14“Takeהוֹצֵ֣אho.Tze'H3318אֶת־'et-H853the blasphemerהַֽמְקַלֵּ֗לham.ka.LelH7043אֶל־'el-H413outsideמִחוּץ֙mi.ChutzH2351the campלַֽמַּחֲנֶ֔הla.ma.cha.NehH4264,and have allכָֽל־khol-H3605who heardהַשֹּׁמְעִ֛יםha.sho.me.'ImH8085himאֶת־'et-H853layוְסָמְכ֧וּve.sa.me.KhuH5564their handsיְדֵיהֶ֖םye.dei.HemH3027onעַל־'al-H5921his headרֹאשׁ֑וֹro.ShoH7218;then have the wholeכָּל־kol-H3605assemblyהָעֵדָֽה׃ha.'e.DahH5712stoneוְרָגְמ֥וּve.rag.MuH7275himאֹת֖וֹ'o.ToH853.

15וְאֶל־ve.'el-H413And you are to tellתְּדַבֵּ֣ר לֵאמֹ֑רte.da.Ber le.MorH1696 H559the Israelitesבְּנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵ֖לbe.Nei Yis.ra.'ElH1121 H3478, ‘Ifכִּֽי־ki-H3588anyoneH376cursesיְקַלֵּ֥לye.ka.LelH7043his Godאֱלֹהָ֖יו'e.lo.HavH430,he shall bear the consequencesוְנָשָׂ֥אve.na.Sa'H5375of his sinחֶטְאֽוֹ׃chet.'OH2399.

16Whoever blasphemesוְנֹקֵ֤בve.no.KevH5344the nameשֵׁם־shem-H8034of the LORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068must surely be put to deathH4191;the wholeכָּל־kol-H3605assemblyהָעֵדָ֑הha.'e.DahH5712must surely stoneH7275him,whether he is a foreign residentכַּגֵּר֙ka.GerH1616or nativeכָּֽאֶזְרָ֔חka.'ez.RachH249;if he blasphemesבְּנָקְבוֹ־be.nak.vo-H5344the Nameשֵׁ֖םshemH8034,he must be put to deathH4191.

17And ifכִּ֥יkiH3588a manוְאִ֕ישׁve.'IshH376takes the lifeיַכֶּ֖הya.KehH5221of anyone elseכָּל־ נֶ֣פֶשׁ אָדָ֑םkol- Ne.fesh 'a.DamH3605 H5315 H120,he must surely be put to deathH4191.

18Whoever killsוּמַכֵּ֥הu.ma.KehH5221an animalבְּהֵמָ֖הbe.he.MahH929must make restitutionיְשַׁלְּמֶ֑נָּהye.shal.le.Me.nahH7999—lifeנֶֽפֶשׁ־ne.fesh-H5315forנֶ֖פֶשׁ תַּ֥חַתNe.fesh Ta.chatH8478 H5315lifeנָֽפֶשׁ׃Na.feshH5315.

19Ifכִּֽי־ki-H3588anyoneוְאִ֕ישׁve.'IshH376injuresיִתֵּ֥ן מ֖וּםyi.Ten mumH5414 H3971his neighborבַּעֲמִית֑וֹba.'a.mi.ToH5997,whateverכַּאֲשֶׁ֣רka.'a.SherH834he has doneעָשָׂ֔ה כֵּ֖ן'a.Sah kenH6213 H3651must be doneיֵעָ֥שֶׂהye.'A.sehH6213to him:

20fractureשֶׁ֚בֶרShe.verH7667forתַּ֣חַתTa.chatH8478fractureשֶׁ֔בֶרShe.verH7667,eyeעַ֚יִן'A.yinH5869forתַּ֣חַתTa.chatH8478eyeעַ֔יִן'A.yinH5869,toothשֵׁ֖ןshenH8127forתַּ֣חַתTa.chatH8478toothשֵׁ֑ןShenH8127.Just asכַּאֲשֶׁ֨רka.'a.SherH834he injuredיִתֵּ֥ן מוּם֙yi.Ten mumH5414 H3971the other personבָּֽאָדָ֔םba.'a.DamH120,the sameכֵּ֖ןkenH3651must be inflictedיִנָּ֥תֶןyi.Na.tenH5414on him.

21Whoever killsוּמַכֵּ֥הu.ma.KehH5221an animalבְהֵמָ֖הve.he.MahH929must make restitutionיְשַׁלְּמֶ֑נָּהye.shal.le.Me.nahH7999,but whoever killsוּמַכֵּ֥הu.ma.KehH5221a manאָדָ֖ם'a.DamH120must be put to deathיוּמָֽת׃yu.MatH4191.

22You are to haveיִהְיֶ֣הyih.YehH1961the sameאֶחָד֙'e.ChadH259standard of lawמִשְׁפַּ֤טmish.PatH4941for the foreign residentכַּגֵּ֥רka.GerH1616and the nativeכָּאֶזְרָ֖ח יִהְיֶ֑הka.'ez.Rach yih.YehH249 H1961;forכִּ֛יkiH3588Iאֲנִ֥י'a.NiH589am the LORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֵיכֶֽם׃'e.lo.hei.KhemH430.’”
