9Ifוְאִם־ve.'im-H518he vowsanמִמֶּ֛נָּהmi.Me.nahH4480animalבְּהֵמָ֔הbe.he.MahH929thatאֲשֶׁ֨ר'a.SherH834may be broughtיַקְרִ֧יבוּyak.Ri.vuH7126as an offeringקָרְבָּ֖ןkor.banH7133to the LORDלַֽיהוָ֑הla.Yah.wehH3068,anyכֹּל֩kolH3605suchמִמֶּ֛נּוּmi.Me.nuH4480animalאֲשֶׁ֨ר'a.SherH834givenיִתֵּ֥ןyi.TenH5414to the LORDלַיהוָ֖הla.Yah.wehH3068shall beיִֽהְיֶה־yih.yeh-H1961holyקֹּֽדֶשׁ׃Ko.deshH6944.
10He must notלֹ֣אlo'H3808replace itיַחֲלִיפֶ֗נּוּ וְלֹֽא־ya.cha.li.Fe.nu ve.lo'-H2498H3808or exchange itH4171אֹת֛וֹ'o.ToH853,either goodט֥וֹבTovH2896for badבְּרָ֖עbe.Ra'H7451orאוֹ־'ov-H176badרַ֣עra'H7451for goodבְּט֑וֹבbe.TovH2896.But ifוְאִם־ve.'im-H518he does substituteH4171one animalבְּהֵמָה֙be.he.MahH929for anotherבִּבְהֵמָ֔הbiv.he.MahH929,both that animalה֥וּאhu'H1931and its substituteוְהָֽיָה־ וּתְמוּרָת֖וֹve.ha.yah- u.te.mu.ra.ToH8545H1961will beיִֽהְיֶה־yih.yeh-H1961holyקֹּֽדֶשׁ׃Ko.deshH6944.
11But ifוְאִם֙ve.'ImH518the vow involves anyכָּל־kol-H3605of the uncleanטְמֵאָ֔הte.me.'AhH2931animalsבְּהֵמָ֣הbe.he.MahH929thatאֲ֠שֶׁר'a.SherH834may notלֹא־lo'-H3808be broughtיַקְרִ֧יבוּ מִמֶּ֛נָּהyak.Ri.vu mi.Me.nahH7126H4480as an offeringקָרְבָּ֖ןkor.banH7133to the LORDלַֽיהוָ֑הla.Yah.wehH3068,the animalהַבְּהֵמָ֖הha.be.he.MahH929must be presentedוְהֶֽעֱמִ֥ידve.he.'e.MidH5975אֶת־'et-H853beforeלִפְנֵ֥יlif.NeiH6440the priestהַכֹּהֵֽן׃ha.ko.HenH3548.
12The priestהַכֹּהֵן֙ha.ko.HenH3548אֹתָ֔הּ'o.TahH853בֵּ֥יןbeinH996shall set its valueוְהֶעֱרִ֤יךְve.he.'e.RikhH6186,whether highט֖וֹב וּבֵ֣יןTov u.VeinH2896H996or lowרָ֑עRa'H7451;as the priestהַכֹּהֵ֖ןha.ko.HenH3548values itכְּעֶרְכְּךָ֥ke.'er.ke.KhaH6187,the priceכֵּ֥ןkenH3651will be setיִהְיֶֽה׃yih.YehH1961.
14Now ifכִּֽי־ki-H3588a manוְאִ֗ישׁve.'IshH376consecratesיַקְדִּ֨שׁyak.DishH6942אֶת־'et-H853his houseבֵּית֥וֹbei.ToH1004as holyקֹ֙דֶשׁ֙ko.deshH6944to the LORDלַֽיהוָ֔הla.Yah.wehH3068,then the priestהַכֹּהֵ֔ןha.ko.HenH3548shall value itוְהֶעֱרִיכוֹ֙ve.he.'e.ri.KhoH6186either asבֵּ֥יןbeinH996goodט֖וֹבTovH2896orוּבֵ֣יןu.VeinH996badרָ֑עRa'H7451.The price will standיָקֽוּם׃ya.KumH6965just asכַּאֲשֶׁ֨רka.'a.SherH834the priestהַכֹּהֵ֖ן כֵּ֥ןha.ko.Hen kenH3548H3651valuesיַעֲרִ֥יךְya.'a.RikhH6186itאֹת֛וֹ'o.ToH853.
