9‘Now ifוְאִם־ve.'im-H518it is an animalבְּהֵמָ֔הbe.he.MahH929of the kind thatone can presentיַקְרִ֧יבוּyak.Ri.vuH7126as an offeringקָרְבָּ֖ןkor.banH7133to the Lordלַֽיהוָ֑הla.Yah.wehH3068,anyכֹּל֩kolH3605suchH834animalthat one givesיִתֵּ֥ןyi.TenH5414to the Lordלַיהוָ֖הla.Yah.wehH3068shall be holyקֹּֽדֶשׁ׃Ko.deshH6944.

10He shall not replaceיַחֲלִיפֶ֗נּוּya.cha.li.Fe.nuH2498it nor exchangeיָמִ֥ירya.MirH4171it, a goodט֥וֹבTovH2896for a badבְּרָ֖עbe.Ra'H7451,orאוֹ־'ov-H176a badרַ֣עra'H7451for a goodבְּט֑וֹבbe.TovH2896;yet ifוְאִם־ve.'im-H518he doesהָמֵ֨רha.MerH4171exchangeיָמִ֤ירya.MirH4171animalבְּהֵמָה֙be.he.MahH929for animalבִּבְהֵמָ֔הbiv.he.MahH929,then both it and its substituteוּתְמוּרָת֖וֹu.te.mu.ra.ToH8545shall becomeH1961holyקֹּֽדֶשׁ׃Ko.deshH6944.

11Ifוְאִם֙ve.'ImH518,however, it is anyכָּל־kol-H3605uncleanטְמֵאָ֔הte.me.'AhH2931animalבְּהֵמָ֣הbe.he.MahH929of the kind whichאֲ֠שֶׁר'a.SherH834one does not presentיַקְרִ֧יבוּyak.Ri.vuH7126as an offeringקָרְבָּ֖ןkor.banH7133to the Lordלַֽיהוָ֑הla.Yah.wehH3068,then he shall placeוְהֶֽעֱמִ֥ידve.he.'e.MidH5975the animalהַבְּהֵמָ֖הha.be.he.MahH929beforeלִפְנֵ֥יlif.NeiH6440the priestהַכֹּהֵֽן׃ha.ko.HenH3548.

12And the priestהַכֹּהֵן֙ha.ko.HenH3548shall assessוְהֶעֱרִ֤יךְve.he.'e.RikhH6186itas eitherבֵּ֥יןbeinH996goodט֖וֹבTovH2896orוּבֵ֣יןu.VeinH996badרָ֑עRa'H7451;as you, the priestהַכֹּהֵ֖ןha.ko.HenH3548,assessכְּעֶרְכְּךָ֥ke.'er.ke.KhaH6187it, soכֵּ֥ןkenH3651shall it be.

13But ifוְאִם־ve.'im-H518he should everגָּאֹ֖לga.'OlH1350want toredeemיִגְאָלֶ֑נָּהyig.'a.Le.nahH1350it, then he shall addוְיָסַ֥ףve.ya.SafH3254a fifthחֲמִישִׁת֖וֹcha.mi.shi.ToH2549of it to your assessmentעֶרְכֶּֽךָ׃'er.Ke.khaH6187.

14‘Now ifכִּֽי־ki-H3588someoneוְאִ֗ישׁve.'IshH376consecratesיַקְדִּ֨שׁyak.DishH6942his houseבֵּית֥וֹbei.ToH1004as holyקֹ֙דֶשׁ֙ko.deshH6944to the Lordלַֽיהוָ֔הla.Yah.wehH3068,then the priestהַכֹּהֵ֔ןha.ko.HenH3548shall assessוְהֶעֱרִיכוֹ֙ve.he.'e.ri.KhoH6186itas eitherבֵּ֥יןbeinH996goodט֖וֹבTovH2896orוּבֵ֣יןu.VeinH996badרָ֑עRa'H7451;as the priestהַכֹּהֵ֖ןha.ko.HenH3548assessesיַעֲרִ֥יךְya.'a.RikhH6186it, soכֵּ֥ןkenH3651shall it standיָקֽוּם׃ya.KumH6965.

15Yet ifוְאִ֨ם־ve.'Im-H518the one who consecratesהַמַּקְדִּ֔ישׁha.mak.DishH6942it should want toredeemיִגְאַ֖לyig.'AlH1350his houseבֵּית֑וֹbei.ToH1004,then he shall addוְ֠יָסַףVe.ya.safH3254a fifthחֲמִישִׁ֧יתcha.mi.ShitH2549of your assessmentעֶרְכְּךָ֛'er.ke.KhaH6187priceכֶּֽסֶף־ke.sef-H3701to it, so that it may be his.

