 of MoabH4124 facingH4136 Beth-peorH1047, and noH3808 oneH376 toH5704 thisH2088 dayH3117 knowsH3045 the location of his graveH6900.
MosesH4872 was a hundredH3967 and twentyH6242 years oldH1121H8141 when he diedH4191, yet his eyesH5869 were notH3808 weakH3543, and his vitalityH3893 had notH3808 diminishedH5127. 8The IsraelitesH1121H3478 grievedH1058 for MosesH4872 in the plainsH6160 of MoabH4124 thirtyH7970 daysH3117, until the timeH3117 of weepingH1065 and mourningH60 for MosesH4872 came to an endH8552.
Now JoshuaH3091 sonH1121 of NunH5126 was filledH4392 with the spiritH7307 of wisdomH2451 becauseH3588 MosesH4872 had laidH5564 his handsH3027 on himH5921. So the IsraelitesH1121H3478 obeyedH8085 himH413 and didH6213 asH834 the LORDH3068 had commandedH6680 MosesH4872. 10Since that timeH5750, noH3808 prophetH5030 has risenH6965 in IsraelH3478 like MosesH4872, whomH834 the LORDH3068 knewH3045 faceH6440 toH413 faceH6440— 11no prophet who did allH3605 the signsH226 and wondersH4159 thatH834 the LORDH3068 sentH7971 Moses to doH6213 in the landH776 of EgyptH4714 to PharaohH6547 and to allH3605 his officialsH5650 and allH3605 his landH776, 12and no prophet who performedH6213 allH3605 the mightyH2389 acts of powerH3027 andH3605 awesome deedsH4172H14193 thatH834 MosesH4872 did in the sightH5869 of allH3605 IsraelH3478.