15But ifוְאִ֨ם־ve.'Im-H518he who consecratedהַמַּקְדִּ֔ישׁha.mak.DishH6942his houseבֵּית֑וֹbei.ToH1004redeemsיִגְאַ֖לyig.'AlH1350itאֶת־'et-H853,he must addוְ֠יָסַףVe.ya.safH3254a fifthחֲמִישִׁ֧יתcha.mi.ShitH2549toעָלָ֖יו'a.LavH5921the assessedעֶרְכְּךָ֛'er.ke.KhaH6187valueכֶּֽסֶף־ke.sef-H3701,and it will belongוְהָ֥יָהve.Ha.yahH1961to him.
16Ifוְאִ֣ם׀ve.'ImH518a manאִישׁ֙'ishH376consecratesיַקְדִּ֥ישׁyak.DishH6942to the LORDלַֽיהוָ֔הla.Yah.wehH3068a parcelמִשְּׂדֵ֣הmi.se.DehH7704of his landאֲחֻזָּת֗וֹ'a.chu.za.ToH272,then your valuationעֶרְכְּךָ֖'er.ke.KhaH6187shall beוְהָיָ֥הve.ha.YahH1961proportionalלְפִ֣יle.FiH6310to the seed required for itזַרְע֑וֹzar.'OH2233—fiftyבַּחֲמִשִּׁ֖יםba.cha.mi.ShimH2572shekelsשֶׁ֥קֶלShe.kelH8255of silverכָּֽסֶף׃Ka.sefH3701for every homerחֹ֣מֶרCho.merH2563of barleyשְׂעֹרִ֔יםse.'o.RimH8184seedזֶ֚רַעZe.ra'H2233.
18But ifוְאִם־ve.'im-H518he consecratesיַקְדִּ֣ישׁyak.DishH6942his fieldשָׂדֵהוּ֒sa.de.HuH7704afterאַחַ֣ר'a.CharH310the Jubileeהַיֹּבֵל֮hai.yo.VelH3104,the priestהַכֹּהֵ֜ןha.ko.HenH3548אֶת־'et-H853is to calculateוְחִשַּׁב־ve.chi.shav-H2803the priceהַכֶּ֗סֶףha.Ke.sefH3701in proportion toעַל־ פִּ֤י'al- piH5921H6310the yearsהַשָּׁנִים֙ha.sha.NimH8141leftהַנּ֣וֹתָרֹ֔תha.No.ta.RotH3498untilעַ֖ד'adH5704the next Yearשְׁנַ֣תshe.NatH8141of Jubileeהַיֹּבֵ֑לhai.yo.VelH3104,so that your valuationמֵֽעֶרְכֶּֽךָ׃Me.'er.Ke.khaH6187will be reducedוְנִגְרַ֖עve.nig.Ra'H1639.
19And ifוְאִם־ve.'im-H518the one who consecratedהַמַּקְדִּ֖ישׁha.mak.DishH6942אֶת־'et-H853the fieldהַשָּׂדֶ֔הha.sa.DehH7704decides to redeem itH1350אֹת֑וֹ'o.ToH853,he must addוְ֠יָסַףVe.ya.safH3254a fifthחֲמִשִׁ֧יתcha.mi.ShitH2549toעָלָ֖יו'a.LavH5921the assessedעֶרְכְּךָ֛'er.ke.KhaH6187valueכֶּֽסֶף־ke.sef-H3701,and it shall belongוְקָ֥םve.KamH6965to him.
20If, howeverוְאִם־ve.'im-H518,he does notלֹ֤אlo'H3808redeemיִגְאַל֙yig.'AlH1350אֶת־'et-H853the fieldהַשָּׂדֶ֔הha.sa.DehH7704,or ifוְאִם־ve.'im-H518he has soldמָכַ֥רma.KharH4376אֶת־'et-H853itהַשָּׂדֶ֖הha.sa.DehH7704to anotherאַחֵ֑ר'a.CherH312manלְאִ֣ישׁle.'IshH376,it may noלֹ֥אlo'H3808longerעֽוֹד׃odH5750be redeemedיִגָּאֵ֖לyi.ga.'ElH1350.