16‘Again, ifוְאִ֣ם׀ve.'ImH518someoneאִישׁ֙'ishH376consecratesיַקְדִּ֥ישׁyak.DishH6942to the Lordלַֽיהוָ֔הla.Yah.wehH3068part of the fieldמִשְּׂדֵ֣הmi.se.DehH7704of his own propertyאֲחֻזָּת֗וֹ'a.chu.za.ToH272,then your assessmentעֶרְכְּךָ֖'er.ke.KhaH6187shall beproportionateלְפִ֣יle.FiH6310to the seedזַרְע֑וֹzar.'OH2233needed for it: ahomerחֹ֣מֶרCho.merH2563of barleyשְׂעֹרִ֔יםse.'o.RimH8184seedזֶ֚רַעZe.ra'H2233at fiftyבַּחֲמִשִּׁ֖יםba.cha.mi.ShimH2572shekelsשֶׁ֥קֶלShe.kelH8255of silverכָּֽסֶף׃Ka.sefH3701.

17Ifאִם־'im-H518he consecratesיַקְדִּ֣ישׁyak.DishH6942his fieldשָׂדֵ֑הוּsa.De.huH7704as of the yearמִשְּׁנַ֥תmi.she.NatH8141of jubileeהַיֹּבֵ֖לhai.yo.VelH3104,according to your assessmentכְּעֶרְכְּךָ֖ke.'er.ke.KhaH6187it shall standיָקֽוּם׃ya.KumH6965.

18Ifוְאִם־ve.'im-H518he consecratesיַקְדִּ֣ישׁyak.DishH6942his fieldשָׂדֵהוּ֒sa.de.HuH7704afterאַחַ֣ר'a.CharH310the jubileeהַיֹּבֵל֮hai.yo.VelH3104,however, then the priestהַכֹּהֵ֜ןha.ko.HenH3548shall calculateוְחִשַּׁב־ve.chi.shav-H2803the priceהַכֶּ֗סֶףha.Ke.sefH3701for himproportionateפִּ֤יpiH6310to the yearsהַשָּׁנִים֙ha.sha.NimH8141that are leftהַנּ֣וֹתָרֹ֔תha.No.ta.RotH3498untilעַ֖ד'adH5704the yearשְׁנַ֣תshe.NatH8141of jubileeהַיֹּבֵ֑לhai.yo.VelH3104;and it shall be deductedוְנִגְרַ֖עve.nig.Ra'H1639from your assessmentמֵֽעֶרְכֶּֽךָ׃Me.'er.Ke.khaH6187.

19Ifוְאִם־ve.'im-H518the one who consecratesהַמַּקְדִּ֖ישׁha.mak.DishH6942it should everגָּאֹ֤לga.'OlH1350want toredeemיִגְאַל֙yig.'AlH1350the fieldהַשָּׂדֶ֔הha.sa.DehH7704,then he shall addוְ֠יָסַףVe.ya.safH3254a fifthחֲמִשִׁ֧יתcha.mi.ShitH2549of your assessmentעֶרְכְּךָ֛'er.ke.KhaH6187priceכֶּֽסֶף־ke.sef-H3701to it, so that it may belongוְקָ֥םve.KamH6965to him.

20Yet ifH518he does not redeemיִגְאַל֙yig.'AlH1350the fieldהַשָּׂדֶ֔הha.sa.DehH7704,but has soldמָכַ֥רma.KharH4376the fieldהַשָּׂדֶ֖הha.sa.DehH7704to anotherאַחֵ֑ר'a.CherH312personלְאִ֣ישׁle.'IshH376,it may noH3808longerעֽוֹד׃odH5750be redeemedיִגָּאֵ֖לyi.ga.'ElH1350;

21and when itrevertsבְּצֵאת֣וֹbe.tze.ToH3318in the jubileeבַיֹּבֵ֗לvai.yo.VelH3104,the fieldהַשָּׂדֶ֜הha.sa.DehH7704shall be holyקֹ֛דֶשׁKo.deshH6944to the Lordלַֽיהוָ֖הla.Yah.wehH3068,like a fieldכִּשְׂדֵ֣הkis.DehH7704bannedH2764fromH2764secularH2764useH2764;it shall be for the priestלַכֹּהֵ֖ןla.ko.HenH3548as his propertyאֲחֻזָּתֽוֹ׃'a.chu.za.ToH272.

22Or ifוְאִם֙ve.'ImH518he consecratesיַקְדִּ֖ישׁyak.DishH6942to the Lordלַֽיהוָֽה׃la.Yah.wehH3068a fieldשְׂדֵ֣הse.DehH7704which he has boughtמִקְנָת֔וֹmik.na.ToH4736,whichאֲשֶׁ֕ר'a.SherH834is not a part of the fieldמִשְּׂדֵ֣הmi.se.DehH7704of his own propertyאֲחֻזָּת֑וֹ'a.chu.za.ToH272,

23then the priestהַכֹּהֵ֗ןha.ko.HenH3548shall calculateוְחִשַּׁב־ve.chi.shav-H2803forhim the amountמִכְסַ֣תmikh.SatH4373of your assessmentהָֽעֶרְכְּךָ֔ha.'er.ke.KhaH6187up to the yearשְׁנַ֣תshe.NatH8141of jubileeהַיֹּבֵ֑לhai.yo.VelH3104;and he shall on that dayבַּיּ֣וֹםbai.YomH3117giveוְנָתַ֤ןve.na.TanH5414your assessmentהָעֶרְכְּךָ֙ha.'er.ke.KhaH6187as holyקֹ֖דֶשׁKo.deshH6944to the Lordלַיהוָֽה׃la.Yah.wehH3068.

24In the yearבִּשְׁנַ֤תbish.NatH8141of jubileeהַיּוֹבֵל֙hai.yo.VelH3104the fieldהַשָּׂדֶ֔הha.sa.DehH7704shall returnיָשׁ֣וּבya.ShuvH7725to the one from whomלַאֲשֶׁ֥רla.'a.SherH834he boughtקָנָ֖הוּka.Na.huH7069it, to whomלַאֲשֶׁר־la.'a.Sher-H834the possessionאֲחֻזַּ֥ת'a.chu.ZatH272of the landהָאָֽרֶץ׃ha.'A.retzH776belongs.

25Everyוְכָל־ve.kholH3605assessmentעֶרְכְּךָ֔'er.ke.KhaH6187of yours, moreover, shall be bythe shekelבְּשֶׁ֣קֶלbe.She.kelH8255of the sanctuaryהַקֹּ֑דֶשׁha.Ko.deshH6944.The shekelהַשָּֽׁקֶל׃ סha.Sha.kelH8255shall be twentyעֶשְׂרִ֥ים'es.RimH6242gerahsגֵּרָ֖הge.RahH1626.

26‘Howeverאַךְ־'akh-H389,a firstbornבְּכ֞וֹרbe.KhorH1060among animalsבִּבְהֵמָ֔הbiv.he.MahH929,whichאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834asH1069aH1069firstbornH1069belongsH1069to the Lordלַֽיהוָה֙la.Yah.wehH3068,noלֹֽא־lo'-H3808oneאִ֖ישׁ'ishH376may consecrateיַקְדִּ֥ישׁyak.DishH6942;whetherאִם־'im-H518oxשׁ֣וֹרShorH7794orאִם־'im-H518sheepשֶׂ֔הSehH7716,it is the Lord’sלַֽיהוָ֖הla.Yah.wehH3068.

27But ifוְאִ֨םve.'ImH518it isamong the uncleanהַטְּמֵאָה֙ha.te.me.'AhH2931animalsבַּבְּהֵמָ֤הba.be.he.MahH929, then he shallredeemוּפָדָ֣הu.fa.DahH6299it according to your assessmentבְעֶרְכֶּ֔ךָve.'er.Ke.khaH6187and addוְיָסַ֥ףve.ya.SafH3254to it a fifthחֲמִשִׁת֖וֹcha.mi.shi.ToH2549of it; and ifוְאִם־ve.'im-H518it is not redeemedיִגָּאֵ֖לyi.ga.'ElH1350,then it shall be soldוְנִמְכַּ֥רve.nim.KarH4376according to your assessmentבְּעֶרְכֶּֽךָ׃be.'er.Ke.khaH6187.

28‘Neverthelessאַךְ־'akh-H389,anythingכָּל־kol-H3605whichH834someoneאִ֨ישׁ'ishH376setsH2763apartH2763to the Lordלַֽיהוָ֜הla.Yah.wehH3068forH2763destructionיַחֲרִם֩ya.cha.RimH2763out of allמִכָּל־mi.kolH3605that he has, of manמֵאָדָ֤םme.'a.DamH120or animalוּבְהֵמָה֙u.ve.he.MahH929or of the fieldוּמִשְּׂדֵ֣הu.mi.se.DehH7704of his own propertyאֲחֻזָּת֔וֹ'a.chu.za.ToH272,shall not be soldיִמָּכֵ֖רyi.ma.KherH4376nor redeemedיִגָּאֵ֑לyi.ga.'ElH1350.Anythingכָּל־kol-H3605setH2764apartH2764forH2764destructionH2764is mostקֹֽדֶשׁ־ko.desh-H6944holyקָֽדָשִׁ֥יםka.da.ShimH6944to the Lordלַיהוָֽה׃la.Yah.wehH3068.

29Noלֹ֣אlo'H3808 H3605oneH3605whoאֲשֶׁ֧ר'a.SherH834may have beensetH2763apartH2763amongמִן־min-H4480mankindהָאָדָ֖םha.'a.DamH120shall be ransomedיִפָּדֶ֑הyi.pa.DehH6299;he mustH4191be putH4191toH4191deathH4191.

30‘Nowallוְכָל־ve.kholH3605the titheמַעְשַׂ֨רma'.SarH4643of the landהָאָ֜רֶץha.'A.retzH776,of the seedמִזֶּ֤רַעmi.Ze.ra'H2233of the landהָאָ֙רֶץ֙ha.'A.retzH776orof the fruitמִפְּרִ֣יmi.pe.RiH6529of the treeהָעֵ֔ץha.'EtzH6086,is the Lord’sלַיהוָ֖הla.Yah.wehH3068;it is holyקֹ֖דֶשׁKo.deshH6944to the Lordלַֽיהוָֽה׃la.Yah.wehH3068.