21When the fieldהַשָּׂדֶ֜הha.sa.DehH7704is releasedבְּצֵאת֣וֹbe.tze.ToH3318in the Jubileeבַיֹּבֵ֗לvai.yo.VelH3104,it will becomeוְהָיָ֨הve.ha.YahH1961holyקֹ֛דֶשׁKo.deshH6944,like a fieldכִּשְׂדֵ֣הkis.DehH7704devotedהַחֵ֑רֶםha.Che.remH2764to the LORDלַֽיהוָ֖הla.Yah.wehH3068;it becomesתִּהְיֶ֥הtih.YehH1961the propertyאֲחֻזָּתֽוֹ׃'a.chu.za.ToH272of the priestsלַכֹּהֵ֖ןla.ko.HenH3548.
23then the priestהַכֹּהֵ֗ןha.ko.HenH3548אֵ֚ת'etH853shall calculateוְחִשַּׁב־ve.chi.shav-H2803for him the valueמִכְסַ֣ת הָֽעֶרְכְּךָ֔mikh.Sat ha.'er.ke.KhaH4373H6187up toעַ֖ד'adH5704the Yearשְׁנַ֣תshe.NatH8141of Jubileeהַיֹּבֵ֑לhai.yo.VelH3104,and the man shall payוְנָתַ֤ןve.na.TanH5414אֶת־'et-H853the assessed valueהָעֶרְכְּךָ֙ha.'er.ke.KhaH6187on thatהַה֔וּאha.Hu'H1931dayבַּיּ֣וֹםbai.YomH3117as a sacred offeringקֹ֖דֶשׁKo.deshH6944to the LORDלַיהוָֽה׃la.Yah.wehH3068.
24In the Yearבִּשְׁנַ֤תbish.NatH8141of Jubileeהַיּוֹבֵל֙hai.yo.VelH3104the fieldהַשָּׂדֶ֔הha.sa.DehH7704shall returnיָשׁ֣וּבya.ShuvH7725to the one from whomלַאֲשֶׁ֥רla.'a.SherH834it was boughtקָנָ֖הוּ מֵאִתּ֑וֹka.Na.hu me.'i.ToH7069H854לַאֲשֶׁר־la.'a.Sher-H834—the original ownerאֲחֻזַּ֥ת'a.chu.ZatH272of the landהָאָֽרֶץ׃ha.'A.retzH776.
26Butאַךְ־'akh-H389noלֹֽא־lo'-H3808oneאִ֖ישׁ'ishH376אֹת֑וֹ'o.ToH853may consecrateיַקְדִּ֥ישׁyak.DishH6942a firstbornבְּכ֞וֹרbe.KhorH1060of the livestockבִּבְהֵמָ֔הbiv.he.MahH929,becauseאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834a firstbornיְבֻכַּ֤רye.vu.KarH1069belongs to the LORDלַֽיהוָה֙la.Yah.wehH3068.Whetherאִם־'im-H518it isan oxשׁ֣וֹרShorH7794orאִם־'im-H518a sheepשֶׂ֔הSehH7716,itהֽוּא׃Hu'H1931isthe LORD’sלַֽיהוָ֖הla.Yah.wehH3068.
27But ifוְאִ֨םve.'ImH518it isamong the uncleanהַטְּמֵאָה֙ha.te.me.'AhH2931animalsבַּבְּהֵמָ֤הba.be.he.MahH929,then he may redeemוּפָדָ֣הu.fa.DahH6299it according to your valuationבְעֶרְכֶּ֔ךָve.'er.Ke.khaH6187and addוְיָסַ֥ףve.ya.SafH3254a fifthחֲמִשִׁת֖וֹcha.mi.shi.ToH2549of its valueעָלָ֑יו'a.LavH5921.Ifוְאִם־ve.'im-H518it is notלֹ֥אlo'H3808redeemedיִגָּאֵ֖לyi.ga.'ElH1350,then it shall be soldוְנִמְכַּ֥רve.nim.KarH4376according to your valuationבְּעֶרְכֶּֽךָ׃be.'er.Ke.khaH6187.

30Thus anyוְכָל־ve.kholH3605titheמַעְשַׂ֨רma'.SarH4643from the landהָאָ֜רֶץha.'A.retzH776, whetherfrom the seedמִזֶּ֤רַעmi.Ze.ra'H2233of the landהָאָ֙רֶץ֙ha.'A.retzH776or the fruitמִפְּרִ֣יmi.pe.RiH6529of the treesהָעֵ֔ץha.'EtzH6086,belongs to the LORDלַיהוָ֖הla.Yah.wehH3068;itה֑וּאHu'H1931is holyקֹ֖דֶשׁKo.deshH6944to the LORDלַֽיהוָֽה׃la.Yah.wehH3068.
